this is complete. Your Vitality and Endurance were off so the base never changed (they don't round up). 25+6 equals 31, so you have 31 vitality, not 36. If I'm wrong, let me know.

Well my combat endurance, since combat bonuses do apply to vitality is over 6,000 so that's plus 6 vitality. Then I also have Vigor which gives me +4 so my combat vitality should be 35. Base should be 27 though.

Base is 27 because you have a +2 vit for the endurance. The bonus sends you above 6k which gives you an additional 4. So you have 35 vit. This is fixed.
