Capsule Corp has been trying to sniff out a rumored scientist who has some how gotten his hands on the research of the former scientific mastermind of the Red Ribbon Army, Dr. Gero. They're afraid of what this person is going to try and do with it. They have put out a contract asking for a person or persons to come forward and head to the last reported location of this mad scientist. Your job is to go to that research lab and find out where the person is hiding.

The ground rumbled and shook beneath his feet as he strode forward, the mountain path beneath his feet shaking as his strength rose to combat levels. The entrance to the cave was supposed to be somewhere here; that was never in doubt. There was no way that the Insect's information had been faulty. It was hardly likely that he would have forgotten the entrance to his birth place. At least, that was what he was going with. It seemed as though memory banks would provide perfect retrieval.

He was flanked, as always, by the only two people he ever brought into battle with him. One was a young woman, whose raven black hair was only slightly longer than his other companion's. She was wearing some baggy training outfit over her weighted training clothes, something that he couldn't really blame her for. So long as she continued to grow more powerful, he was not overly concerned. It was not his business what she busied herself with.

The male's hair was wild and lengthy, dropping down his back, which was already covered in classic Saiyan Battle Armor. He had been following the Saiyan ahead of him for less time than the woman, but he was no less loyal. Whereas his loyalty was driven by fear, a force that couldn't be broken by any spell, the girl's motivation was unknown. She was a wild card in the mix, a wrench in the works. He, quite obviously, didn't feel he could trust her. Then again, could he really trust Broly?

As snow began to fall around them, each member of their little party seemed to be thinking of something else entirely. Broly's thoughts lingered on the possible power of the androids within the mountainside. He had heard tell from the bug about their combat strength, supposedly stronger than any Super Saiyan. He would most definitely be putting that to the test with the battle that would most likely ensue. If they were truly more powerful than a Super Saiyan, he would find out.

After all, he was the only one alive. All of the others had died out long ago, a millennia before his birth. The thought brought a smile to his face; he was truly the pinnacle of Saiyan evolution. Even their professed 'King', the Saiyan Vegeta, was unable to compete with him in terms of power. He had not been there to observe the old man's strength in many years, but he could remember the pain. He could feel the pain that had wracked his body as he fled the planet.

It had been inflicted by the most immediate of his followers, a member of the Royal Saiyan Elite. If Broly ever found that man again, he would destroy him with all of the might possessed within him. As it so happened, that was a substantial amount. The amount of pain and devastation that he was capable of unleashing was far superior to anything this pathetic ball of mud had to offer. If anything, his generosity was the only reason it was still there.

He most definitely possessed enough power to destroy the entire thing. A well placed blast to the planet's core would have most definitely eradicated it; though, he was not presently in the mood. The Planet had provided him with enough entertainment so that he would spare it. All he could really do was wait until he regretted making such a rash decision; wait until his temper got the better of him and he felt like blowing it all to high hell.

His temper was like a matchstick; short, easily lit, and easily started. As his eyes fell upon a rather large metal door, it was that same temper that was slowly igniting inside of him, fueling a burst of emerald light that quickly erupted around his body. He was not going to allow some petty human scientist to think himself or his creations superior to Broly. He had proven several of the same type wrong already, during his time on Earth.

Briefly, he recalled the man whose creations had rampaged throughout the heavens. He was going to plant his fist into the back of the scientist's head, illuminate the rear of his skull with the nontarnishable golden light that was his might. It was irritating to know that a race so petty was hastening to complete something that would allow them to compete beyond their station. He would not allow such bullshit to go unpunished by his hand; by the hand of justice.

The door was made of some type of finely constructed alloy. Broly had experienced many different type of metals in his life; primarily through smashing into them, but it had nonetheless granted him a comprehensive knowledge of synthetic and natural metal. This was something that had been created by a man who was determined to keep things out of his laboratory. He clearly didn't want anyone in, whether they were Broly's strength or not. Still, Broly's strength was far superior to any Earth metal.

Energy amassed in his fist, which was clenched tightly at his waist. The expression on his face told the tale, it easily described what he was about to do. He didn't give two shits about the alarm bells ringing inside of his head like a hive of hornets, he didn't care about the odds that the door was unguarded on the inside. In fact, he was hoping that something was preparing for him in there; he was riding on the chances that perhaps the human had succeeded.

He wanted to go toe to toe with something powerful enough to take him on. He wanted to experience the satisfaction of doing battle with an opponent who he wasn't sure to triumph over. He wanted that rush, the thrill that was so associated with the sensation of blood lust. As the emerald light began to congeal and tighten to the form of his clenched knuckles, the Saiyan stepped forward. His stride and pace increased as he neared the door, clearly going for a running start.

Behind him, Aubrey was watching with mixed interest. Broly was one of the only people she'd ever met who was stronger than her, physically. Since her birth, she'd been exceptionally powerful. So powerful in fact, that doing anything in life had ended up a cinch. She had managed to box her way to a university scholarship, lift small cars without losing her figure; she had been the quintessential superwoman. However, that had all come to a crashing halt when she'd encountered the Legendary Super Saiyan.

He hadn't whisked her off her feet, like some would expect. No, he had taken the less romantic route and slammed her head through a brick wall to retrieve a small orange orb. Nonplussed to have been rebuffed so easily, she'd been almost forced to follow him by the hands of fate. Something within her would not allow her to rest until she had discovered the secret to his power; and once she had? Her life hadn't ever been the same.

The reason she had always recovered so quickly, the reason she always seemed to bounce back even stronger than before. It was because she wasn't like everyone else. She had been born to a Saiyan father; something that explained her unique ability better than any other explanation. It explained why needles broke against her skin, it explained why she'd always been able to take a bullet to the chest without wearing a vest. It all just...fit.

As she watched the pinnacle of her heritage prepare to break down a door that was likely far beyond her own strength, she couldn't help but feel that he was going to succeed. Something about everything Broly did let him triumph over others. She'd seen him defeat warriors twice his size, she'd seen him dwarf other powerful people in feats of strength. She'd seen him move a mountain with his bare hands, terraform the landscape with his energy.

He was truly amazing. Even Kale, though more begrudgingly on his part, had to agree. He'd never seen someone anywhere near as powerful as Broly. The man was like some unnatural combination of titan and mortal, some frightening blend between god and creation. He would have called it unique if he didn't fear the chance that the warrior's fist would slam through his torso after it slammed through the metal door before them.

Broly's fist met the metal wall with a stunning explosion; light and sound shook the Earth beneath him as his newly airborne body collided with it's target. The energy that had been pent up in his fist quickly released as it dented the entryway, creating a massive cloud of smoke and blowing a hole straight through the alloy material. As the ground rumbled and his companions covered their eyes from the smoke and debris, the Saiyan pushed both hands inside the hole he'd managed to create.

Now that he had managed to pierce the wall, he was going to have to tear it in two so that he could enter. As more energy began to filter into his fingertips, the Saiyan tugged hard at the metal. He would not be the first to give. He'd tear it apart before his muscles gave out; it was his nature. If anyone could be trusted to one up a so called 'super metal', it was Broly. His blood and bone were worth for more than anything the scientist could have put into it.

The light quickly emerged from the smoke, revealing itself in thin beams of blinding green. A grunt was wrenched from his lungs, the air leaving from between his lips alongside a show of force. The metal screeched and screamed as he pulled it apart with his bare hands, his strength being put to the test by whatever the hell the doorway had been made out of. He couldn't hear anything from inside the laboratory; all he could hear was the sound of his triumph. He would not yield to any synthetic creation.

As he finally created a large enough hole in the wall for he and his cohorts to walk through, he lowered himself to the ground, boots touching the gently packed snow and sinking immediately. He had probably generated enough body heat to melt the stuff on contact. That however, was all for the best. Broly had always hated the cold; it was bitter and unforgiving, too much like himself. It did not take mercy on a man just because he was ready to keel over.

He pulled in breaths through his nose, releasing bull-like snorts as he glared into the dark depths of the room before him. Something about the place didn't feel right. Only now was he truly feeling the sensation that deer had before crossing the road; morbid curiosity was racing through his mind as he pondered on the power that lay in the fortress within. Would he meet something that could actually match him?

Or would he yet again be disappointed? If he was forced to bare the disappointments of humanity once more, he wasn't sure if he would leave anything remaining in the laboratory. If he was met with something just as powerful as himself, he doubted anything would be left of the planet. For if Broly truly wanted to rampage throughout the world in pursuit of an enemy who could provide him with a challenge, who was there to truly stop him?

He was stronger than the Crane Hermit, he was stronger than the Turtle Hermit...He was stronger than them all. The nearest competitor to him was the changeling, who would soon be dealt with anyway. It wasn't as if he had much to fear from a little rough and tumble action with some robots within the confines of such a secretive hideout. True power offered one the opportunity to bare their sins for the public; this man was most definitely hiding away.

With that moment of contemplation held firmly in mind, Broly stepped forward into the unknown.
