Roleplay Sample (250 words):

The clear sky was a pleasing sight to the warrior from the future. He had only ever known blackened skies, caused by the ashes of the ever burning worlds of the future. The air was crisp and clean, free from the bloody mist of the slaughtered masses. The Half Saiyan warrior known as Gohan, had traveled through the boundaries of time, ripping himself from his own era and through the curtains of the past into this former time. The sacrifices of the few Earthlings that met his blade gave him the strength to accomplish this magnificent feat. If it were not for his partner traveling back into the past with his time machine, Gohan wouldn’t have needed to use such dark magic, but the sacrifice of the few would save so many, or so he justified himself.

This was not Earth though. Gohan knew Earth. It had green grass and blue skies, but this world was covered in red. The dirt was a rustic brown; the grass was crimson and the sky was a faded red. Did the spell not work? Did that evil wizard only transport him to another world instead of the past?

The warrior lifted up his left arm, a feat he had not been able to do for some time for it had been severed from his torso several years before. It looks as though the wizard had not lied. The very act of time traveling had restored his arm. It would seem as though the the alignment of the planets had shifted so greatly from the time alteration that he now stood on a foreign world.

Gohan must find a way back to Earth, but how?
