Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan Empty Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan

Post by Yamcha the banned 5/29/2012, 7:03 pm

Yamcha, the mixed martial arts wolf expert and Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan were flying towards a spot on Earth called Yumehitio Heights. The two decided to start their training off there in that area since it was away from everyone. Also it was where Yamcha lived in the beginning.

As they were flying Spin spoke while in mid flight to Yamcha. “So are you ready to train to defeat the organization? Yamcha nodded. “Yes, I’m ready.” The human warrior recalled when he fought the Death God Oroki and how his performance was during the battle. He wasn’t satified with himself and knew he needed to train more to keep up with the speed and grace of the Death God.

As they arrived, both the namekian and human touched down on the ground. “So what will it be?” The namekian of the Dragon Clan asked. “Will we train here as is? Or will we train in the Dojo of your Capsule House?” Yamcha smirked. “Lets start off regular then go into enhanced gravity. We have to warm up first.”

Both warriors took six paces from each other and bowed to show each other respect. “Alright Spin, lets take a spin on the combat wheel!” Spin smirked. “You may have had training but I’m a rejuvenated namekian elder who fused with a village after repopulating it. Your going to have some trouble. Lets fight with one fourth of our power. No use in destroying the planet or damaging it.”

Both warriors suppressed to twenty five percent of their true powers then they began to take combat stances. Yamcha took a wolf stance as Spin took a Dragon Stance. They squared off, looking at each other. As the wind blew from the east, Yamcha’s hair blew in the breeze as did Spin’s Weighted Pearl White Namekian Cape.

Yamcha now shot forward channeling his Jin into his arms for hitting strength and speed and started off with a barrage of punches towards the namekian.

The namekian used his dragon stance and began to block the punches with a bit of effort on his behalf. He used his psychic powers and spoke into Yamcha’s mind while blocking Your attacks lack grace, I can see an opening. With that, the namekian launched a front kick to Yamcha’s gut.

Yamcha got hit by the kick to the gut and got pushed back a bit. The namekian used his psychic powers and spoke in his mind yet again. Lets see your defensive stance. Spin went and shot towards Yamcha, channeling his Jin into his legs and came hard with a barrage of four kicks aimed at his two shoulder blades, his heart and his lungs.

The human warrior coughed and with a mere second to spare, saw Spin coming in. He went and preformed his turtle defensive stance that he learned from Master Roshi and raised his arms to begin his blocking manuvers. The first kick was blocked by his right elbow. The second kick was blocked by his left elbow. He then placed his arms as an ‘X’ across his chest to block the remaining two kicks.

The human warrior, after blocking the namekian's attacks; preformed a spinning roundhouse with his left leg as he turned his body counter clockwise towards the namek, his reaction was a second too late though since the namek raised his left wrist and blocked it.

Yamcha shot backwards using flight only to see the namek shooting forward faster then Yamcha was shooting backwards. The namek channeled his Ki into his Jin and attacked Yamcha with a physical technique called the surging punch.

Yamcha image then blurred as the namek went through his afterimage technique. The human warrior reappeared, his right leg high up over his head as he attempted to slam his right heel into the skull of the namek.

The namekian sensed Yamcha's energy and put his arms crossing over his head to block the attack. Yamcha decisively used his free hand, quickly channeling energy and discharged a ki wave directly at the namekian’s chest. As the human warrior was channeling energy for a ki wave, the namekian gathered energy in his eyes and at the same time. Both warriors launched their ki attacks. The namekians ki attack was an eyelaser to the chest.

Both warriors got pushed back and their feet skidded on the rough terrain. Both warriors got hit but were still primed for battle. The namek then pointed his right pointer finger at Yamcha and fired a Dodon Ray which Yamcha shot to the left using powered flight to dodge. He then shot up into the air shouting. “Lets take this to the skies!”

Spin grinned as a purple aura came about his body. He suddenly lifted off the ground with force from his powered flight as he took to the skies. Both fighters then shot at each other: Yamcha with a knee from above and Spin with an elbow from below. Both attacks hit each other and they stood firm in the air. They then shot back and shot back at each other. Yamcha spun like a top with his right foot out as he attempted to perform a spinning hurricane kick.

Ironically it went through Spin’s afterimage technique. Suddenly from below, the namekian shot up with a rising uppercut which Yamcha sensed and pulled his head back, barely dodging. As he pulled his head back, he countered with a counter clockwise flip with his right foot about to hit the namekian’s chin.

The namekian grabbed Yamcha’s leg and hurled him into the sky with a mighty grapple throw. Yamcha was trying to fight the wind pressure of the throw and suddenly saw Spin above him, spiking him down to the ground. Yamcha got hit by the spike and was plummeting to the earth. The human warrior fired a ki ball from his right hand which was facing the ground and stopped his decent.

The namekian seeing Yamcha stop his decent, upped his speed and shot down with a hard knee drop to Yamcha’s collar bone. The human sensed the namekian's approach as well as seeing it with his own eyes and blocked the attack, holding himself in the air with flight.

The namekian smirked. “Not bad, but it’s not enough…you have psychic powers, use your mind more.” Yamcha then saw the namekian disappear before his eyes and from below a kick was launched to his back.

The namek launched Yamcha back into the air with a kick to his back. Yamcha then gathered his Ki and began to sense out the namekian. After tracking where he would appear, he manipulated his energy and fired a ki wave at the spot the namek would appear, also stopping his flight upwards. The namekian appeared where Yamcha felt he would be.

Only having seconds to spare, the namekian blocked the energy wave by puttng his arms in an 'x' across his chest. An explosion was heard and smoke was comming off the namekian. Spin then smiled and shouted. “Now your getting it!”

The namek began to thrust his arms forward with his palms facing Yamcha. He began to aim and started firing multiple ki blasts at Yamcha who used his afterimage to make his image blur, the ki blasts going through the illusion and hitting the ground below. His image then became solid again and smirked. “You got some tricks up your sleeve Spin.” Yamcha said with a smirk. The namekian grinned. “You got some yourself.”

The namek quickly shot his right arm forward, the limb he used extending to punch Yamcha in his stomach. Yamcha shot to the right, evading the mystic attack the namek used and cupped his hands to his right hip and as he quickly brought his arms forward, he discharged a blue wave of energy from his two palms towards the namek.

The namek smirked. "What a good technique...here's mine!" And with those words, he pointed his right finger forward, manipulated his Ki and fired a super dodon wave which clashed with the Kamehameha wave and both were struggling for Ki dominance.

The kamehameha was no match for the super Dodon Ray and got destroyed. The super dodon ray came down towards Yamcha at amasing speed. The human warrior put his two hands out with his palms open to catch the super dodon ray.

As Yamcha caught the attack, the ray pushed him down. He then held firm, his hands cupping the attack until the beam exploded. Yamcha’s palms now red from the heated attack. “Damn,” Yamcha yelled at the namekian as he started to blow on his palms to stop the burning sensation from the super dodon ray “That was really hot!”

The namekian laughed. “A bit of heat doesn’t hurt.” Yamcha suddenly blurred into existance on the left flank of the namek as he boosted his speed. As he appeared, he quickly channeled his Jin and launched a karate chop from his right arm to his throat, a kick from his right leg to his left knee joint, a hard jab to the left temple and a palm strike from his right hand to the shoulder blade of the namek.

The namekian was side tracked by his speech and didn’t notice Yamcha’s approach. He then got hit in the neck hard. Being more focused on breathing, he couldn’t defend the kick to his knee joint and was in pain. The namekian moved his head to evade the temple shot and as Yamcha landed the palm strike on his left shoulder blade, the namekian shot his right arm forward using the namekian technique called mystic attack once more and nailed Yamcha in his chest hard in an attempt to send him flying.

Yamcha got pushed back a few yards which gave the namekian time to recover from the hits the human warrior landed. The namekian's aura began to burn like fire about his body and shot towards Yamcha with moderate speed.

Yamcha turned and saw the namek coming in hard. He put up his arms and blocked as the namek used machine gun fist to pelt Yamcha with punches. It was deadly. The namek kept punching up Yamcha who was blocking and not moving an inch in the air. The namek then preformed a front flip afterwards and nailed Yamcha in his head, sending the human warrior plummeting to the ground once more.

Yamcha grabbed his head as he was falling and screamed “AHHH!!” His aura then began to catch fire, his strength and speed rising as he fell. He then shot back up into the air as he also boosting his speed also yelling “Take this! Wolf Fang Fist!” The namek smirked. “Very well.” He then began firing rapid energy blasts at Yamcha.

The blue wolf was all the namek could see. As the blast rained down, the wolf dodged, moving to different sides while moving upwards. As he got close a blue wolf head bit the namekians left ankle as well as his right ankle. Now Yamcha could be seen spinning the namekian around numerous times and sending him flying towards the ground with intense strength and force.

The human warrior summoned his energy and cupped his hands to his right hip, glowing with a blue aura. He then thrusted his arms forward, discharging a super kamehameha wave to chase the namek down as he was plummeting towards the earth.

The namek hit the ground, landing on his back. As the namekian looked up, he crossed his arms as the super kamehameha wave came down. The wave began to crush the namek a bit then exploded on his defenses, kicking up loads of smoke across the terrain. Yamcha then shot down with his two knees facing the namekian as he sensed his location.

As he landed, the namekian screamed in pain. Even with his defense, he felt the twin knee drop. Yamcha began to float off of the namek and landed on his feet. He then offered his hand to help the namekian up. “Wow, your good Spin. You got me a few times. If I wasn’t trained by King Kai, Master Roshi and Kami, you’d have beaten me.”

Spin, the Namekian of the Dragon Clan took Yamcha’s hand and got to his feet. “Wow, such power…now we have to refine it so you can beat the organization. That was one hell of a warm up…I think we can train in your Capsule Home now. But first we have to meditate. You do have a meditation chamber so lets go their first.”

Yamcha smirked. “Yeah, meditation over this battle would be beneficial to me right now.” He then went into his pocket and took out his Dyno Capsule. He then pressed down on the button on top of the capsule and threw it down. It bounced on the ground then its contents expanded, showing a capsule house.

Yamcha and Spin walked into the Capsule House to continue their training, the warm-up they both did together now officially over and the real training about to begin.

Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan Empty Dragon Training in 100x enhanced gravity

Post by Yamcha the banned 5/30/2012, 3:29 am

Yamcha and Spin were now inside the Dojo of the capsule house. The namekian smirked. “Well Yamcha, you did good in the warm up. Now lets see you adapt to a high level of gravity. First you’ll do some warm ups, then you’ll fight me once your body has adapted to the high level of gravity.” Spin began to crack his neck. “Lets try this at fifty percent at one hundred times normal gravity. This should prove interesting. I’ll meditate until your done warming up.”

Yamcha grinned. “Okay, we’ll do this, hopefully I get a decent workout. Then we can meditate after.”

Ready to train hard, Yamcha pressed a button on his scouter which was on his left ear with the battle fighting power read out lense over his left eye and began to speak. “Computer, enhance the gravity in this room by one hundred times.”

Spin sat cross legged on the ground and began to meditate as the gravity was enhanced one hundred times.

The light dimmed red, and the familiar sensation of being pulled into the ground, the weight of one hundred worlds falling on his shoulders. Almost unbearable, but bearable just enough.

His body hit the ground with sufficient force, and he began to press against the forces keeping him glued to the surface of his training room. Slowly he was able to manage himself into a press up position. From there, he would allow himself to drop again before pressing up one more time. This cycle would continue until Yamcha felt comfortable, which wouldn't be for a while. He felt his bones compacting, strengthening with every press against the hard white ground, and once comfortable using both hands he lifted one and placed it behind his back. Pressing off the ground with only one hand greatly increased the difficulty of the exercise but it wasn't anything that Yamcha couldn't handle. When this felt comfortable with one hand, he would switch to his other.

After completing his push up routine, he'd continue on to squats. He'd squat as low as he could, his hands behind his head, and his butt going all the way down the floor. From this position he'd use only his legs to force himself into a standing position. At first this would prove to be quite the trial, but after a while it would become just as easy as it normally was for him. After it became easy, which would take quite a while, Yamcha would bring his knees together and continue. The proximity of his feet to one another would make the exercise that much more difficult, but it too would become easier with time as his body became more and more used to the gravity.

After doing his squats, he loosen up with some basic stretches, jumping jacks, and suicide runs before going through a number of Yogic exercises in order to promote both strength, and flexibility.

First laying on the ground, and making a back bridge creating the Chakrasana position. The gravity pulling his core to the ground making the position strenuous, and the strength it would take to hold the position intense. His right knee rose, and his right hand came up to meet it. The leg straightened. The strain on his left side was very great, but Yamcha held the position for at least a few minute with sweat pouring down his face before slowly lowering the leg, and raising the other in the same manner; holding the left side for the same amount of time as he held the right.

After he lowered his left side he would rise to a standing position, bending over his front and placing both palms flat on the ground, and placing his knees on his elbows and balancing on his hands. This was the Kakasana or Crow position. From this position he would straighten his right leg very slowly and hold the position for a minute before bringing his knee back to his elbow. Next he would straighten his left leg the same as he had his right. He held the position for about a few more minutes with more sweat coming off his brow before coming back to Kakasana. Next he would carefully place his forehead to the ground, straightening both legs above his body, before placing the knees back on his upper arms and balancing once again on his hands making the Major Kakasana position. From here he straightened both legs into a straddle pointing his feet to his sides before coming back to Major Kakasana.

He would drop both feet to the ground slowly, and place his forearms to the ground, raising his feet into a sort of headstand. From the head stand he would arc his back making his feet point forward than raising his head and looking up. From there he would place the bottoms of both feet on the top of his head completing the Scorpion position. His legs straightened pointing away from the center before his feet came together and he placed his feet carefully on the ground. His forearms still flat against the ground.

From here he would return to a headstand, and he would press against the ground rising onto his palms, his legs pointing straight to the heavens. From this handstand he would spread his legs into a perfect straddle, the gravity pulling him very strongly to the ground, increasing the power he would have to use in order to not simply dislocate his hips from the exercise. From this sort of splitting hand stand he would rotate his body pointing his left foot forward and his right foot behind. He'd hold every individual position for a minute before continuing. After pointing his left foot forward he'd rotate his hips pointing his right foot forward. From this position he would straighten both legs, pointing them to the sky again. From this original position, he would point his right foot forward and his left foot back in a split. After holding this position a minute he would scissor his legs pointing his left foot forward and his right foot back. He'd hold this, again, for a minute before returning to the original position. From the original position he would bend his right foot over his left leg, and cross his left foot over his right in a sort of 'Full Lotus' position. He'd hold this a minute and switch legs.

After the second lotus he'd return to the original position, before pointing his feet all the way forward, until he had completed the cycle and returned to Chakrasana position. He'd lower his body and complete the corpse pose, straightening both his legs and arms, and completely relaxing his body. Allowing the Gravity to set in.

He then got onto the ground, flat on his belly with his hands in a triangle shape on the ground as he began to do Diamond shaped pushups. It was hard work but he had to defeat the Organization so any harsh training was welcome. He went down, sweat pouring off of his face as he tried to get his arms used to the gravity and held his position; His body not touching the ground as he kept his hands in diamond shape form in the down position. He was really feeling the burn as he kept him upper body from touching the ground. After two minutes of this grueling exercise, he channeled his Jin and pushed himself up, then down again; holding the down position for another minute.

He knew this was going to be crucial for his training and his body was really feeling it. He went and channeled his Jin and using his two arms, pushed himself up. He went down once more but only half way, holding it for thirty seconds then going all the way down, holding it for forty seconds.

He began to go up and down continuously now, doing the diamond pushups, sweating hard with each one. His focus was only to protect the earth from evil and to keep the dragon balls from being used for evil. He remembered the words of the Oroki the Death God and what he said before he took off.

“Your knowledge of my Master, and his goals, is lacking clearly. It would be simple to think his mind worked like ours. That he would be using us to further his own goals. But, he wishes to rewrite the rules of our universe to better suite those with power.”

Yamcha got to his feet and began to use his speed enhancing technique to run around the dojo as fast as he could given the level of gravity he was training under. He was shocked at how slow he was moving. The mixed martial arts master then stopped running after a few minutes and began shadow boxing the air as fast as he could, his body sweating from adapting to the gravity so hard. He then stood still and began to stretch his legs and arms.

He started with curling each of his legs, starting with the left leg. He brought it in for twenty seconds then got started with the right leg; holding the curl in for twenty seconds. Now he started lunging forward with each leg as he walked around the dojo. Each lunge brought his starting leg forward, his knee at a forty five degree angle parallel to the ground with his back knee touching the ground.

Yamcha now fully adapted to one hundred times enhanced gravity stood to his feet, and telepathically spoke to Spin, the Namekian of the Dragon Clan. I’ve adapted to the gravity the best I could, lets begin the spar.

Spin got to his feet and looked hard at Yamcha. “Okay, lets begin.”

Yamcha suddenly saw Spin in front of him with his finger pointed to his chest. A Dodon Ray was discharged at close range to his stomach. How is he unaffected by the gravity? Yamcha asked himself as the Dodon Ray hit his stomach, sending him flying across the room.

Faster then the speed of light, Spin appeared behind Yamcha and with his two fists balled up; spiked Yamcha into the ground. Yamcha created an afterimage of himself in the nick of time, sensing Spin’s approach.

Yamcha appeared on the namekian’s right flank with a drilling kick to the right ribcage. The namek fired a dodon ray at his drilling kick and an explosion was heard. Yamcha was sent flying backwards but broke the wind pressure and skidded on the floor.

Yamcha then smirked. “Not a bad counter.” The namek frowned. “No more playing around! Now dodge!” Spin began to gather energy and started firing multiple ki blasts towards Yamcha who quickly focused his agility to dodge. Each blast was close but Yamcha would evade with sweat coming off his brow. Yamcha then got hit in his knee and growled. “Damn it, not fast enough…” He blocked out the pain and kept dodging the blasts.

He decided to move forward and started to gain ground while evading the rapid energy blasts. He was getting closer and closer to the namekian. When Yamcha was 2 feet away from him, the namekian formed a ball of energy in his right palm and used mystic attack to shoot his right palm forward. Yamcha front flipped over the mystic attack and while doing a one eighty degree flip, fired a ki beam at the namekian’s shoulder blade which hit.

The namek smirked. “Not bad, your speeds improving a bit.” Yamcha quickly blocked a high kick the namekian launched towards his skull while upside down. Yamcha touched the ceiling then curled up into a ball and landed on his feet in the dojo.

Spin smiled. “Good block. You weren’t distracted by my speech. Your guard was up and your going to need to keep your guard up when fighting the organization.” Yamcha smiled. “Okay, I think the training is going pretty well.”

Yamcha then spotted the namekian getting a violet aura about his body and saw him rush forward with a kick to his chest. The young mixed martial artist front boosted his speed and flipped forward as the namekian came rushing in and nailed Spin with a right heel drop to the skull. The namek launched a dodon ray to his back as his right heel drop landed which sent Yamcha flying to the ceiling and falling to the floor.

Spin was grabbing his head as Yamcha was grabbing his back. “Damn…that hurt, your good with energy Spin.” The namekian replied. “Your hitting strength and endurance are insanely strong, your still able to stand after that? That’s insane.”

Yamcha was sweating bullets. His Gi was soaked with sweat, he was reaching his limit in the enhanced gravity. He was starting to have sweat come into his eyes; his vision becoming blurred. “Lets go meditate in my meditation chamber…I’m going to faint if we go any more. I don’t know how the gravity isn’t affecting you though.” He said breathing hard.

The namekian smirked. “Alright, you did good Yamcha. We’ll take a break with meditation for the next lesson which I think you know is crucial is mind training.” Yamcha went with his left finger and pressed a button on his scouter and spoke. “Computer reset the gravity to normal parameters.” The red lights turned off and the gravity machine turned off.” Yamcha then felt a bit stronger from his training and walked towards the door of the Dojo Chamber with Spin following. Their next destination: The Meditation Chamber.

Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan Empty Dragon Training in the Astral Plane

Post by Yamcha the banned 5/30/2012, 3:43 am

Yamcha and Spin entered the meditation room, both tired physically but warmed up mentally. This time, The Dragon Clan Namekian was going to train the human warrior’s mind in the astral plane. Yamcha knew he needed to strengthen his mind to even think about challenging Oroki again or anyone from his sect, knowing that their ‘master’ had unlocked their dormant powers which would take hard sessions of training to master. Sickened at anyone who’d take a shortcut to power, Yamcha used the hatred he felt to better focus his training.

As the door closed behind them, the room lit up. Giant tigers eyes crystals that were as big as medicine balls were on the ceiling. As they got to the center of the room there was a crystal room with enough space for a few people. Both the namekian and the human warrior sat down and began to focus their minds.

The Astral Plane was always an enigma to him, ever since he first entered it a few months ago. A place where time is slowed down somewhat and one will grow tired or hungry only after harsh training. The main realm of the astral plane on Kanassa where psionic warriors train daily and safeguard their treasures ... What a place!

Yamcha wished so much to live in this place, where the harsh realities of the world were forgotten, and one could live the remainder of life in perfect peace and solitude as well as train and not have to worry about death. The Astral Plane consisted of numerous dimensions and realms.

You could be taken to your own inner world or some other dimension that was connected to the Astral Plane. It seemed that the astral plane wasn’t only one place but was numerous places with the destination the user seeks being controlled by your mind’s desires as you looked into the astral crystal

Normally, such dimensions were created and destroyed at a whim, began when he began his entry, and then destroyed when he exited. These were folds in the time frame that were wrinkled and then smoothed out as fast as they came. This, however, seemed to be a hotspot of sorts, one that seemed to have no beginning, and will not soon have an end. As soon as Yamcha seemed to reach a valid conclusion, he felt it slip away from his grasp as soon as it came.

Perhaps this was just to be another of life's greatest enigmas? Time, although measured and controlled to a certain extent by humanity, can never be completely mastered and bent to our will? These thoughts were swirling around Yamcha's head as he was beginning to meditate in the chamber on his crystal room with a wolf head perched in the ceiling of the crystal chamber overrhead with an astral crystal in it’s mouth.

His King Kai training outfit was feeling fine and comfy as he wore it. Oddly enough, He was relaxed and ready to enter the astral realm for some training with Spin, the Namekian from the Dragon Clan on Planet Namek after their warm up outside and their gravity session in the dojo at one hundred times enhanced gravity. Therefore, even these short meditation exercises were a workout, both for the mind and the body.

Eyes closed, elbows resting gently on his knees, Yamcha was completely at peace. He heard the sounds of training and the grunts of battle. It was his mind, going over senarios of pasts fights. He was not disturbed. He was in the midst of other's spars in his mind, seeing them with his third eye. Normally the sounds would disturb someone trying to meditate, but being calm and detached from excess noise isn't what being peaceful is.

Being at peace is being in the midst of chaos and still feeling calm. Both warrior achieved that state. Suddenly the astral crystal in the wolf’s mouth overhead began to radiate and glow, interacting with their minds as they began to concentrate. Soon they were out of their bodies in a different realm in the astral plane.

The realm Yamcha and Spin entered had a red sky and black sand that went for miles. It could hold the largest of houses, and yet remains mostly empty.

Spin then asked Yamcha a question. "Yamcha I just want to ask you this, This organization group and their members and goals... If you knew that there really is a chance for you to win this struggle against such strong opponents , would you take it?"

"THERE IS NO CHANCE!" The human finally snapped. His yell was like a thunder strike during a cloudless, sunny day. "You could sense his energy, that IS THE ONLY WAY FOR YOU TO SEE THINGS, BECAUSE YOU ARE BLIND, GOD DAMN IT! HIS POWER CAN NOT BE REACHED BY ANYONE, NO! Nobody can beat him! Nobody will...the death god’s speed is unmatched! And his master power…dear god…" The voice went silent from the despair he himself created. Still clutching his fists in anger, Yamcha still could not bear the shame of looking his new trainer in the eyes, and kept his sight away.

"You only need to train." Spin continued, as calmly as ever. "It is, in fact, the only way to gain power. It`s so simple, yet-"

"I’ve been training for my entire life! EVERY SINGLE DAY WAS SPEND TRAINING! And look, I am nowhere near the bastard!"

"It only takes time-"

"THERE IS NO TIME! The organization is going to use the dragon balls to bring some dark entity who’s stronger then the kais into the earth realm! I don’t care what kind of training method you are going to come up with, there is no way to beat this ‘master’ guy! No way to train in this small amount of time, there simply is not enough time. Some things are just impossible. Freaking period." This was followed by silence. The kind of silence that was even worse than yelling at each other.

"You’ve trained today for hours! The warm up outside in normal gravity gave you a feel and the enhanced gravity session a few hours earlyer got you a tad more adept. You showed great skill and tactics. You even took me down with skill and landed a crushing blow on me. In the enhanced gravity, you warmed up hard and the fight we had came to a draw. You can do this. It’s do or die. If you don`t make it, we are all going to die anyway because master is going to be in this living realm and all planets are going to be in jeopardy not just yours!”

Spin then continued as the black sands blew in the sudden upstart of a harsh wind. “We all have something at stake here, not just you and your damn pride. So what you ran away, At least your still alive! The death god killed the other two after the dragon ball. You gotta stand up. MAN UP! It’s only going to get worst before it gets better. And you got me training you so don’t worry, I fused with a whole village of nameks. One of them must have been optimistic.”

"ARE YOU UP FOR IT?!" He suddenly yelled, startling the teenage hero a bit, who then jumped and yelled out himself. "HELL YEAH!"

Hope was finally back. The thrill appeared in the human`s dark eyes. He certainly did not expect this warm feeling in his chest, the pain in the back of his throat gone, which was just as unexpected. There were still clear traces of despair left, but Spin nodded in approval nonetheless. This is probably as good as it gets, without any proof, that is. And proof was needed for everyone`s sake.

They quickly walked, towards a river which was blue. Yamcha looked at Spin, a tad confused. “Which realm are we in?” The namekian spoke. “I’ll come clean with you, I made this realm up just now. This lake will prove beneficial in your training. It will take all your willpower to complete this training Yamcha, or you’ll be trapped here in this dimension.

Spin went and grabbed a nearby stick, and put it in the water for a splsit second. The edge of the stick which was put into the water froze into a cube of ice instantly, and another second later it simply fell apart. We all know where this is going now. "If you want to survive the training, you need to
chill out... Okay, that was bad. But you really do need a calm mind. It really bothers me to see you this way, not to mention that if you cant get out of this alive, then no way in hell will you survive. It will just be a waste of time, and time is the most valuable thing right now. So, prepare yourself..."

Lifting a single finger up and pointing it at Yamcha, Spin let out a devilish smile. "Just like the good old days, eh with kami and the pendelum room? Except times one hundred." From the finger emerged 4 blue rings, all stopping at the wrists and feet. The human felt a familiar pressure of his weighted clothing, which were invaluable to his training, but then realized what exactly is coming up. Using a technique called speed burst, Spin was already behind him, and a strange force pushed him a couple meters away, right into the middle of this lake. "Hah, that won`t work, I can fly- Wait no I can`t with those rings on AGHHH! They’re so heavy!" The weighted energy rings made him fall into the water like a rock, giving only split seconds to fill his lungs with air before the dive.

The water was horrifying. The cold froze Yamcha in place instantly, he could not move a muscle. Every single cell was frozen. All the human could do right now is not breathe, because inhaling such water would freeze his insides as well. Who is he to say that it did not happen already, anyway? But worst of all, the weights were carrying him deeper into this seemingly bottomless lake, the cold on a level far beyond for his senses to even comprehend.

"What do I even do right now?" To even produce this thought it took hellish amounts of effort. Just by doing that, however, he felt the pressure of this incomprehendable cold let go briefly, and it was the best feeling ever. "Keep... Thinking. Screw thinking, I`ll heat my body with energy! KAIOKEN!" The water started bubbling up, slowly revealing a crimson aura. This allowed Yamcha to actually feel the cold, rather than float in a senseless stasis, going deeper and deeper down. The biggest problem would still be swimming out of this hole. And the biggest problem of that were the weights that were strapped onto his wrists and feet. The standard way of removing them did not work, damned old man changed it, somehow. How to get out, how to get out...

The thoughts were interrupted by a man quickly approaching him head first, causing a collision of two heads, one bald, the other frozen. Yamcha opened his mouth in surprise, swallowing some of the water, and then closing it just as quickly, realizing the grave mistake. "You bastard!" It was obviously Spin who decided to dive head first, for god knows why, and he seems to smile and motion the human to go downwards. "What the hell do you mean, "down"?! Are you insane, you bloody idiot?!" Without really paying attention to Yamcha`s gestured complaints, Spin dived further like a bald torpedo, still motioning the boy to follow. Not knowing why he should trust the insane old guy, but not really having any reason to not trust him either, Yamcha simply followed.

The water was getting muddier, and colder, or maybe the human started losing it from the lack of oxygen and the insane conditions he was in. The four hundred year old namekian warrior who after fusing with a whole village looked as young as a teenage namekian was simply swimming, a bit too quickly for him, but surely all you had to do was go down? Nonetheless, this went on forever. "Just how deep is this damn LAKE?!" Suddenly Yamcha hit his nose on something. Literally planted face first into the solid ground. Wait a second... They finally reached the bottom! And Yamcha still has just enough oxygen to... Stay alive for a bit more. According to his calculations with a calculator called common sense, he will not make it up there.

Spin was still there, gesturing Yamcha to get closer. Right next to the old man was the hilt of a sword, stabbed into the ground. Without hesitation, the human extracted it, and now looked back up to Spin, awaiting further instructions. The namekian just shrugged, gathered psionic energy, and disappeared.

Tired, the human dropped to one knee. He couldn`t take it anymore. The cold, the lack of oxygen... And the Kaioken`s wild aura was about to disappear, like a candle blown out. The sword he had in his sheath did not seem to give any special powers needed to escape, so Yamcha had to think of something. This is a life and death situation, he has to do something that he would never do normally... Or maybe that`s how Spin knew he would think. What if... He was expected to think outside the box? Why not just think inside it for once? He can`t fly away because of the weighted energy rings on him, he can`t swim out for the same reason. But he had to think of a way to fly before... And he did fly. Up to the surface.

"Spin... for the while we’ve trained together, you made me think outside the box. I got used to thinking that way. I yet again expected another witty solution to pop up into my mind, all in vain this time. But, damn, the solution was so obvious, I didn`t even bother to think about it. You made your point, I am a freaking idiot. Now, you better get to the real training, because god knows how long I spent in this hellhole by now." Yamcha`s body sparkled with white electricity, an orb of energy in his free hand. There was a reason Spin had this thing kept all the way down here. There was a reason why he decided to train the human. And Yamcha did not have the slightest idea why. But there surely was one. Everything has a reason. Everything can be explained.

With one sudden movement, the boy thrusted his palm into the ground, releasing all the gathered energy in a powerful beam, propelling himself upwards through the icy water at an insane speed. This trip back up made him realize, that there are people who expect something from him. Kami and Mr. Popo need me to get stronger and Sairai needs my help, Crono needs me to help him out later…I must...no I WILL SURVIVE THIS!!” He thought to himself proudly and with courage as he was propelling himself to the surface of the lake.

Finally, Yamcha flew out of the water. The white energy was still flowing from his palm, the human incredibly happy that he managed to make it out of there alive, and hoped he would never have to go anywhere cold ever again. He dropped to the ground like a boulder, not even caring anymore, just enjoying the sun`s heat melting what felt like tons of ice off him. The ice in his heart was melted as well. The weighted rings that were on his wrists and ankles disappeared and he felt more determined then usual from his ordeal.

Spin then stood on the black sand clapping for Yamcha. “You did it. You used your mind and came up with a way to get out of the trap. You use tactics over brute force. I’m so proud of you Yamcha. It seems the gravity session and our warm up outside readied you for this particular training.”

Yamcha then looked at Spin with a look of satisfaction in his eyes. “Well, it was a bit cold but it got me to think and use my wits.” Spin replied. “That’s the whole point. Anyone can have speed or energy or strength or good defense but using your wits when the chips are down is an excellent strategy in combat.”

Spin then yawned. “Alright, now we’re going to take a rest for tonight. Then start off tomorrow morning with some more training.” With that, the two warriors then break their meditations and appear back in the meditation chamber in the crystal room, the astral crystal dulling down as their minds returned to their bodies.

Happy with their progress thus far, Yamcha and Spin go to the rest area of the capsule house and rest their weary bodies and minds in warm beds.

Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan Empty Hard Solo Training in 100x enhanced gravity

Post by Yamcha the banned 5/30/2012, 3:47 am

Yamcha woke up from his slumber in his bed. He was troubled by a vision he had while dreaming. He had a dream that the organization was successful in it’s goal to bring their ‘master’ to this dimension and the earth was in turmoil. Screams of the weak and innocent plagued his mind as they were being slaughtered by the organization. A red sky overtook the planet and life as everyone knew it was over.

The mental training Yamcha took must have triggered his mind to have such a dream. Now awake, Yamcha decided to try a solo enhanced gravity training session in his dojo. He looked at the namekian trainer he befriended earlier. He was in a deep meditative stance in a corner in his room and he looked like he wasn’t going to wake up until morning. Deciding to take his training into his own hands, he left his room and went to the dojo in his capsule house.

He had come far quickly with his mental training. This was good, for the sooner he finished with it the better. Now it was physical training he needed. Training would only serve its purpose for so long before battle was needed. Once his stretching and warming up was done he pressed a button on his scouter while standing in the circular dojo. After holding down the button he began to speak. “Computer, set the enhanced gravity parameters to one hundred times.” The Dojo room then began to have a red glow as the gravity machine began to kick in, Yamcha felt the weight and strain affect him in this enhanced gravity but not carring about trivial pain; he began to train.

He kept himself relaxed as he felt the gravity around him begin to change. The pull on his body grew steadily as the devices built up. Once the set number was reached it was difficult for him to breath easily or move easily. He smiled at the feeling of being so heavy. This was going to be very hard indeed.

That was what he wanted. He took in deep breaths to prepare his body. The gravity pulling at his body was strong and made him work twice as hard. He moved back alittle more and moved into push up position. Being lower to the ground increased the difficulty of this work out. He began to lower and raise his body in basic pushups. The instant burn that came told him of what lay ahead of him in this training. He had only done five when he felt as if he had done one hundred. But his smile only became that much more pleased.

As he moved he could feel his arms, his chest, his back, and his legs straining under the increased gravity. His breathing was slow and forced with each lowering and raising of his body. Sweat was already starting to form along his body. He kept count of his motions. Soon he was passing the ten count, then the fifteen count and finally the twenty count of his basic pushups. He would not stop until he knew he had to, drilling his body hard in the enhanced gravity setting; using his determination to train to push himself onward.

This was going to be very interesting indeed. Yamcha thought to himself as he continued his push ups as he planned out what he would do. Basic body training was first on the agenda here. This was a late night training session he was working on since he couldn't go back to sleep after having the dream of terror and chaos. He hoped that this high end training would get him back on track physically. and maybe energy wise.

For this one, basic work out techniques would need to be done. Such as push ups, sit ups and strength training. The next phase of training he needed to focus on was martial arts practice. And the third would be to practice his energy skills in this enhanced gravity. That would be the best course of action, build the body first and then finish with energy.

He smiled as he finished fifty push ups and slowly stood up. As that was done Yamcha motioned over to a small rack near the wall of the dojo. Here he sat down and hooked his feet under a low bar. Fifty of each sit up while upside down would have to do because of the gravity.

He felt the aches and pains in his body and used that as modivation to move forward. He crossed his arms and lay flat against the floor and then lifted up into the sitting position. Damn this was harder than the push ups. Yamcha thought to himself, welcoming the strain it was giving; repeating the motion once more. He went flat down, then raised up and held his form for a moment and then laid his body back down. Doing this in slow motions increased the burn in his body. Using an exercise he learned from King Kai as he trained in ten times gravity while on his planet, began to control his breathing so it would matched each motion.

Push ups, Sit ups, and cardio. All of these were basics for this and would be hard to do. After each set of sit ups he preformed while in this enhanced gravity, he would now return to the first position of his body being straight and would then raise his upper body once more until he could reach his toes. He continued to repeat this exercise until he felt the strain strongly effect his body and he was struggling to continue.

With sweat dropping from his face and head onto the floor and his body feeling like it's just been beaten up, he knew he had to stop soon. He continued to breathe with the motions he was doing, raising his upper body so his hands could reach his toes and then slowly lowering his upper body to lay flat yet hanging in mid air due to his legs attached to the sit up bar. The bar holding his feet aiding him allowed him to keep a steady pace. He hit the twenty mark and smiled as he pushed ahead. When he managed fifty he stoped and smiled.

Yamcha then did another sit up, raising his upper body so his hands could touch his feet but this time he was unfastening the clamps on the sit up bar. He then curled into a ball as he fell and landed on his feet, his arms and upper body strained from doing so after removing his feet from the bar.

The human warrior now picked up two fifty pound weights which in one hundred times enhanced gravity felt more like five hundred. He widened his stance and held out his arms to the sides. He began to curl the right dumbell towards his chest then back out to the side again. But as he curled the right dumbell out to the side, the left dumbell was curled in towards the chest. He kept his arms at a forty five degree angle parallel to the grond with each curl, following a set pace while controling each breath that he took after each successful curl.

When he finished his curls with the dumbells he placed the weights back. He stood a moment to let his body relax just a little. He was aching deeply already and it was still early. He turned and found a machine that would work out the rest of his body easily. He set it for fifty pounds on the legs. Once that was done, he sat and hooked his feet into the bar and pushed up; releasing it's catches. He lowered it as far down as he could and then pushed back up. Just like the curls with the dumbells, it was more than it appeared. He lowered and raised the weights at a steady pace once more. Breathing in and out slowly with each motion with focused and controlled breaths.

If basic training was this hard the rest wasn't going to be easy either. At least not until his body grew used to it. He continued this until he made fifty sets. Once done he set them back on the catches. He reset the mode for pulling fifty pounds and turned, grabbing hold of the pull bar. Bracing his feet to the floor he pulled on the bar. He watched as the cable moved along the pulley and lifted the weight as he pulled.

When the bar neared his chest he held it there and then extended his arms. The weights clanked down as he breathed out and then in as he pulled back. He then pulled the bar down again and held it down once more then extended it back up again. The pace was slow but he was getting a work out as well as having more control over his breathing for the fifty sets needed.

Once he finished that set he reset the pins for butterfly repetitions. He re positioned himself and hooked his arms under the bars. He began to lift and pull, then lower the bars while breathing with each lift and pull. It was all hard but would be well worth it in the end. He finished with his set and sat up to let his body rest a moment. But he didn't rest long before setting the machine for weight lifting. Resting too long would be trouble. He lay back and took hold of the bar. He lifted and lowered the bar as best he could at a pace which matched his breathing. He continued with this slow breathing and lifting for another fifty sets.

When he completed this he let the bar rest back in place and then stood up. He walked out a few steps and set a large crate in front of him. With a deep breath, he begin to jump over the crate; jumping forward over it and backwards back to the other side. He completed fifty of these jumps and then put the crate back and picked up a rope. He had to push onward without stopping. He placed his feet together and he held the ends in each hand. He began to twirl the rope so that he was able to jump it when it came down and near his feet. He paced it and kept his breathing in a regular pace. This was harder to do than he thought. He alternated the motions of the rope as he jumped it, increasing his speed until he had jumped for a good five minutes.

Finally catching his feet with the rope he stopped and put it away. He turned and marked two places in the room for the next training. He would sprint to the door leading out of the dojo and then back to the rack of weights. It was slow going due to the gravity but he was able to notice that it was getting barely easier. He repeated his sprints for fifty times to the door and back to the rack of weights before stopping.

He stopped and licked his lips as he felt his heart racing. This was a good work out. He smiled as he nodded to himself at the idea of coming here. But first he had to finish the full course of training. He moved over and prepared for another set of push ups.

The pull on his body was a little less this time. His workout was yielding some good results. It was less difficult for him to breathe now as well. He smiled at the feeling of being so heavy, yet getting lighter. This was still very hard but it was paying off greatly. He took in a few more breaths and prepared for more push ups. The gravity pulling at his body was still pulling strong and still he had to work twice as hard. With his body aching as it was this was going to be a test in endurance. Being low to the ground again increased the difficulty of this work out. He began to lower and raised his body from the ground at a semi slow pace while controlling his breathing.

This time as he moved he could feel his arms, chest, back, and his legs straining under the increased gravity and burning from the work outs already done. His breathing was slow and held a steady pace still with each lowering and rising of his body. Sweat was now freely pouring from his body. He made ten extra pushups this time and his body burned with the strain of having done more than last time.

Once he finished He stood back up and wiped his face off. He stood and walked back to the rack and smiled softly. He sat down and hooked his feet under the bar for sit ups. Crossing his arms he lay flat against the floor and began to lift up into the sitting position. He smiled to himself as this was a little easer than last and began to repeat the motion: Flat down and relaxed followed by raising up his upper body until his crossed arms touched his legs and holding for a moment before going back down.

Doing this in slow motions increased the burn in his body even more, and his breathing matched each motion was also a little harder. He continued to breath, raise and lay flat with the sit ups. He hit the twenty mark and smiled as he pushed ahead. When he managed fifty he stopped and removed his feet from the bar.

He stood and turned to the rack again. He picked up two seventy five pound weights that in this gravity felt more like seven hundred and fifty-five. He widened his stance and held out his arms to the sides. He began to curl the right weight up with his right arm until his wrist met his shoulder blade. As he lowered the right weight, he now brought up the left weight with his left arm from his waist keeping his arm straight until his left wrist reached his shoulder blade.

While going for a set of forty with this exercise, Yamcha kept his breathing in check to match each motion. His curls were soon finished and he put the weights back in the weight rack in the dojo. He now stood and turned and to the machine that would work out the rest of his body. He sat and hooked his feet into the bar and pushed up lowered it as far down as he could and then pushed back up. He lowered and raised the weights, breathing in and out slowly with each motion.

He continued this until he made forty sets. Once done he set the bar back on the catches. He reset the mode for pulling and he turned and caught hold of the pull bar. When the bar neared his chest he held there and then extended his arms. The weights clanked down as he breathed out and then in as he pulled back. Back, hold and extend was the pace he set matched with breathing for the forty sets needed. Then he went to the rest and completed forty sets. After this he went to jump rope for ten minutes, going faster then last time; completing forty reps for the jumps.

When he finished these and forty laps for his sprints he was finally done. At least for the physical work out. It was now time for the second round of the gravity training session which was for
Fighting skills.

At one hundred times gravity everything was going to be at a more accelerated gain. Now that the warm up was finished it was time to practice his arts. And then he would train his Ki. A deep breath was taken as Yamcha stood there, now breathing and resting. Letting everything calm down just a little bit before he would begin.

After a short wait till it was time to begin. Now performing some stretches to keep him limbered up, the pull was lesser than when he had started but not by much. When he finished his warm ups he took a stance and began to practice his martial arts.

He worked his upper body first. Punching, short chops and smashes with deflecting and blocking maneuvers. He would work this by area. Upper, lower, and then combine both. Also he'd use his Ki as well just to get a jump on it as well. He breathed with each of his motions, never letting it break pace. In every work out one must train to breathe.

Yamcha focused his Jin and launched a hard left jab followed by a right handed smash, then waved his left arm in a motion that would deflect a ki attack then brought his arms close to his chest in an 'X' and stood hard on the ground with a solid foundation for a block. Keeping his feet firmly planted while his arms and upper body moved constantly. His motions although slow from training in one hundred times gravity was very effective.

He remained stationary as he practiced his movements. Although slow because of the gravity they were true to his intentions. Breathing quickly and slowly with each motion built up his lung capacity and the rest, well it improved his skills and body tone. The pull this time wasn't as strong but it was enough to hinder his abilities. Punch, smash, deflect; block and counter strikes and moves twisted his arms and upper body.

He kept his motions going but remained still with his lower body. After he spent fifteen minuets doing this he stopped and had to calm his breathing. His body from the waist up to his neck was burning deeply now. Ok, that was enough of that and now time to practice the rest.

Once he calmed his breathing down, he stood straight held his arms in a ready position. Once ready he began to strike the air with his legs. Sending them out to the full length he could manage. Yamcha was moving his legs as high as he could, alternating between each leg in regular pace with his breathing. He then spun around counter clockwise for a left legged roundhouse, then brought up his left leg in a blocking position. He then shot his left foot to the side where a kidney of an opponent would be if he got attacked; practicing his leg counter attack moves. Mid range, low range, and high range strikes he practiced while keeping pace with his breathing.

As he trained he could feel the gravity pulling against his motions. But he could also feel that he was slightly getting faster and more used to the pull. High, low, block, counter, and mid strike. Alternate to the other leg now and repeat. This would be easier if he had a practice dummy or an opponent. He continued his practice and alternating, matching it with his breathing as well. He then spun around again, preforming a right legged spin kick. Yamcha then brought his right leg up over his head and shot his heel down hard onto the granite floor as he preformed a smash kick. He then stepped forward and used his left leg to launch low and high kicks, which were straight and sideways as well as preforming leg blocks. Everything he had learned in training and in battle he practiced. He trained his lower body for fifteen minutes as well as he kept his arms up in ready position all the while.

Once he had reached his fifteen minutes of training his lower body, he stopped and let himself rest. He brought his breathing back down under control as he looked around. His lower body was now burning deeply from the training as well as his upper body. This would be so much better with something to actually hit but oh well. He had to make due with what he had. Besides there was always battle.

With a deep breath he smiled softly and began to concentrate on his body. Time to combine both upper and lower body. He opened his eyes and began moving. Kicks, punches, blocks, counters and spin attacks with smash attacks. All of these forms of attacking he began to use in succession to each other. He continued to breathe with each motion, with each strike and counter. He pushed himself harder and faster with all he could manage without the aid of his Ki. At least for now anyway. That would be next on the list of training. Ki training combined with his regular training would be next.

He continued to Kick and punch, block and counter. Sweep Kicks, smash attacks and palm strikes. Everything he could think of from his training he put into his motions. This was a full body workout and he knew that by the end of the training he would be one step closer to being able to freely move in this gravity. He trained his body and skills in this gravity for a good thirty minuets. Instead of fifteen he doubled the amount for greater results. As he trained he went over his moves mentally. Making sure he knew them well and could alter them in split seconds. After his thirty minutes were up he slowed to a stop and began to calm himself once again.

When the pain Yamcha felt was gone, he practiced his breathing as he walked slowly back to where he had been training. Upper body and lower body worked separately and then together. Altogether he had three hours of training done already and still plenty left to do. He closed his eyes as he stood back in place and began to build his energy. Not too much needed but just enough to train some more. He could feel the slow build was due to the gravity. So he was right, his third round would have to be Ki training.

Once he had enough built he let it flow through his body. He opened his eyes and began to resume his upper body training. Punching, chop strikes and smash strikes were mixed with deflecting and blocking maneuvers. He breathed with each of his motions, never letting his breathing break from his motions. He continued his punches, smashes, deflection and block maneuvers.

Keeping his feet firmly planted again while his arms and upper body moved constantly once more. He remained stationary as he practiced his movements. The speed of his motions were slowly increasing, his Jin and Ki now getting used to the enhanced gravity. Each motion Yamcha preformed was calculated and true to his design. Breathing quickly and slowly with each motion built up his lung capacity as well.

The rest of his training would further improve his skills and body tone all the more as well. Punch, smash, deflect; block and counter strikes and moves twisted his arms and upper body. He kept his motions going but remained still with his lower body. After he spent fifteen minutes doing this he stopped and had to calm his breathing.

His body from the waist up to his neck was now on fire. And the ache that throbbed in his body told of the workout he had done so far. Alright, time for the lower body again. Once he calmed his breathing he stood straight held his arms in a ready position once more. With his Ki still charged he began to strike with his legs again. Sending them out to the full length he had. Moving them as high as he could.

Now he was alternating between each leg in regular time with his breathing again. Spins, leg blocks, Leg counters, mid range, low range, and high range strikes. All of these fighting techniques he practiced again. As he trained he could feel the gravity still pulling against his motions. But he could also feel that he was already getting faster and more used to the pull. High, low, block, counter, and mid strike. Alternate to the other leg now and repeat again. This would be so much easier if he had a practice dummy or an opponent to go against. He kept thinking this and only pushed harder since he didn't have that. Stop using that as an excuse.

He continued his practice and alternating legs, matching it with his breathing still. Spin kicks, smash kicks, low and high kicks with counters and blocks. Everything worked into his training again. He kept track of the time as well. He trained once more his lower body for another fifteen minutes. Once his time was up with that he stopped and calmed his breathing. He was faster even with his energy charge. This was getting good. His body would be used to this soon. But his energy would only be half way there.

Yamcha then felt his head start to sweat. Taking a towel from the rack, he whipped his face and chest to dry off. Thinking he had rested long enough, he placed the towel back on the rack and with a deep breath; he began to concentrate on his full body body. Time to combine both upper and lower body again. He opened his eyes and began. He first started channeling his Jin and started launching kicks in the air for a few minutes. Afterward, he now channeled Jin into his arms and wrists and started punching the air. He then began to move around quickly doing blocking and countering jesters with his arms and hands for a few minutes. Now he started performing spinning and smashing attacks against a granite wall.

All these motions he used in succession to each other. He continued to breathe with each motion. With each strike and counter his body became faster and more used to the gravity. He pushed himself harder and faster with all he could manage with the aid of his Ki this time. And it worked very well for him. Ki training combined with his regular training was paying off. He continued to Kick, punch, block, deflect, and counter. Sweep Kicks, smash attacks and palm strikes were used again as well. Everything he had practiced with was used again in his training. This was his second round full body workout.

And he knew now that when the end of the day came, he would have made up for his lack of training. He continued to train his body and skills in this gravity. Instead of thirty minuets he went forty. This was to make himself stronger and more able with his skills. As he trained he still went over his moves mentally. Making sure he knew them well and could alter them in split seconds. After his forty minuets were up he slowed to a stop. He was breathing deep fast and hard now. He had a fire and an ache that flowed through his body. Almost as if he had been in a battle without the battle.

He smiled to himself as he calmed his breathing. Every inch of muscle on his body seemed to throb and burn. It was a welcome feeling that marked a good session of training. As he stood there he let his energy rise a little higher and then lower. Letting it fall back to below normal. Getting ready for the third round. Full on Ki training would be the best and last for the gravity training.

He had been training here for a little over two hours. That was good spending of time and just over his usual time. What was going to be fun was tomorrows training. Tomorrow was Ki training in this gravity. His body was already nearly used to it by now. He would train his Ki so that even in stronger gravity he would be able to hold his own. If one relied on their Ki attack and it was affected by gravity well...it wasn't good. He breathed in and out deeply. It was getting close to the end for him. He didn't have that much left for this but he would go all out with his Ki training.

It was phase three of his enhanced gravity training. When he was done with this he would need to rest for a while and he would also need a great deal to eat. But the results would be well worth all of this trouble. All of this strain and burn. He smiled as he began toying with his Ki level. Time to get this finished.

With gravity at level one hundred, he was pushing his limits already. Stretching his arms and legs, and then his body. Once this was done he performed a few breathing exercises as well. When he was ready body wise and breathing wise he moved to a more open area and began to focus on his energy. This was going to be easy but hard all at once. He felt the strain of his energy build up. He was right, this gravity was affecting his ability with Ki. He began to push harder to power up and once at max he let it fall back down again. Once it was back down to normal he charged it again. This he continued for the time of one solid hour.

The charge and release of his energy over this hours time was to help aid him in his charge ability. After the hour had passed he leveled his energy at about half and took a wide stance. Time to begin blast training. He set his hands out at full length and began to fire medium sized Ki blasts.

He found this hard as well but not so much now. He had to focus more to keep them formed and stable. He then fired them to see what would happen. They got maybe half a dozen paces away and then hit the ground. Figured as much, he thought to himself. Well this was why he was here at any rate. He began to fire in a slow and steady motion. Each blast in turn met the same fate. Going half a dozen paces away and then hitting the floor.

He continued this exercise for half an hour. After that time was finished he stopped and breathed in deeply and calmed himself. He began to refocus his body and energy together. He focused on the area around him and tapped into it. Then he resumed his blast training, only with energy waves this time. This was met with the same result. They didn't get very far before fading out. He continued to train this form of blast for half an hour as well. When he was finished with this he combined them together for another full hour of training. By the end of his third hour he could see improvements in his ability already.

He stopped after the third hour and smiled. Slight improvements were better than none. He stood straight and let his energy level fall back to normal. Things would improve slowly as he could see. So all he had to do was keep pushing himself. No matter what he had to keep pushing himself harder each time he trained. He had to make himself stronger and a much more capable fighter.

He charged his Ki back to half level and smiled to himself. He set his hands out at full length again and began to fire medium sized Ki blasts at a faster rate. He found this a little less difficult as well but not by much. He had to focus more to keep them going on and remain stable. This time they got a dozen paces away before they hit the ground. That’s about right so far, he thought to himself.

Well this was paying off at any rate, so he continued. He began to fire in a slightly faster but still steady pace. Training his manipulation of energy, which technically raise the amount which went into each blast as well. Each blast in turn met the same fate as the first test. Going a dozen paces away and then hitting the floor. This exercise continued for another half hour.
Afterwards he slowed and finished while he stopped firing and breathed in deeply and calmed himself. Time again to re-focus my body and energy together. He focused on the area around him and tapped into it once more and found it slightly easier. Once again he resumed his blast training with energy waves again.

This was met with the same result as his new set of training. The waves got slightly farther this time before fading out. He continued to train this form of energy waves for another half hour. He continued to focus his breathing to match his actions during this time as well. When the half hour was finished, he stopped for a moment.

Then he combined the two forms of blasts together for another full hour of training. By the end of his fifth hour he could see greater improvements in his abilities. Time to go all out in his training. He began to charge to his max and tap into the energy around him. He had found the same energy he used for his finishing move.

He had already begun training new techniques that went with his personality instead of mirroring his master’s ability with the kamehameha wave techniques being the exception. For such techniques, he needed energy. For his physical techniques, he needed strength but for overall execution to land his techniques, he needed speed. With this gravity training, it would help them be faster and stronger. He began firing blasts in rebound arcs and moved his body in a likewise manner to counter and deflect them. He alternated each type of blast, waves and doubled or tripled them.

In each case he would move so that he was in front of them again and had to match each blast with the same amount. He didn't always make it though. He often got hit hard by an attack or narrowly missed them. He continued this training for half an hour still. This night was one of the few nights he would spend in his dojo training. But it would be well worth it in the end. After the half hour passed he began to charge his Ki again and focused on developing his moves.

But he made sure to be careful with the energy he tapped. Feeding it right back into the planet around him. He had seen the effects it could cause and the damage. But as long as he returned the energy there was no damage. Only shaking and rumblings. He continued to train his techniques hard and constantly. Raising his energy level and then dropping it down. This gravity was nothing on his body but it affected his energy abilities. That would be the main reason for such a long day of training.

He had spent six hours already in this gravity training his energy. He didn't know how much longer he would take. It didn't matter, as long as he got results. He knew that he was improving slowly, and by the end of training he would be better off. He sent blast after blast, and wave after wave in different directions and then put on speed to counter them. He missed some and some hit him before he could counter. Training more than just his Ki now was a good thing. But his main improvement would be energy.

He charged as high as he could and began to repeat a lot of his more basic moves. Tapping into himself for different needs at different times for his attacks. He stopped after a finishing a fresh set of blast and counters. He calmed his breathing and let his energy fall away. He checked the time and his energy. Another half hour had passed and he was half out of power.

Ok that’s not too bad considering how long I’ve been doing this. Well at least I have enough left to finish my training. He sighed as he breathed in and out once more. Time to finally go all out for the finish. With this in mind he focused his mind and smiled. He had forgotten what training had felt like. He had not done it since he began missions and travel.

It was easier this time around and he smiled. With a deep breath Yamcha cupped his hands to his right hip and thrusted his arms fully forward with his palms facing outward as he launched a kamehameha wave that would curve around the room.

When it curved and came back towards Yamcha, he would then put his hands to his right hip again and thrust his arms forward once more, discharging another turtle style wave from his palms towards the primary energy wave he discharged earlier. The two waves collided and he pushed it back. He repeated this maneuver with two then three waves at a time.

He continued to push himself with his energy training. The more he worked it the easier and stronger it became. He was having a pretty good time doing this too it appeared. He spun and caught a few blasts with another set a blasts but missed two and was slammed with them. He grunted and flipped back from the force and smiled.

Well at least it didn't hurt as bad as it should have. He checked his energy again and sighed. Almost out now and getting tired. Keep going a little longer and finish up the last few minutes. Make it a solid days worth of training. He would be pleased with that and know he did everything in his ability for the training.

He focused and pushed every last ounce of energy he had into his body. He went all out, a barrage of green Ki blasts with his trap shooter technique as he swiped his right arm forward.

He then followed the Ki blasts he launched previously as he gathered energy in his two arms, pulling them back then thrusting them forward, launching a barrage of red Ki Rings with his mystic shooter technique. Each were launched in two different directions that would miss each other and come back in at him. In his circular dojo. He stood there and pushed his energy higher and outward.

As the green Ki blasts and red Ki rings came at him he yelled and gathered his Jin as he braced himself, drawing his sword and channeling energy through it; utilizing his bushido soul ability to meet the attack. He put some of his energy up around him as well, a white crystal aura coming about his body as the attacks got closer.

He then spun the sword around in front of him as he attempted to deflect the green Ki blasts and red Ki rings coming down towards him, his foundation planted strongly as well as firmly on the ground. The red Ki rings and green Ki blasts were successfully deflected into the granite floor and walls around him as well as the ceiling. The capsule house began to shake from the force of the energy attacks exploding a bit.

Yamcha then took his left finger after all was said and done and pressed the button on the side of his scouter and spoke. “Computer, restore regular gravity parameters.” The red glow in the dojo faded as the gravity machine shut itself off after restoring normal gravity levels.

He stretched and relaxed as the gravity returned to normal. He let himself rest, calmed his breathing as he took stock. Almost nothing left. His training clothes were still solid but drenched in sweat from his intense solo gravity training session and his body ached, and was bruised from the training he just went through.

With the controls now dying down the gravity was returning to normal. As it did he let his Ki fall with it. And when the gravity machine finally was now off he felt the full result of the training. He shook lightly but felt lighter than he was when he had started. After several minutes of reflecting on his training, Yamcha walked out of the dojo and went back to the bed room; crashing on his bed and passing out as Spin was sitting cross legged meditating in the corner of his room.

Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan Empty Hard 100x solo Enhanced Gravity Session with Namekian Eyes Grading the Preformance

Post by Yamcha the banned 5/30/2012, 3:35 pm

Yamcha awoke from his slumber, his body well rested and his mind refreshed. He slipped off the covers revealing his wolf pajamas and walked to the bath room to take a shower. His King Kai training suit was on a hanger in the bathroom in a clear glass closet, his Gi and Pants hung up with his wristbands and boots on the ground in the closet.

The wolf warrior then took off his top half of his pajama suit and dropped his pants, taking off his underwear. After doing that, he bent over and took off his slippers and folded them on the table near the sink.

Yamcha now undressed, went into the shower stall and turned the knob to semi hot, the water spraying out of the shower head and raining on Yamcha.
Using the new Capsule Corps Extra Strength Shampoo and Conditioner, he lathered up his hair real nice, his fingers rubbing his scalp as he placed the new haircare product through his hair.

The semi hot water then ran through his hair, cleaning his sweating hair and also causing him not to have split ends as well as strengthening his hair; giving it a shine you’d only see on a black stallion’s tail.

After washing his hair, he turned the nuzzle down and used the Capsule Corps No Odor Body Wash, poured some onto a Capsule Corps Body Wash applicator and began to lather up his body; getting all the necessary areas.

Turning the nuzzle back onto his body, the water washed away the sweat but would it wash away the same of retreating from battle? That’s the question he asked himself as the water pelted his body making him clean.

He was still mad at himself, even after having that dark dream of the organization winning and training by himself intensely in one hundred times gravity until he was spent completely; Physically and spiritually.

Now being completely clean, he turned off the nuzzle and walked out of the shower, taking a towel from the rack in the bathroom and drying himself off completely. But still the shame of retreating stayed with him, he couldn’t shake it off. He felt like a failure to the earth.

The bathroom was marble tiled from the floor to the walls and ceiling, the shower stall was small but useful and the sink was pure marble with a medicine cabinet under the mirror.

The wolf warrior then went inside the cabinet and took out a toothbrush and some Capsule Corporation Brand Toothpaste which guaranteed pearly white teeth as well as protection against most mouth and tooth diseases.

Now placing the toothpaste on the toothbrush, he brought the toothbrush to his mouth and started doing brushing motions on his teeth, going side to side with his mouth closed; cleaning his front teeth as well as his wisdom teeth. He thought the worst of himself as he opened his mouth and started to brush the top parts of his upper and lower deck of teeth, going back and forth.

The mixed martial artist then spotted some Capsule Corps mouthwash and placed some into his mouth. He gurgled for a bit and spat out the mouthwash with the toothpaste into the sink. He then put more mouthwash into his mouth and gurgled once more to get anything he didn’t get before then spat back into the sink.

Now finished brushing his teeth, he washed out the sink by turning on the the tap and watched everything go down the drain. He felt his pride going down the drain as well, the shame he felt never ending.

Yamcha went and walked over to the glass closet and took out his King Kai training clothes. He went into a drawer in the glass closet where his underwear was and put in on his person. He now placed on his King Kai training pants and his boots. Now it was time for the top half of his King Kai training Suit: His Gi. He placed that on over his head and placed his head and arms through the necessary holes and took his wristbands, placing them on as well.

Now fully clothed, he went back to the mirror and took out a brush from the medicine cabinet. With a sigh, he began to brush his hair out, to get the knots out. The human warrior looked at himself in the mirror while brushing his hair. This is crazy, I gotta train hard to beat the organization, and Broly. I know I can do it, I just gotta focus…the shame is still here, it won’t leave me until I defeat the evils that threaten the earth.

Yamcha kept brushing his hair, stroke after stroke until he felt he got all the knots out. Placing the brush back into the medicine cabinet, he went back to his bed room.

In his bedroom, two swords were on a rack as was a PTO helmet with a scouter attached to it. One sword was given to him by the Guardian of Earth as a reward for his hard training and another was a samurai sword forged from the fang of a Dragon that was sacred to a village on earth that died from being poisoned.

It was said the dragon would protect the earth if it was ever in danger, but it got sick and an evil villager poisoned his medicine which caused it to die. His fang was strong and enchanted to give the user speed and strength, an added perk for Yamcha as he picked up the Sacred Grey Dragon Fang Samurai Sword. He then picked up the strap on sheath and placed the sword in the sheath, placing the sheathed sword strap across his back.

Now there was only the PTO helmet with the scouter built in. He didn’t like this helmet but he needed to protect his head in combat but before he placed it on, he put his long black hair into a thick and shiny pony tail before he placed on the helmet on his head.

Now needing to check his mini computer, he raised his left hand and used his pointer finger to press and hold down the button on his scouter to see if there was any news. Just finding small time crimes as well as picking up the energy of Crono at Korin’s Tower as well as Broly and another being in east city around another power, he removed his finger from the button and shrugged.

As Yamcha shrugged, Spin got up to his feet, awakening from his meditation, wearing his battle armor, purple pants and namekian shoes. “You know your no use to anyone right now.” Spin stated to Yamcha. “The only thing you can do now is train hard and surpass your current level. That should be your only concern. I sensed you training last night by yourself in the dojo. You were training in one hundred times enhanced gravity. I know you wish you could do more but the way things stand, your best bet is to focus on self mastery.”

Yamcha just yawned, his arms rose above his head, his hands rubbing his helmet. “I know, but how do you get rid of the shame of retreating?” Spin looked at Yamcha with rage in his eyes, sick and tired of the self pity he was hearing from the human warrior, shouting loudly at him in a harsh tone,

“THERE IS NO SHAME IN RETREATING! GET THAT OUT OF YOUR MIND! IT’S DESTRACTING YOUR MIND AND RIGHT NOW THAT’S THE ONLY THING OTHER THEN YOUR AGILITY THAT NEEDS TO BE MASTERED! WHAT’S THE POINT OF TRAINING YOU IF YOUR GOING TO CRY THAT YOU’RE A DISCRACE AND A DISAPOINTMENT TO THE EARTH? TWO PEOPLE DIED OUT THERE FIGHTING THAT DEATH GOD, HONOR THEIR SACRIFICE AND TRAIN!”

Yamcha shocked from the rage he heard in his voice looked at himself and channeled his mental energy to rid himself of the sorrow and shame and fear he was having. Spin was right, this was going to get him killed if he felt like this on the field of combat. His eyes began to glow psionic as he used his mind to focus on what was most important which was getting the dragon balls and stopping the organization from being successful with their plan to bring the darkness that has no limit of power into the north quadrant to reshape the world.

Yamcha’s eyes stopped glowing psionic and he now looked at Spin as a student looks at a teacher when he knew he did something wrong and corrected his mistake. “Sorry, I got rid of the access baggage I was carrying around in my heart mind and soul. Now, we’re both up and alert, refreshed from yesterday training. Now what do you suggest we do?”

Spin grinned. “Alright, lets go back into the dojo and set it at one hundred times gravity again. I want to see how much you’ve improved.”

The Namekian and human warrior walked into the granite tiled Dojo after leaving the bedroom and walking through a hallway. The namekian dragon warrior/guru leaned on the back of the granite wall smirking. “Okay Yamcha, lets see how you do now in the enhanced gravity.” Yamcha then walked to the center of the room and raised his left hand to his left ear, using his finger to press and hold the button on his scouter.

He then spoke. “Computer, raise enhanced gravity parameters one hundred times. A few minutes passed as the machine voiced the settings inputted by the human warrior, something he noticed from before. “Increasing gravity one hundred times normal…” the electronic voice said. Yamcha braced himself for what was coming and BOOM. It happened again. Yamcha managed to stay standing this time as he only bent his knees slightly when the pressure dropped on him and then steadily straightened back up like a spring. A red glow came about the room and he was ready to train

He tried to walk, which came out as big, stiff and heavy steps. He didn’t realize the gravity would affect him this much. He was glad to have Spin here this time, Yamcha didn’t find it as hard as last night’s training and he was adapting to it a little faster then usual. Yamcha decided to start off with a few stretching exercises so he could slowly get accustomed to the new weight.

Afterwards, the human warrior engaged in a small jog around the edge of the dojo. He was already starting to sweat but not as much as before. He wouldn’t stop. He would go around the room reaching three laps… four laps… five… and every time he would attempt to speed it up a little. By the time he reached ten laps his legs were almost collapsing on him and decided to use the rest of his energy wisely. He didn’t want the training session to end too soon. Yamcha walked near a rack of towels to wipe his sweaty face and continued on his training.

The human dropped himself on the floor and began to perform old fashioned push-ups with hands and everything. He couldn’t wait to show his pecks to his colleagues back at the village. A new batch of sweat didn’t waste time in oozing out of his pores. The veins on his arms began to show themselves through his tough skin. His arms began to burn and that’s when Yamcha tried to step it up a bit by extending his arms and legs as far as he could attempting to touch the roof but not even close, he was training his muscles and joints for flexibility. He would rest, then do it once more, stretching his arms and legs yet again until some sweat poured off of his arms and face. Yamcha hadn’t seen any of his human kind do training like this, more or less gravity training stretches in this manner but he figured it would probably enhance the results. This was another of those hard exercises he was glad that spin was seeing. What Yamcha liked about exercising with someone watching was that he could release his crazy mind to try different types of exercises.

Next were sit-ups. Yamcha was really surprised by the durability of his King Kai Martial Arts Outfit. It was tough and yet very light, but it still allowed him to bend in his stomach. For this exercise Yamcha couldn’t come up with a fun and crazy way to alter it. So he continued with the dull and boring exercise, demonstrating his diligence and determination. The young human took a short rest by the time he reached fifty reps and then continued to finish the hundred reps. Sit-ups were never an easy exercise as it was also extremely boring, doing under increased gravity was even worse. He was glad to have been done with that thing.

Following up were jumps. Yamcha tried to touch the ceiling with his hands without flying. He would just hop in place with his hands up, focusing on touching the roof. This was perhaps the hardest exercise he had done as it was literally going against the gravity’s nature. While he tried to go up, the weight of the one hundred times enhanced gravity pulled him down. He could feel his legs burning and aching as he did this. It was also a full task he was glad to be rid of. To finish off these mediocre, yet fundamental and important exercises, he went around the ship for a final jog that would stretch for quite a while. Yamcha felt a little bit faster within the pressure –but just a little. He managed to double his jogs with twenty laps.

Moving on from these boring exercises, it was time for technique practice. There were various moves the namekian had in mind; some of which were inspired by his past battles. But he would need to step outside for those moves as he didn’t want to damage the room with his high end attacks. He would develop those techniques later, but for now he would go with the more passive techniques. The human warrior sat down on the floor and began to meditate under the increased gravity, thinking about what moves to try first.

There was Yamcha fast speed boost movements, an energy barrier that could very well benefit his defenses. He remembered a purple haired halfbreed by the name of Trunks using a barrier technique back in their first encounter –when the power gap wasn’t so big that Yamcha actually won. Well it wasn’t a win, Trunks left.

The human suddenly got serious though, and pondered on more techniques that could benefit him. There were some energy attacks –but as stated before, he would practice them on another occasion. –Hopefully before the organization made it’s next move. The young human opened his eyes concluding that he’d focus on those two moves for the time being. The rest would come later and so brought himself to his feet and braced himself to begin by tightening his martial arts belt and readjusting the light weighted armor.

Yamcha cracked his neck by bending them forcefully to both sides; left and right; and then cracked his knuckles. He decided to start with the energy barrier as he already has telepathic abilities and it seemed easier to do than rapid movement. Yamcha had the idea pretty well and it probably wouldn’t take him much time to develop the technique. His raised his hands up with palms open forward and his antennae began to discreetly move. His eyes were focused.

The idea was to bring about his energy as he would any other energy attack, but mold it in front of him into a translucent screen that would solidify as he concentrated and added more chi to the defense mechanism. Everything was going well as a yellow ball of energy formed in front of him and began to slowly flatten and adapt a bluish color in the outlines and whiten towards the center as it stretched and spread. Yamcha’ right eye twitched a little as a drop of sweat unfortunately decided to pass by his eyelid and finally sting his sky blue eyes with its salty composure.

Yamcha closed his right eye shut and grimaced at the annoying sting of the sweat making contact to his eyes, but he remained focused. It did make his barrier shake a little almost losing complete concentration –but he caught it as if he were losing balance and continued completing the barrier. After a while, he had a white screen with a blue shade outlining it. Yamcha’ barrier was great as it probably wouldn’t be perceived by his opponents during the heat of battle. It suited his tricky fighting style perfectly and he grinned mischievously.

Soon after, the Mixed Martial Artist who majored in the wolf stance began to get the hand of creating his barrier was now training his reaction speed. He was then capable of covering his entire body with the nearly transparent and unperceivable energy barrier. And concentrate the barrier on a specific point where it’d become more visible –but would it be strong enough to block a piercing ray type attack; like Special Beam Cannon which he looked up on his scouter and discoved it was a class five technique.

Yamcha would show that death god he fought, he’d show all of them. He would go to search them out once he got faster and more adept in his abilities, stop their plan for global clensing, and be named a hero for earth. All from his incredibly increased power he would get when he was finished his hard training. He could imagine himself easily overwhelming the death god and finally erasing all doubt about his rightful place as protector of earth. He might even go as far as defeating the saiyan menace Broly –if it was possible.

Yamcha loosened himself up, concluding his training with the energy barrier. His was pretty exhausted as it required plenty of concentration and his clothes were starting to get sticky and uncomfortable with all the sweat. But he wouldn’t rest, not until he finished developing his rapid movement technique. These were essential abilities required for his success in future battles. He couldn’t rely on tricks forever as not everyone would fall for it and it wouldn’t work forever.

Now, the young human’s spiritual pulse began to pump faster, his spiritual pressure began to flare as he focused on his next task. His power signature rose as far as it could without having to use the racial transformation empowerment. Now at full power, he dashed forward towards the other end of the room. “No… that’s not it…” he said disappointedly. He was definitely moving fast, but it was no different than when he’d flying to another place in desperation. There was something he had to do and it wouldn’t be as simple –he expected this.

Yamcha knitted his brows and prepared to try again. He would run from end to end over and over again, trying to do it the right way –it was the only way he thought it could work. This went on for what seemed to be hours until the poor human was jogging slowly, sweating bullets from his arms, face and chest. He couldn’t stand it any longer. He might as well have been doing sprints all over the room; he couldn’t figure out how to perform the fast movement. Then it finally hit him.

He couldn’t move as fast as he wanted to without speed boosts due to the enhanced gravity. Spin, who was watching the way Yamcha was training in the one hundred times enhanced gravity heard what he was thinking and spoke sternly. “Don’t waste your stamina with speed boosts!” He said to Yamcha “Keep running back and forth from one side to the next, keep it up for about twenty minutes straight. Your legs will be sore but it will strengthen the muscles in your calves, ankles and thighs.”

Yamcha then summoned his Jin to his lower body muscles and began to run back and forth from one wall of the dojo to another wall of the dojo as fast as he could. The namekian could see the sweat pouring off of Yamcha as he was doing this exercise in the enhanced gravity

The young human kept this up for twenty minutes as instructed, pacing himself to keep going as he was training the muscles and bones in his lower body along with his arms muscles which were swinging as he was running back and forth. Yamcha began to slow down after along while, his pace slowed down and the sweat was pouring off him, his King Kai training outfit was soaked with sweat from the enhanced gravity training session.

After hitting the twenty minute mark the Namekian set for him, Yamcha stopped. His legs were on fire and he found it hard to stand up. He barely got his left hand up to press the button on his scouter and when he spoke, he was almost out of breath. “Computer…reset…gravity..parameters…” He then keeled over, his body now calling it quits as a voice was heard in the dojo. “Now setting gravity parameters to normal.” The red glow in the dojo faded and once the gravity machine shut down, Yamcha climbed back up to his feet supporting himself with his hands to lift himself off the ground.

Spin went over to Yamcha and helped him up. “Your endurance can only take one hundred times enhanced gravity, your doing better but there’s still room for improvement. It’s early so rest up. I’m going into your meditation chamber to meditate over how I should properly train you.” Yamcha was then helped to his bed and lied down, the namekian pulled the covers over the human warrior and he was now tucked in.

And with that out of the way, Spin went to the meditation chamber to reflect on the training Yamcha has done so far to see what his strengths and weaknesses were.

Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan Empty Dragon and Wolf meeting, a strategy of training created.

Post by Yamcha the banned 5/31/2012, 4:12 am

Yamcha yawned and sat up as his eyelids opened and his pupils were now seeing the wolf designs on the walls of the bed room. Each wolf was blue and in a different attack position, meaning a different assault method of the wolf fang fist. The mixed martial artist was adept in turtle stance moves like the three levels of the kamehameha wave. Each level drawing more power from your inner strength.

Yamcha was also adept in a deadly technique of crane which was called Tri Beam which channels spirit energy into a hot blast. He also knew the strongest form of the crane teacher’s technique called Neo Tri-Beam which was when the user draws a large amount of spiritual energy from within and launch multiple volleys of Tri-Beams at your opponent.

Turtle Grandmaster Roshi and Crane Grandmaster Shen were once students in a training academy, Roshi was perverted and Shen eventually went to live a life of evil. Rival Grandmasters with each of they’re own set of philosophy, training styles and learnable techniques, the school students are always at war with each other. Crane students instigating performing acts of evil and turtle students becoming heroic and doing all they can to defeat them.

As Yamcha got out of bed, wearing boxers and socks; he walked over to the closet and took out his clean king kai outfit. He placed on the pants first, slipping each of his legs into the two pant legs then pulling it up to waist. He then took out his blue belt with the mark of wolf in the center which held the belt’s knot and protected it from being pulled.

Going for his Gi, he placed it on over his head with his arms up, fitting through the holes and tucking it down. On the front was the mark of turtle and on the back in a big white circle on the back was King Kai’s insignia. Showing the masters insignia he was under was to show his loyalty to his two main former teachers as well as his main style he mastered himself.

Now dressed in his King Kai clothing, he placed on the Boots of the North Kai. Placing his feet into each boot. Reaching for his PTO helmet, he took it from it’s rack and placed it onto his head. The scouter already pre-attached. He then looked at his two samurai swords and the strap on sheathes they were in. Reaching for the Sacred Grey Dragon Fang, he strapped it to his back, closed the closet and walked towards the door only to see Spin standing there looking stern.

The elder namekian warrior looked hard at Yamcha as he tried to feel his strengths and weaknesses. He then stopped starring and spoke sharply to the human warrior.

“Wolf Druid Yamcha, I have spent the entire day meditating to find a perfect way to get you better then what your at now. And I have come to a conclusion: Your training on King Kai’s Planet trained strength and defense rapidly, to a point where you can out block, out counter, out grapple throw and out Jin assault anyone that is a touch higher then your level.”

The namekian then cleared his throat and continued, “But your slow and I’ll tell you why: You have focused on physical build up and took shortcuts by having techniques that boost speed. This is a common practice. I’m not saying you were wrong but now we need to work on speed. You saw the grace that Death God had with his movements. It’s not that far off. But we’re going to have to train really hard to see any real progress. You have the strength and endurance of a true earth druid that defends their planet from any type of threat that may rear its ugly head, but not the speed of a god. ”

Yamcha looked at Spin. “Your telling me, that I’m a druid lacking god’s swiftness?”

Spin yelled. “YES! You understand what I’m saying! Sweet dawg! Now I need to put you through some intense training sessions. We’ll focus on combat in one hundred times gravity. Also I will teach you how to grow special namekian herbs that may help in battle. I need you to be able to fight hard in one hundred times enhanced gravity with the limit your at now. Also, we’ll be doing more psionic training in the astral plane. We’ll get you fighting like a Wolf Druid God in no time.”

Yamcha shrugged, “I’m a Wolf Druid that just lacks God’s Grace…I must train harder and sweat more to gain god speed and grace in the end. Alright, lets get started Spin.”

Spin smirked. “Alright, we gotta get you faster, that’s not hard. It can be done, but first we must go out and train hard at thirty percent of our true power. One of the namekians I fused with is a combat specialist. I’m going to train you to attack using different methods of assaulting your opponent. One is being evasive and dodging and that’s the method your going to use while in combat. Your going to push your speed to new limits.”

Yamcha grinned. “That’s a twist, evade and dodge? With my speed?”

Skip replied. “It will prove useful, you mostly block and overpower your opponents. But you can’t do that to the Death Gods unless you have high speed, so once we raise your speed, not only will you be able to overpower and endure the Death Gods, you’ll move with grace and not with just raw force. You’ll be refined as I train you in my many trades and techniques.”

Yamcha smiled. “Wow, I got a hand up from the namekian people. Thanks spin for caring enough to shout at me, and wake me out of my self pity.”

Spin grinned, “Anytime partner. Now, shall we go outside? And by the way, after the fight here, we’re leaving this place so capsule form this house of yours so we can begin when we’re outside.” The two warriors then vanished from view and appeared outside, using their speed to move so fast, there were only quick taps on the floor from the bed room to the hallway and out the front door.

Yamcha now walked over to his capsule house and turned it into a dyno cap, placing it into his pocket and now giving his complete attention to his namekian training partner. He was wearing battle armor on his chest, which was green which seemed ironic since nameks have green skin. It was mostly on his upper body and it was made of strong material called flexware as well as being a higher ranking model of armor so he knew that throwing punches or kicks to the upper body would be useless unless he could crack it.

The two locked eyes and readied themselves for combat, the victor would be the one who had the strongest will to win, the hardest hits, the fastest reactions, the most endurance, and who had more self mastery over their energy.

Hard Training from Spin of the Namekian Dragon Clan Empty Final bit of dragon training: Jin, Energy and Speed

Post by Yamcha the banned 6/2/2012, 4:49 pm

The hot scorching sun sat high up in the sky as the elder namekian dragon warrior and the mixed martial arts expert stood in the center of this barren desert, their stances taking form.

Yamcha took an attack stance, his right and left hands raised slightly to his chest, facing his opponent; his right leg raised. The namekian had his hands out with his palms open as he faced Yamcha.

The namekian of the dragon clan then spoke while in his stance. “This will be your last bit of training. Your training has come along way, now we just need to see if it paid off. After that, I’m going to go on a pilgrimage on this planet, we may meet again, we may not.” Yamcha nodded. “Very well, I’ve appreciate your training regiment…now, lets begin.”

The mixed martial artist sprung into action and launched himself forward, lifting off the ground towards the namekian, using as much speed as he could muster while keeping his right knee up. As he got close he decided to use his right leg to slap his chest as the human warrior came in fast, rushing forward with his right knee high.

As the right leg slap was launched, Spin already anticipated it and blocked the right rising shin slap to his chest with his arms crossed in an ‘X’ across his upper body, bringing in his arms into a defensive block as the attack landed. Spin was sent flying backward from the mere force of the attack.

Yamcha then kept his eyes on the namekian flying backwards from the attack, gathering his spiritual energy in his right hand. He then waved his right arm towards Spin, swiping his right wrist as he waved his right hand in the namekian’s directions swiftly. seven green Ki balls were then launched from his waving hand towards the namekian.

Spin of the Dragon Clan gathered a purple aura about his body and shot forward while he crossed his arms across his chest, tucking his head beneath them, The green Ki balls then hit the namek as he rushed forward and exploded on his frontal defensive strategy. He then moved his arms and thirsted his right finger of his hand forward, discharging a beam of hot energy from his finger which ripped towards Yamcha who opened his palm and caught the crane attack which was called Dodon Ray.

The attack consisted of a hot ray beam that exploded on impact. but Yamcha held his left palm forward as he caught the attack. An explosion was heard and clouds came about Yamcha’s position. The human warrior then shot up out of the spoke straight up for a few feet then stopped the ascent, tilting his head forward and using the pupils in his eyes; looked down. He then brought his arms out as his body looked like a lower cased ‘t’. The human warrior then swiped both his arms down until he hugged himself afterward, releasing red Ki rings that he hurled down towards the namekian that was in the smoky cloud below. Yamcha looked at his left palm afterwards and it was barely even burnt. Please with his Jin being so strong, he then pressed a button on his scouter to track the namek.

A quick burst of speed was all the namekian needed after Yamcha preformed his strong attack towards the cloud where the namekian sped into. The namekian then shot up as the red Ki rings came down, having a violet aura about his body while ascending into the air. He then swiped his right hand and a sharp wave of energy was discharged, catching the red Ki rings and sending them back towards the human warrior with the namekian trailing behind the attack.

Yamcha physical image began to blur somewhat as the sharp wave of energy along with the red Ki rings, went through the transparent afterimage. The human warrior was gone from view. The namek began to close his eyes and stopped his ascent, floating in place; sensing out Yamcha.

A blue wolf then blurred in from behind and shot forward in an attempted to jump the namekian who braced his back as he bulked up, his body becoming bigger and more muscular; the bulk of the upper body becoming more evident to the human warrior.

Yamcha now in hitting range, using the wolf fang fist as a sneak attack; launched a barrage of kicks to the back of the namekian’s armor, drilling him. But as he went with his two hands to take out his temples, the namekian grabbed his wrists, flipped him then gathered energy in his eyes then discharged a ray of energy from each eye to Yamcha’s back as he was thrown.

Yamcha screamed in agony as he was hit by the eye laser in his back. His poor back, had it not been for his Jin, he’d have passed out. The human warrior stopped flying uncontrollably as he used his energy to grip the air particles around him.

Yamcha then spun around and rushed forward towards the namekian. The namekian rushed forward as well. They both balled their right fist and launched a hard jab to the cheek. Both shots hit as the two collide, Yamcha and Spin connecting with their attacks and afterwards flying backwards from the attack that connected with them.

Yamcha’s feet skidded across the wasteland, the namekian flew a bit farther, skidding across the wasteland as well. Both warriors were smirking from the power they each felt from each other’s hits. “Not bad Yamcha…you got good hitting power.” Yamcha grabbed his head. “Damn it, your bulked up! That actually hurt!!” He yelled.

Yamcha then started to enhance his movements while boosting his speed somewhat and danced around Spin, who was firing ki waves and ki beams at the images that were around him. Each image the namekian aimed for was a false image of Yamcha.

Suddenly the images disappears, Spin is closing his eyes trying to sense the energy of Yamcha once more. Suddenly Spin crossed his arms and blocked his chest as Yamcha unsuppressed his strength and shot his right arm hard in the area where his wrist were crossed on his chest, landing an ultra punch.

Suddenly the armor of the namek along with the bones and organs began to crack from the force of the blow. The namekian tried to push it back with his energy but failed. His arms and organs exploding from the blow and causing him to fall back and land on his back on the ground, spitting up blood.

Yamcha looked at the namek. “Wow, I thought you’d have the power to take that attack…” The namek then focused his ki to heal his broken body and organs, a green aura appearing about his body as he healed. The green aura then died down and Spin got back to his feet. “Okay, we’re done for now…you have the strength of a dragon, the endurance of a turtle and the ferocity of a wolf. Good. You’ll need that.” And with that, the namekian gathered a purple aura about his body and shot off into the air to explore earth.

Yamcha grinned. “That was good, now with his training, I should be able to train at a higher level…” The mixed martial artist now happy with his improved Jin and Ki control, suppressed his ki to only five percent of his true power, then lifted off the ground and flew back towards the Forest of Korin, where his stationary house would be seeing as Puar was deciding to move it there.
