The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Game Master 8/26/2012, 10:49 am

“What if I told you, your father already started the process which his signature to release his portion of the company to me?” Lancaster said as Bulma made her way towards the door. “The day before he vanished, him and I met. I told him what I wanted to do with the company and after a little bit of negotiating, he signed over his part. You can read it here. It’s all legal. I had a Lawyer draw up the documents themselves.”

Bulma stopped dead in her tracks. She could feel her fist clench, rage swelling up inside of her. She was oh-so-tempted to punch Lancaster straight in the face. The day before he vanished, huh. I see what is going on here. Do you think me some naïve fool, Ian?

The whole room seemed to spin around her. This was no business meeting. No, this was a game that Lancaster was playing. She wondered why she had ever started associating herself with the man. He was despicable. For the good of the galaxy? To protect the innocent. The guy was kidding himself.

If she made accusations about her suspicious it would do her no good. Anything, and everything, she did could be used against her—especially irrational violent things. It was possible Lancaster had the room tapped and their entire conversation was being recorded.

Calm. she told her self, taking a deep breath. Be calm Bulma.

It pained her to think of the legal battle this would cause. But, she had a few strings of her own, a few people who might be able to help her. If Lancaster had done something to her father, she was sure there would be some sort of trail. Despite the feeling of pitfall in her gut, she steeled herself. There was no need to panic, no reason to lose hope.

Turning around, she faked the most fake smile she had ever given a man.

“My father ensured a portion of Capsule Corporation goes to me. I am it's CEO, therefore I have plenty of rights when it comes to the direction of the company, even more so than my father who chose to take on a lesser roll as a researcher. If this is something you wish to press, then I don't mind that we settle this in court. However, I hope you respect my wishes. If my father returns, and he tells me that this is the true path he wishes Capsule Corp. to walk, then I will consider making a decision at that time.”

With that she continued walking, turning the nob and opening the door. She had nothing else to say. Disgust, that was the only thing she felt. The room had a wretched stench in it, and that stench was Ian Lancaster.

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Izon 8/26/2012, 1:14 pm

Ian let out a laugh. This one was feisty and he was sorry she could not be allies with him. But it was time to back herinto the corner and watch the hopelessness escape her. He wasn't afraid of the law or anyone else for that matter. Not even Broly scared him. He was a god among mortals.

"Ah Bulma. It really is a shame we couldn't be friends and just do this nicely and peacefully. But I guess all business negotiations eventually go this way. I remember roughly about five hundred or so years ago, a man named Mister Townsend was very much the same way. I liked the guy. Very smart. A wonderful businessman. His daughter, Miranda I believe it was, very gorgeous. Very spirited such as you. Needless to say, his business became mine and I married Miranda."

"Come here, I have something to show you." With that, he picked up a cell phone and dialed a number. It was to Iric. The line picked up and he could here fighting going on. He placed his cell phone on the table and turned on the speaker phone on. "Tell me Iric, where are you now?"

Iric ducked under the bite that was aimed for his neck and grabbed onto it with his free hand and launched the creature down. It smashed through the roof of Capsule Corp, and even Ian could here the explosion that followed.

"Sorry my lord. I'm a bit busy. We might have some repairs to Capsule Corp to do."

Ian smiled. "Thank you Iric. Please continue on. And if all of the Gargoyles you brought die, stay there. There may be more devastation I need you to cause."

"Yessir." With that the cell phone was hung up and Iric was back at fighting the remaining four Gargoyles. He was tired, but it would soon be over.

Ian hung up his end and folded his hands. "So Ms. Briefs. I could continue to play this game. There is much more to come. Your mother is currently being watched by my men. Any moment to strike. Our good friend Doctor Thomas is in the lab, already in your home computers, ready to clear out everything that you have worked on since the beginning. And what he misses, the men watching your mother, can destroy the rest. But don't worry, there's back ups. I spoke about having my own quantum computer after I saved Thomas. He was forth coming in building it, and now it holds everything, or at least most of what Capsule Corp had. Tech designs, blue prints, patents."

He took a breath and dropped a second folder and a pen on top of her father's contract. "I know you hold most of the shares. I know what you say goes, otherwise I simply would've walked in and taken it over with your father's signature. To end this and move on with your lives, just need your signature. I wanted you on for lead tech, but at this point, it ain't going to happen. Instead, you and your family will retire. Continue to make royalties off your inventions, and who knows, maybe start a competing company. It would be interesting to see what you would do."

None of his threats were hollow. It wouldn't be the first time he'd killed. He really hoped she got the message. But if not, he still had her father as a bargaining chip. Then the murder would begin. He had a trick that could end Doctor Briefs and end Bulma's career. And then he wouldn't need her signature. It would fall upon the one controlling Doctor Briefs portion. A simple game of chess.

Doctor Thomas, that dammed asshole, Bulma thought.

Thomas had disappeared too, months back, but had been “rescued” by Ian Lancaster. Supposedly he ad driven his car off the road. For those months, she had not known that he was serving Lancaster. She just wondered what sort of motivator he had threatened Thomas with. Probably the same thing any mobster would, pain to those they care about.

Was directing her anger at the doctor a good idea? Probably not. She doubted he was truly to blame for any of this. Lancaster was a devil of a man. He had been secretly waging his dirty war against her family and her company before they even knew they were at war. He had won before the first “bullet” had been fired.

Now it was a struggle for her livelihood, for the one thing she had worked for for most of her adult life. It was also for her family, who had devoted themselves to the notion of building a better world. It's all going to be turned to ashes now. Lazerus, everything...

She remembered her childhood, the adventures she shared with Goku. They were fond memories, but there was one thing that Goku had taught her, and that was to never give up. Living to fight another day, that was more important than dying in vain. Sure, he wasn't holding a gun to her head, but she didn't doubt that it wasn't next on his agenda.

Not my head, but my father's.

She took the pen in her hand. It was trembling to the point that she could barely touch it down on the right spot. Tears welled in the corners of her eyes, staining the paper.

“My father, let him go,” she said as she scrawled Bulma Briefs on the dotted line. “I know you have him, just like you had Thomas.”

Ian nodded as her signature was placed on the paper. She was was angry and he didn't blame her. If he was in her shoes, he'd probably do the same. But this time he was the big fish and she was just the food. Gobbled up and devoured so that he may continue his existence the way he wanted. Only the strong succeed in this universe and if one didn't see that, they would fall behind and be crushed by those that did understand it.

"As long as you do nothing, your family will remain safe." His mind reached out to Cira and mentally he ordered Bulma's father to be brought up.

It didn't take long as they walked through the door. Cira, the Kanassan, let him go. "Don't worry. We treated him well." He wasn't sure how much it would mean to her to hear that. But he meant it.

Ian nodded. "Cira, make sure we pull our men off their home. We won't be bothering this family again. At least not unless they break the agreement. I don't fear the law as I could crush it under my thumb easily enough, and politicians as well as police can be bought, but it is too much of a hassle and I have better things to do."

Ian stood. "I won't bother offering you my hand since we had to end on this ugly note. But enjoy your early retirement, and I certainly wish you long happy lives." He looked back at Cira. "Call Iric and tell him to hurry up with the Gargoyles and just guard Capsule Corps. Have him call me if anything happens."

Cira nodded and left to start ordering people around. Ian had lots of work to do now. He had to change the head quarters to the new station he had acquired. This capsule corps would still do dyno caps, but Lazerus as well as other military contracts would be completed at Terathola. Cira would remain here to watch over the company in his absence. Iric would join him on Terathola and head up Security. Muscles, regardless of his foul up, would remain here with Cira.

The first part of his grand plan was in place. But now the Planet Trade Organization sat in his radar, and that wasn't going to be an easy one. If Sairai or Frieza was any indication, it wasn't going to be housed by ants that he could simply crush. He'd have to sneak his way in. It would take time and patience. Something he was used to.

He still needed Thomas. But he'd be going to Terathola with his family to continue work on the Lazerus Project. He needed to make sure he was happy, and that they were close by. So many things to do and so much time to do it in too. He looked at both documents and grinned. He was glad they could retire. The royalties would more than keep them wealthy. He wouldn’t doubt they would start another business. Who knows, Bulma was feisty enough to try something to get Capsule Corp back. But he wouldn’t worry about it now. Only thing he worried about was getting things in place so that he could leave this planet.

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Creno Valour 8/26/2012, 4:00 pm

Creno watched the sky for a long moment as deals were made that would alter the fate of the Earth forever. He had an uncomfortable feeling in his gut, probably nothing, but he wouldn't ever be certain. He saw the Capsule Building nearby and carefully began to make his way towards it, when suddenly, someone came crashing through it. He saw several gargoyles chasing the stranger, and immediately, swung into action.

"Creno!" Instructor Cruz yelled.

"No time." Creno responded, and took off in a Power Flight towards Iric's position. He moved quickly and entered Capsule Corps building through the same entrance that Iric had created, and drew his swords. "I'll make you pay for all the lives you taken today!" Creno was a Warrior, and he knew combat first and foremost.

He moved fluidly into an Assault Stance and prepared himself to attack the incoming gargoyles. He only saw a few, but that would only mean that more were coming and West City was next. The carnage at North City would not be allowed to repeat itself. Creno saw several armed Capsule Soldiers, but waved them off. He was a Soldier Third Class, and that took precedence over Capsule Corps Standard Security. Creno launched his body towards Iric's position and began to engage the nearest of the creatures.

"You!" Creno yelled at Iric. "Gather yourself together man, we have work to do." Creno had seen the damage that the obsidian creatures were capable of causing. In one movement, Creno used his forward leaning sword to decapitate one of the nearest of the obsidian creatures. Then, he moved on the others. They were attacking Iric, and Creno knew that the two of them were the last line of defense. He didn't know exactly how true that was.

Creno stabbed one of the creatures that were on top of Iric, and pulled with all of his might, sending the thing cascading down the hall. Head over heals, and slamming into a wall. It would take more than that to knock the creature out, but it was a start, he was buying Iric some breathing room. He knew that if more were coming to West City, they would have to absolutely work together to buy Soldier time to get the civilians to somewhere safe. If there was anywhere safe left.

Creno carefully moved his way towards Iric, and continued to engage the strays. Then, the one from down the hallway flew towards Creno and slammed against him, knocking him off his feet. Creno held on to his weapons. To his credit, though he was somewhat of a weaker Warrior, he still knew how to fight well. That would be his saving grace.

Creno carefully landed on the ground, with the creature on top of him.

"You've made a huge mistake coming here." Creno said, and suddenly, twisted his body in a way that would be suicide to most. He did a completely skilled pivot, activating a Speed Burst, and his movements seemed to cause the world to slow down. As he moved he twisted his body completely around, and slashed at the head of the creature. Once the creature's black ichor spilled on Creno, he grinned. And then, he stood up, taking the decaying carcass off of his body. Creno looked at Iric who was fighting back.

Another of the gargoyles, was making his way towards Creno, but The Saiyan would not have any of it. He was already pissed off, and he knew that you never pissed off a Saiyan. Creno launched one of his swords at the body of the creature, caught it, and then ran with the remaining seconds of his Speed Burst. Using the second sword he held, he slashed upward and effectively severed the head of the creature in a forty-five degree angle. It slid off the rest of the body and Creno grinned. He retrieved his sword, and assumed that Iric would be done by then with the remaining two or three creatures that would be left.

Creno had made a significant difference in that small battle, it wasn't much, but he would do whatever he could to prevent the situation at hand from getting any worse.

Creno turned to watch Iric finishing off the last of the gargoyles.

"Hey. Not bad man." Creno said, and sheathed his weapons. "Name's Creno." Creno said as he walked towards Iric. "Were you also in North City? We could have a serious problem here if more of them are coming. We gotta get ready to go to war." Creno said carefully. "You're injured though and I know where we can go to get you treated quickly." Creno said carefully.

Then, his gut started to act up again. He was sure he didn't have to go to the men's room, but something in his gut told him that trouble was about. A primeval trouble, the kind of trouble that would benefit Creno greatly. Creno suddenly thought to use Ki Sense, since he was in close proximity to whatever the source of the mysterious sensation was. He suddenly detected Ian Lancaster, and all of the sudden, an overwhelming Ki manifested in the back of Creno's mind.

"Shit! What the fuck is that!?" Creno said to nobody in particular. Creno had never felt a power like that before since he had been in front of King Vegeta himself. Creno decided that he needed to get in touch with the owner of that Ki. Such a power would help them turn the tides of the war and little did Creno know that something else was amiss entirely. Looking at Iric, Creno decided that Iric's injuries could wait. "Hey kid, come with me. I just came up with a Plan B." Creno suddenly ran towards the office that contained Ian, Bulma, and everybody else. Without knowing it, Bulma had just signed away Capsule Corps to a devil.

Creno spotted the owner of the powerful Ki, Ian, and began to size him up.

Just as he was about to speak, another interloper arrived, a monster that Creno had never seen befere. "Look out!" Creno suddenly yelled, and then the monster quickly grabbed Bulma after talking about some nonsense that Creno didn't even care about. He was there simply to protect people from dying at the hands of anymore gargoyles. The creature burned some sort of a document to cinders, and that had probably been the reason for Ian's presence there. Creno frowned. What the fuck is going on!? Creno used Ki Sense on both Ian and the creature before him and detect vast amounts of power coming from both of them.

What the hell did I just stumble upon?! Creno looked at the monster for a moment and pondered intervening to save the girl, she had clearly just been kidnapped. However, he found himself hesitating. And probably for all the smart reasons too. Creno did not have the power on hand to face such creatures in single combat. So he waited.

"North City was just attacked!" Creno just yelled at Ian. "We have some of the refugees outside getting help. You are clearly a strong person and we could use someone like you on our side!" Creno said. "Many people have died in North City." He didn't know Ian had been the root cause, how could he? Then, Creno took a look in the general direction of the monster as he grabbed Bulma and they flew off. "Tch." Creno cursed. He hated feeling so powerless...

He hated being weak...

...He would soon change that.

And Ian would help him, sooner or later.

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Cell 8/26/2012, 5:10 pm

A slight hiss could be heard distinctly over the demon and the woman below. Cell had been watching them for a moment now, and was waiting on the perfect time to make his own intervention. He didn't give a damn about capsule corp, nor did he care if the man known as Ian Lancaster held any true intentions as to his word. Simply one thing mattered to him, something he had been asked to do.

The boy Ryouji, had spoken to him before about wanting to destroy Ian Lancaster. He wanted to do it for the audacity that the man had, building a training center in their own back yard. That alone would have been enough for Cell, but now he had a debt to pay. Ryouji was dead, and he died without the abomination ever knowing it until just recently. While he had been out taking care of his own business and neglecting what he had said he would do, he had missed his chance to let the boy watch the place go up in flames.

That did not sit well with Cell at all. The purple-haired hybrid had shown him a place to live, comradeship, and even something close to kindness. Even if it had all been a ruse to use the monster to his own gains, Cell had gotten something from it. It had been one of the things that had set in motion many new happenings in his existence as a whole. He had a debt to pay.

Cell understood a bit about how such dealings went on. After all, he had Bulma and Dr. Briefs cells within him, as well as a few lawyers he happened to eat. He knew how the situation worked, and he knew what was most important. That happened to be the documents that Ian had so carelessly left laying on the table, thinking they would be safe perhaps? Maybe not even thinking, simply relishing in his victory. This would easily be his downfall this night.

Cell's large seven foot frame came down from above, slamming through the table and into the balcony. Bulma had been standing right next to his landing area, and he had made sure not to crush her. After all, if she died it would make his crushing of Ian less severe than it was now.

The dust and debris that rose from the heavily damaged concrete below his monstrous feet obscured him for a moment, only giving a silhouette on a large, seven foot tall creature, with a swaying tail behind him. What might interest Ian even more so, was the crumpled paper and briefcase he held tightly in his hand. Documents could be re-drawn, but it was the signature that mattered. Cell's body would be fully illuminated as he held his hand up and the papers caught a blaze from his ki heating them well beyond their limitations. The suitcase and it's contents went next.

"Ian Lancaster, I've come to repay a debt I owed to Ryouji, you should remember him...after all, he killed you...twice."

****

Hours prior to this, Cell had started to move.

****

Cell stood, eyes closed as he floated above the training center that seemed abandoned at the moment. He had no idea where anything was, and he had been hoping that he could draw Lancaster here by blowing the place up. He doubted that would work considering he couldn't sense anyone nearby to report the destruction of this place to him. It had come to him then that there was one person who might be the greatest help in this. He reached out telepathically, over a great distance, to his comrade. Trunks had gone to Namek recently to aid another new ally in collecting the Dragonballs that rested there.

A moment later, he could hear a very distinctive voice in his head, saying something very much like what he had expected to hear.

"There isn't a drop of liquor on this damned planet!"

"Shut up, I need you to tell me something."

"What the hell? Cell? Where the hell did you come from?"

"Stop looking around, I'm speaking into your mind...idiot. I need to know...do you happen to know anything about a man named Ian Lancaster?"

"Fuck you bug, and yes I know plenty. That bastard had nearly taken away Capsule Corp from my mom and her parents. He had kidnapped my Grandfather, was having my grandmother watched and someone ready to kill her. Why?"

"What stopped it?" The abomination asked

"Some monster attacked right after my mom signed the paperwork, destroying the documents. Why?" This time Trunks asked with more vigor

" Where was this happening and when?"

"Ian Lancaster's property, a large estate in West City, and I think it was supposed to be...today. WHY!?" Trunks asked angrily this time. Cell laughed a bit before responding.

"Just curious." and opened his eyes, ending his 'call' to Trunks. It amused him that the boy was probably a bit irked right now, screaming on a planet far away from him.

He had to act fast though, he couldn't amuse himself with these thoughts any longer. If this was supposed to be happening today, it could already be too late. If he missed this chance, his most prime time to pay back his immense debt, it would bug him to no end. First he had to make sure that Bulma's mother was out of danger, otherwise it could be used as a bargaining chip later.

He blasted off in the direction of a town he had recently...cleansed of it's population. It was a few miles away, but that distance mattered little when you could fly, especially at a speed above the fastest human jets. When he arrived, he looked around firstly, making sure no one was around. Strangely, despite it having been 'abandoned' over a week ago, no one was present to investigate from what Cell could tell. Little did he know a large battle had just begun in North City quite the distance from here. Still it had sparked those that had been investigating to flee to their families.

He landed quickly, bursting through the door of the nearest home to him. Of course, all that meant to the abomination of nature was that he had walked into it. Weak little constructions. Walking over to where the phone was hanging on the wall, he picked it up and placed near the hole in the side of his head that served as his ear. He could hear a dial-tone, something he had learned was an indication of it working. He searched the memories that he had inherited from his unwilling donors, the ones that Gero had collected. He found what he had been looking for quickly enough, and dialed in the number that took him directly to the security responsible for the briefs family safety.

"Hello?" he heard a voice coming from the speaker on the phone. He quickly changed his voice to that of Bulma. "Ian Lancaster is watching my mother from somewhere! Please take care of her!" He made sure to put strain into his voice, to sound stressed and concerned though he doubted it would matter. They had no choice but to take action. "Do not make it noticeable or he may attack right away!" He said, still emulating the blue-haired woman's voice. He set the phone down as he heard a confident "Yes M'am."

Now that he had that out of the way, he needed to find Lancasters' estate. He took to the air once more, this time bursting from the ceiling of the home. The shock wave of him leaving and heading towards West City would more than destroy what was left of the home. He didn't care, he didn't even glance back. He had an enemy to make. The air rushed past him as he soared through it. It took a short time before West City came into view.

Once he was above the large place, it would be a simple matter to find Ian Lancaster. After all, even if he was hiding hims aura, he lived in a large estate. There were not very many of those around, and even fewer housed what he had been informed to be a demon. Those creatures gave off a very particular type of aura, and even hidden it would still give that stench off. If Cell hadn't happened to have been eating a few demons as of late, he wouldn't have been able to do much at this point.

Unfortunately Cell was meet with a bit of a problem. Ian's signature WAS that well hidden in this large city full of the stench of humans. He figured it probably had something to do with magic, but that didn't matter. Just as he was getting frustrated and about to just blow the entire fucking city up, he came to another idea. Bulma, the girl had absolutely no skill in anything but her business and inventing. Her mind was an open book, more so to Cell than anyone. He literally had part of her inside him, part of her mind was part of his mind. All he had to do, was reach out and touch it.

Closing his eyes, he began trying to feel her out. After a time searching through the large psychic presence that was an entire city of humans, he felt the extreme stress with matching thoughts. He accessed her mind without a bit of resistance, grabbing just the information he needed, her whereabouts. She had just landed on the helipad that Ian had at his estate. The abominations time was running short, but he should make it.

He surged forward once more aiming himself for what he could now see what easily the largest and most lavish estate in the city. He stopped just a bit above the place as he watched Bulma walk inside. He landed on the roof, making sure to keep a track on her specific aura as well as to move softly and quietly. This was a bit more difficult than it should have been, thanks to her being an incredible weakling. Still he was able to keep it up thanks to his proximity. If it hadn't been for Gero's genius manipulations of energy, he would have been caught by now and his attempt ruined. But he followed her, moving and placing himself above the balcony on the roof.

****

Back to the present

****

Cells monstrous form stood next to Bulma and across from Ian. He spoke the next words as clearly as his strange voice would allow.

"He also helped found a group...The Fallen." he said, and reached out into Bulma's mind. "I suggest you stay exactly where you are for the moment." He spoke to her directly, and then put his attention back onto the demonic warrior in front of him.

He had put on one damn good facade, even Cell couldn't tell he wasn't human. Still, he had knowledge otherwise, and would act with that knowledge to his fullest. He had heard that Ian had to be completely destroyed to die, or so Ryouji had told him. If operations hadn't resumed for a time at the training grounds, there wouldn't have been a single clue that he was back.

Then again, Cell didn't even know if it was possible for a demon to stay dead very long as that sort of entity. He had killed a few, but always eaten them. Part of their souls remained within him, and for all he knew that was why they hadn't come for him, they were trapped. He didn't need to battle the creature in front of him, he felt he had done quite enough already considering he just stopped him from purchasing the single largest corporation on the planet. However if the briefs family remained here, he would have done little. Bulma needed to escape the most, as it would take some time for those documents to be printed again, and to get Dr. Briefs signature.

He would have to move Dr. Briefs to a new location, and hide him. Even if Ian could buy the police as he had said moments ago, Bulma had enough influence and money to replace the entire police force. More so, she had military contracts, and if the military thought their investments were in danger they would step in quickly. Sometimes, he was thankful he had so many knowledgeable humans inside of him.

He had done probably the single closest act of kindness in his life thus far when he made the call to protect Mrs. Briefs, and so felt that protecting Dr. Briefs personally would make him too close to being a 'good guy'. He didn't mind if he had to kill Ian, but that wasn't the main concern right now. Right now was crushing him, and if he hunted him down for it, let him come. He had more than enough power to crush him.

"Bye." He said, turning and grabbing the blue haired woman roughly around the waist. He then vaulted from the balcony and began to double-time away from that location. He was headed into the city by way of flight.

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Izon 8/26/2012, 11:59 pm

Iric crushed the head of the last Gargoyle with his boot, the rock turning to small pebbles beneath his feat Another stranger had shown up to help with the remaining. Though there weren’t very many. Only four had remained when Izon had called him. But guess he couldn’t just tell him to fuck off. The boy had been annoying in the battle out right. Getting in his way, making him take a few more wounds than what he would’ve liked. You simply don’t fight with another person unless you two know how to fight together. And in the hallways of a building, there’s even less room. At this point, it didn’t matter though, the boy was decent and he did kill quite a few of them.

“Hey, not bad man.” His weapon was sheathed as he introduced himself as Creno. Iric could smell the Saiyan in him. A distinct warrior smell that he himself no longer had because of his demon side. “Were you also in North City? We could have a serious problem here if more of them are coming. We gotta get ready to go to war.” He paused a moment seeing a couple of Iric’s wounds. “You’re injured though and I know where we can go to get you treated quickly.”

Iric looked at his wounds. They weren’t bad. He’s certainly had much worst. Back when he was younger, he had an entire arm removed by one of the King’s guards. Then again, back then he had also died. He was about to speak but already Creno was onto something else. A dog that spotted a squirrel came to mind when Creno’s attention turned to that something else.

“Shit! What the fuck is that?” Iric could probably guess, but he wasn’t given a chance to say anything. “Hey kid, come with me. I just came up with a plan b.” He then took off towards the mansion.

His cell phone buzzed. “Return to the mansion. It’s done.” It was Cira.

“Was already heading there. Make sure Lord Izon is aware of a visitor named Creno.” He hung up the phone and shot after.

Creno landed in the yard and ran into the house, ignoring anyone trying to stop him. He burst into the office but froze. Ian looked up as a green bug like creature smashed the table and made a dent in the balcony, weakening it.

“Ian Lancaster, I’ve come to repay a debt I owed to Ryouji. You should remember him... after all, he killed you... twice.”

Ian hadn’t forgotten him. Nor did he worry about him any longer. The last encounter with Broly, he assumed he was no longer around. Killed by Broly? He wasn’t sure. But it didn’t matter much. Ian remained in his chair. The bug raised the papers that Bulma had just signed and in an instant, they were alight, and turned to ash. His brief case went next, though he wasn’t sure why. Maybe he was trying to be as careful as he could.

“Of course I remember him. A nuisance. The fact you’re speaking in past tense means the kid ran into a bit of bad luck and died. A shame. I offered him a job and would’ve made him rich, as well as given him all the fighting he could ever dream of while being provided everything he could ever want. What can I say though. I’m not sorry.” Ian was nonchalant about the whole thing.

Izon looked at the newcomer. He was frozen for a moment, unsure as to what to say it seems. Then he just blurted it out. “North City was just attacked! We have some of the refugees outside getting help. You are clearly a strong person and we could use someone like you on our side! Many people of died in North City.”

“He also helped found a group... The Fallen.” He looked at Bulma for a second then back at him. “Bye.” Cell grabbed Bulma and took off, heading off towards the city as Iric arrived.

Ian could only grin. He looked over the new comer then at Doctor Briefs who stood there, shock and hopelessness on his face. He knew what this meant. The creature just doomed the entire family. Standing, Ian walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder.

“I am truly sorry about this. I didn’t want any of this, but that creature has just doomed your family. I don’t need your signatures. I had a mole, I have back ups.” He closed his eyes and sent the instructions to both Thomas and the team at Bulma’s residence. Ian simply ignored the newcomer for now.

Thomas went to work, deleting all plans, tax records, transferred the money to various accounts that belonged to Ian on Kanassa. Everything was removed from the servers, local computers and anything at the home that was connected to a network. Working off the Quantum computer, it was happening almost instantly. It was a simple code Thomas had created. It went through folder by folder and removed everything. It ran checks with Ian’s computer and put any missing information on there. It would only take a minute to do as the computer has processor speed that far exceeded anything on the planet. And using Q-bits rather than bits, it was much more efficient. While they deleted, they copied, sending things onto back up hard drives Thomas was using. Just in case. After he was done, he left destroying the Quantum computer in the process. He got in his car and left with the copies to the meeting spot.

The men broke into the house, not making it quiet at all. It wasn’t long before they found Bulma’s mother, and in an instant, she was dead. Once they got the information that the computers were cleared, they ignited the house and walked off, back to their car to return to the mansion.

It was a horrible day for the Briefs family, and in the end, it was the Bug that had done it. Ian removed his hand from the shaken doctor. The jewel embedded in his shoulder turned to liquid and surrounded his entire arm and created nasty looking obsidian claws. With one finger, he impaled the skull of the doctor and withdrew. The body fell and the liquid retreated back into the jewel. Blood seeped from the hole and spread out onto the floor. That was going to be a pain to clean.

“What a shame, it had to go so far. Stubbornness and stupidity did not go well for them this day. Iric, make sure Capsule Corps is taken off the map. Destroy everything and make sure Thomas is sent to Terathola. Make sure the rest of his family meets him there. But rest up and get your wounds taken care of first. I don’t want a random run in with the bug right now.”

Iric who had arrived as Cell left, bowed. “Yes my lord.” He left the balcony stopping near Creno. “Lord Izon isn’t going to help you, just as a heads up. Those Gargoyles didn’t arrive at West City to attack it. I drew them there. Those in North City are of no concern of ours.”

It wouldn’t be till tonight when Iric would go to obliterate the Capsule Corp building. Then he’d meet up with Thomas at the Galactic Station. It was a plan that was put into place to make sure everything went the way Izon had wanted it to. There were back-ups to the back-ups. A man who made damn sure he got what he wanted. Admirable. His greed had made him careful and intelligent. If it were him, he would’ve gone after the bug to kill him, but he saw Izon’s logic. He was patient by nature.

Ian looked at the newcomer who seemed to have been waiting for his reply. He knew about the attack in North City. He didn’t really care. It was no longer his problem. Ian walked past him and went into his office. Reports flooded his head from Thomas and the crew at Bulma’s home. Both were completed. He could only smile. Soon Capsule Corp headquarters would be annihilated, and it would be done. He had everything he needed from them, except the presence. But the military contracts would mean jack any more. There were no records of them on the Corporation’s systems. And even if the Military had them, without the design specs, blueprints or even a place to build them at or even funds to build them, the Military would be screwed to say the least. Even if Bulma went to them now and told them everything that happened, it wouldn’t matter. They needed weapons, and Ian would be their man. It was a plan executed well. He spent a long time making sure everything was in order. And though he didn’t get Capsule Corp, in a sense, he did. And now the creator laid on the floor with a huge gaping hole in his head.

He walked around to his computer and opened up the casing and removed the hard drive before closing it back up. Gathering up his tablets, he held onto them as he started to head out. He stopped a moment and looked up at the newcomer.

“I know about the attack at North City. I had sent Iric there to help for a moment. I have no desire to help the cattle there. If they’re too stupid to take shelter where those Gargoyles won’t get to them, then I guess they deserve death. So if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got much work to do.”

He left the room, and headed down the stairs where Cira waited. Cira held the hard drives from the quantum computer. The fact that the bug didn’t grab anything computer related meant that he didn’t know about them, which was a good thing. It was honestly amazing that Cell knew anything about the contracts period, but maybe he was listening nearby. He needed to make sure the most important information was safe.

“Back up the office android’s programming and remove everything but the basic commands. Copy what you can on to it. Make sure Lazerus is copied first. After that, make more copies. Get the transport bot and copy what you can to that. I don’t want to lose anything. I want minimum five copies.”

Cira nodded and took everything Ian had. He had the delivery bot and the office bot follow him. WIth the quantum computer, it wouldn’t take long to copy it over to new hard drives, and with the advancements of these droids thanks to capsule corp, it wouldn’t take long at all to copy things onto them either. Maybe an hour, he’d be done. And with Thomas’s copy, they were in great shape.

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Creno Valour 8/27/2012, 2:38 pm

Seeing that the owner of the powerful Ki suddenly murdered the other man, he had no idea who that man was, Creno was extremely shocked. His mind was locked on that single act, he murdered the guy cold-blooded. Right in front of Creno and Creno began to shake. He had never seen such a thing in his life, and he had seen many MANY things in his life. Creno looked at Ian for a moment, and barely registered it when Iric spoke. It was as if Iric was not even there in Creno's head.

For the briefest of moment, Creno pondered enacting a suicide run and taking Ian out right then and there. It would certainly solve a lot of problems. But what had he just witnessed? In front of Creno's very eyes, Ian had basically destroyed Capsule Corps, the earth-bound corporation and virtually put Earth's economy in a single stranglehold. Creno didn't know that much about Earth economics, he was a Soldier, but he knew Capsule was important as a subsidiary employee of them. When the bug took Bulma, it had done the most ridiculous thing of it's life. Creno had vaguely been aware of that, but then, rash men did rash things and doomed everybody.

Creno decided that when he got the power to, he would confront the bug.

In the meantime, he had three options. All but one, seemed like a brilliant idea at the moment.

He turned to look at Iric, and finally came to his senses.

"You!" Creno said. Logically speaking, he had to let Ian go, he did not have the power on hand to defeat such a megalomaniac. But, for whatever reason, Ian had let Creno go. He wondered why. He walked towards the dead man. Creno was evidence, he knew, he had to make a careful decision here. Iric was probably connected to Ian in some way, and he would have to be extremely careful at that point. "You knew about this attack?" Creno asked.

"I did." Iric responded without even caring. Iric had received his orders, and would of course, enact them. Pending any problems.

Creno clenched his fists and looked at the body of the old man. That old man, must have been important in some way. Damn, I have to start paying attention. If he's been ordered to take out the building, I have to get everybody out of here, but first, I have to defeat this guy before me, in order to protect everybody in the first place. It was then, that Soldier Third Class Creno Valour decided his destiny. He would impede Ian's progress as much as he could, even if it cost him his very life!

"Then." Creno said as he stood up, looking away from the dead old man. "You are my enemy!" Creno suddenly yelled.

"Creno!" Several Soldier members suddenly came rushing into the room. "We know what happened! We were tracking your computer through our short-ranged communication! You don't have to attack his servant, we can take it from here." Creno turned to see The Soldier members he did not recognize, grunts at best.

"You have no idea what has just happened here." Creno was still shaking, tears welling up in his eyes for the old man that Ian had killed. He looked at The Soldiers. "Get everybody out of here, I am ordering an Evac, NOW. Move the civilians somewhere safe, and get your asses out of here, we need to regroup." Creno said, and he turned to look at Iric. Then he crunched his knuckles. "I can't do anything about your boss, but I CAN do something about YOU." Creno said.

"Oh?!" Iric finally acknowledged Creno, and grinned. "What would that be, kid?"

"Get out of here, all of you! I got something to settle with this guy." Creno suddenly yelled towards The Soldiers. The leading officer sighed, and they began to leave, they would respect Creno. Creno then turned towards the man named Iric. "I'm gonna stop you. I cannot allow you and your boss to cause anymore harm than what you have already done." But Creno knew he was doing too little too late, Ian had effectively screwed Earth over.

"Then, punk, show me what you plan to do about it!" Iric said.

Creno smiled. "I will. I will make you and your boss pay for what you've done in North City. Someday I will have the power to." Creno swore, and then moved into his Assault Stance.

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Izon 8/31/2012, 1:11 pm

Iric waited in his room, dressing his wounds and applying gel-like substance to some of the open wounds. It was a solvent made from the Senzu bean. They were rare so they had to find a way to minimize its use. It worked. It was about a fifth of the bean that was used and it was mixed with various other herbs and modern medications like Hydrogenperoxide. They healed fairly quickly.

“You!” The outburst came from behind him, from his door. Turning around, it was the kid that was way too A.D.D. to even sit and listen.”You knew about this attack?”

Iric nodded. “I did.” It was all a ploy to gain Bulma’s approval and give Ian the starting advantage. After that failed is when Ian wanted to have him bring the fight to West City. Now he needed to destroy Capsule Corporation before he’d leave for the station. And it looks like that window of time just grew much smaller.

“Then, you are my enemy!”

“Creno!” Soldiers came in around him. Iric wondered how they got past Lord Izon or Cira. He wondered what happened to the rest of Cira’s men if they stood here now. “We know what happened. We were tracking your computer through your short range communication. You don’t have to attack his servant, we can take it from here!”

Iric gave a noise of disgust. He’d have to deal with such lowly warriors when he himself was much greater than this. What the hell?

“You have no idea what just happened here? Get everybody out of here. I’m ordering an EVAC now! Move the civilians to somewhere safe and get your asses out of here. We need to regroup!” Creno looked at the Saiyan Demon hybrid and began cracking his knuckles. “I can’t do anything about your boss, but I can do something about you.”

Iric could barely hold back a chuckle. He saw how well he fought. He saw what this one was capable of. Iric was far from afraid. Both his demon and saiyan blood coursed through him, making it that much more hilarious. “Oh? What would that be kid?”

“Get out of here! All of you! I’ve got something to settle with this guy.” The soldiers began to file out and headed down the hall. “I’m going to stop you. I’m not going to let you or your boss do any more harm than what you’ve already done!”

“Then punk, show me what you plan to do about it.” Iric grinned as he got his body ready.

“I will. I will make you and your boss pay for what you’ve done in North City! Someday I will have the power to.”

Iric let out a loud laugh that resounded through the halls. “North City? You think we’re responsible for North City? Really?” He couldn’t contain his laughter. It was unbearable. He completely missed what the hell just happened. Iric doubled over holding his gut tightly. His sides were hurting he was laughing so hard. After a moment, he stood up, bracing himself as he finished up. “North City wasn’t us. We had no desire to harm anyone. What’s happening in North City is definitely not us. Mister Lancaster is not one that moves overtly like that. All he wanted was to buy Capsule Corps. He doesn’t give a crap about North City.”

He shook his head as he turned around. He opened up the window and took off. He was going to get his task done as quickly as possible. And there is where he would be dealing with Creno if he followed.

Shooting high into the sky of the setting sun, he raced to where his target lay. It was the a sore thumb in comparison to the city. It was painfully obvious where it sat, and soon it would be nothing but rubble.

Being summer and the setting sun, it was probably about eight o’clock. It meant those that were still there had no lives or were trying to figure out what had happened to all of the information that was stored.

Ian stepped back onto the main floor. He had been down in the basement with Cira and the Quantum Computer. He took a deep breath and paused as armed men came down the stairway. “Company huh?” He had no clue who they were, but soon the guns were fired and screams could be heard from all over the house as Ian, in his demon form, tore through them like they were butter. This house was becoming messier by the minute. It was a shame. It was a beautiful house.

He changed back into his human form and heard some laughter coming from Iric’s room. Something had him going. Soon it was done and he was gone. There was someone else up there as well. His skin turned black and black energy flowed off him like smoke as he walked up the stairs. He reached Iric’s room and saw a boy there. The boy he had seen when the bug had arrived. By this point, he was completely black. Red eyes being the only thing piercing the shadow. His mouth was no where to be seen, but he spoke as if he spoke in Creno’s mind.

“What are you doing here boy?” Izon’s power had increased greatly. “You’re in the Demon Lord Izon’s domain.”

Iric arrived at the Capsule Corp, pushing himself to go as fast as possible, and flew in back through the hole. There were people here and they were startled. It didn’t matter though. They would die and he wouldn’t think anything less about it. He crashed in through additional floors and rested when he reached the room with the quantum computer. There had been scientists trying to fix it and they ran when they saw him.

His crimson aura erupted around him as his arms flew out horizontally. A barrier appeared around him as soldiers came rushing in through the door. He grinned as they fired uselessly at the energy barrier. And in a split second, it was over as the barrier rapidly expanded into a dome of expanding destructive energy that engulfed all of the campus. Anyone there would be dead. The building collapsed around him, at least what was left. Everything else had been launched and destroyed the surrounding buildings. There was certainly more collateral than had been planned, but when it was over Iric floated in a crater with debris surrounded him.

“And done.” He took off, back to the mansion where he would report in person. He shot up high again, taking in the cooler air and staying above and out of the way of everyone. And he flew home as quickly as he could.

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Creno Valour 8/31/2012, 3:20 pm

Creno knew when he was out of his league.

He could have probably stopped Iric, but he decided it better to take a step back. Especially when he heard Ian's voice in his mind. That disturbed him more than just a little bit. Creno had a tremendous headache after the demon lord had contacted him and when his vision cleared, he blinked and saw that Iric had already left. He sighed, he had known what that meant. Damn...if only I were stronger. Creno thought to himself and walked out towards the balcony. There he saw, the death of Capsule Corps and sighed, he had been too late. However, it had not been his fault.

Deciding that he would let Ian have his win today, Creno's own aura burst out around his body.

He saw the brilliant energy swelling against the darkness in the mansion, and began to plan his next move. Already on the go, he would need to carefully decide what would happen next. He had to talk to his superiors and let them know exactly what had transpired before his very eyes. Maybe it was a mixed blessing that Ian had let Creno go. Creno decided to activate his Powered Flight and flew off towards where he knew that the civilians and his cohorts in Soldier were. Soldier was probably the last known remnants of Capsule still active. He flew towards their forward command center and landed nearby to where he saw Instructor Cruz.

"Creno! Where the hell have you been!?" Cruz asked.

"I saw something I wasn't supposed to see." Creno said plainly, he was still in a state of shock at the death of that old man. And the way that Ian had done it was completely unnatural. "We need to figure out our next plan." Creno said casually, trying to keep his thoughts positive and the plan in motion.

"What did you witness, Creno?" Came the voice of Riven, another First Class Soldier.

"I saw the death of someone." Creno said carefully. "It was someone important, some old man. You guys were tracking my computer right? Well here it is. I don't want to hang on to this anymore, it might make me a target." Creno said and handed Cruz his personal computer. "The man who killed that old man, he is dangerous." Creno stated. "Dangerous even to a Super Warrior." Creno recalled the message that Ian had given him. It still resonated in his mind, making him unnaturally nervous. "That man is a Demon Lord in disguise, we have to all be careful." Creno said carefully, and then there was the bug. How did the bug play into all of this, and what was it's true motivation for stopping Ian? There were too many questions, and too many variables.

Then there was Iric himself, Ian had distracted Creno so Iric could get away completely free. He sighed. Iric had been within his reach, but the plan had been too perfectly executed. Dangerous men were schemers after all. He looked at Instructor Cruz. "I need power." Creno suddenly said. "A power to protect the people that mattered the most." He said. Then he remembered his Father's teachings. His Father had raised The Warrior as a Human being, and not a Saiyan. But Creno knew what he was through and through, he had The Warrior's blood after all.

Creno had several options available to him. He could train under Master Roshi, Master Kami, or others still. He looked at Instructor Cruz, longingly, for a moment. "Instructor Cruz. I am afraid I have to take my leave of Soldier for the time being." Creno said. "I have to go seek the power I need. The power to defeat that monster." Creno said.

"You're leaving?!" Cruz responded incredulously. "Creno. You are not yet First Class. There are things that you need to complete in order to move on and ascend the ranks. You still have a chance to complete many great and wonderful things with us!" Cruz said. She didn't want to see Creno go.

"It's not that." Creno said. "I have learned a considerable amount of knowledge from your lot. It's that this is no longer the place for me to seek the power that I need. There is one, however, who can help me out." Creno decided that the likely choice would be to learn Turtle Hermit School of Martial Arts. He didn't want to train under Master Kami, he didn't know what The Lookout Point even was. Creno stepped away from Instructor Cruz for a few moments.

He looked at her. "I appreciate everything you have done for me." Creno said. "Train your Soldiers, I want them to be strong as me, if not stronger." Creno said. "And someday, when I am ready to lead your army, I shall return." Creno said casually. Then, he activated his Powered Flight. His brilliant aura, resonated around his body, and he took off to Turtle Island. And probably the only man who could help him to reach his true potential: Master Roshi. He knew that the enemy would probably attempt to move on Master Roshi, but he would be there at least, to protect the man. He hated having to have run away, but Ian had distracted him. He would never allow himself to make a mistake of that caliber again.

As he flew, the wind began to melt away the anxieties of the moment. He had witnessed a great deal, and though he was a nobody, the enemy had let him go in probably a very sloppy decision. Creno would see to it to return the favour to Ian Lancaster someday and make him pay for what he had done that day...

The End of Capsule Corp. Empty Re: The End of Capsule Corp.

Post by Izon 9/2/2012, 11:24 pm

The boy slowly backed away which only made Ian grin. Or at least he would if his current form allowed him.Creno fled, leaving Ian standing alone in the house. Yet another on his list for people to watch out for. He was sure the boy would not give up quite so easily. He must’ve known he was weaker than him.

His form returned back to the human shape, his old self. By this time, Cira should be wrapping up, and Iric should be having some fun. He left the room and headed back down the stairs with the slaughtered armed force that had infiltrated. Certainly the police would be showing up. Or maybe not. He’d need to clean this up one way or another. Replace the floor boards as they were blood soaked now. A shame. Maybe he’d get redwood next time, or oak. Yes. Redwood would be good.

He headed down to the basement where Cira had just entered in the last hard drive. It was amazing how fast it was. The hard drive itself was tailored to only work in another quantum computer which meant it was fast. He held up one of the crystal cubes. Each one held virtually unlimited data. The quantum computer transferred the data via laser and where each laser intersected is a terabyte of data. This meant not only does the data exist in two places simultaneously, it was also transferred over at the speed of light. This meant the new hard drive that was put in was completed almost just as quickly.

“This is beautiful. Make sure everyone those who head to Terathola is carrying one. Give me a couple as well. We don’t know who will know about this, but the more they have to work at it, the better situation we’re in.”

Cira left immediately, taking most of the hard drives with him while giving a few to the remaining men left behind. They all left, taking various modes of transportation. Most were leaving tonight. Muscles and Thomas were probably already gone by now. Cira and most of the others in the next couple of hours. The rest will follow, staggering over the next day, then he would follow in a couple of days.

Ian looked at the machine and let out a sigh. Nothing of this must exist. Not like he needed it anymore anyway. He placed his hand on part of the tower and channeled energy into it. The box exploded and a cascade effect occurred as the remaining parts of the computer exploded.

Ian turned and walked out, leaving behind a smokey room of burnt out computer parts. Nothing could be salvaged from the computer as he wanted. He headed upstairs where Iric waited. He was a bit dirty, but the fact that he was here meant Capsule Corporation was gone. Bulma was the only one left alive, but she had been left with nothing. And if she survived, he may be able to get her to work for him. She wouldn’t be in the right mind. No one would be. At least not normally. He himself wouldn’t care. He killed his own wife and brought another to suicide.

“The deed is done Lord Izon.”

Ian smiled. “Then get to the shuttle and head to Terathola. I will meet you shortly.” Ian handed a couple more of the of the hard drives to Iric who received it and immediately took off.

His ticket would be waiting for him at the launch site. A change of scenery would be wonderful. Earth was beautiful, but from everything he’s heard of Terathola, he would be able to get stronger. The station would also be more peaceful, allowing them to relax.

The station was also supposed to have a massive training facility and he already had plans for it. Plans Ian had already signed off on. It would be tough to run it as well, but they could do it. He would build a force that would allow him to protect it as well as build an army for Lord Izon.

An army would be there for Izon and allow Izon to take a hold of the Galaxy. That is if he wanted it. Even if it just meant he’d have a business empire. Maybe he could even rival the Changelings. That would be something. To see the Changelings bow before someone other than one another would be a wonderful thing. It would be entertaining.

Ian bent down and grabbed the dead corpse. Dragging it to the back yard, he threw it to the middle and then followed up with the rest, piling them one after the other before flying up into the office to grab Doctor Brief’s body.

He pulled it close and looked into his vacant eyes. “Again, I am sorry. But eventually your daughter is going to join you, or work for me. That is if the bug didn’t kill her already.”

Dragging the body to the pile, he tossed it onto the pile before igniting it with his own energy. The pile burst into flames and he watched in wonderment as the bodies burnt away. Doctor Briefs was missing and right now is already considered dead. It’s even gotten to the point that they stopped looking. Though if Bulma lived, she would say who had killed him. That is when she learns of his and her mother’s death.
