With deepest regret it breaks my heart to inform you all that my Husband’s Grandmother has passed on last night. It was much more sudden than any of us had expected, but we’re happy she is finally at peace. Brian and I will not be around much this weekend, as her calling hours are Sunday, and the burial is Tuesday.

I wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for all your support and kindness these past few weeks. It means the world to us. We’d also like to thank our Moderators for stepping up and giving us site help when we need it most.

I haven't known you all for long but it's sad to hear of death. my condolences are with you and your family. On a bright side like you said, her suffering is over. Im sure the Moderation team can handle things while you are away, take your time and don't rush things. Try to make the best of things you two. Again sorry for your loss.

I love the both of you, and would like to issue my deepest condolences even if they don't mean very much. I assume she is in a better place, whether it be heaven or merely somewhere where she doesn't have to suffer; somewhere she can remember her grand-child and his wife, and all of the other people she loved in this world.

I'm so sorry, i lost my grandmothers too, but i didn't get to grow up with her which in itself is a blessing. Her wisdom will always be with you as will the joys she shared with you.

Bernice...You had a part raising an awesome grandchild, you had what seems to be a significant part in Jamie's life. I can only say that people as great as you...I wish I could have known you. I know saying thing here may mean nothing, but it's the least I can say for you. If there is anything I can ever to do protect, pacify, or give my assistance I will. Be at peace, your children and legacy will be safe.
