Roleplay Sample (250 words):


He could feel the silence, the deafening silence as it rolled across the desolate battlefield. His eyes were closed, but he could already see it in his mind’s eye, he could already imagine the bodies scattered about haphazardly. They would be strewn about like rag dolls when he opened his eyes and pulled himself up off of the dirt, but it was no longer any of his concern. They’d pissed him off, and it was their own faults. Groaning from the pain movement was to cause him, Broly pushed himself up off of the ground carefully, shaking the mud and dirt free of his hair as he rose.

As he’d expected, there was no one left. All that lay in remembrance of the tragedy was the sickening stench of blood in the air, mingling with the rot of the dead. He could only imagine the havoc he’d wrought upon these people, under the control of his father Paragus. His breaths came in short, ragged gasps of air, pulling in all of the oxygen that he could. He was still worn out from the battle, but he knew that he was much better off than the others were.

His experimental crown was still placed firmly on his head, he had managed to keep some level of control and direction throughout the bitter fighting. It didn’t look like Paragus had succeeded in limiting his power as of yet though, a fact he both enjoyed and despised. He loved the thrill of an eternally rising level of power, and he lived for the fighting. He couldn’t stand the fact that he lost control of it, he couldn’t stand that he was too weak to control himself. It was all Kakarot’s fault. It was all that buffoon.

He swept a large hand over his chest, dislodging layers of dirt and crusted blood from his smooth body. He must have had quite a time destroying these people. He could still see fires burning in the distance, fires burning an emerald green from the remains of his energy. Even now, it was too powerful for him to extinguish. It was as if he became a completely different person when he transformed, a completely different Broly. In this form, he was but a Saiyan. In his transformed state...He was so much more.

He was so much more that it was frightening. Only one man had rivaled his power, and he was long dead. The Legendary Super Saiyan himself. He was the only man who could have ever come close to matching Broly in terms of pure strength. He hadn’t been able to control it either.

A casual wind brushed across the battlefield, forcing dirt to catch in the folds of his torn pant legs, staining the cotton-y material a dark brown, His wrap was missing from his waist, likely torn off by some doomed soul trying to escape. It was clear to him that the bastard had failed. The thought of an innocent struggling brought a sadist’s smile to his lips, conjuring a smirk that spread from ear to ear. It was exceedingly obvious that Broly was enjoying the damage he’d inflicted.

Raising a hand into the air, he released a brief pulse of dazzling emerald energy into the sky, allowing it to streak through the atmosphere like a flare to signal his father’s ship. Paragus never came with him. He didn’t trust the boy in his company, especially on foreign planets. One never knew what would set him off, and send him on a destructive rampage throughout the stars. If he remembered properly, one of the weaklings on planet Narne had failed to bow in response to his arrival. How disrespectful for someone of his power. The smirk turning into a scowl at the memory, he permitted his aura to explode up from his ankles toward the sky, capping in height just above his head. Winds picked up around him, swirling rapidly to meet the dancing green flames that surrounded the full blooded Saiyan. It was as if nature was bending to his will, as if Broly was manipulating it with his power.

But in all honesty, who would dare tell him otherwise?
