Suggestion: Fusion?

How about this:
Both player must have the ability first.
Fusion must be made on a role play(may even be battle or spar). A template can then be made that is agreed by both fusionee (player) and then approved by mod and a profile about it is created(One will create and the other will make a reply as an agreement and then the approval). The stats may be (player #1 + player #2 stats combined) x 1.5 (maybe just the combined stats if you guys don't like it). Abilities may be a handful of attacks and/or abilities combined from both player.
The posts of the fusion created may be alternated from the two who fused. For Example:
Fusion post by poster #1
Post by poster #1
Post by other poster or poster #2
Post by poster #1 if last post is by poster #2 or poster #2 if last post was by other poster
