Question: I didn't know what Quick Learner did and thought nothing of it all this time. Has it been included in my rewards even though I haven't listed it until now?

I include all modifiers listed in RP rewards. So, if you haven't listed it, you most likely haven't gotten that boost. It's really up to you to know what benefits your character has and where to apply them.
