Bloodline Brawl (Goku vs Bardock, psychic and crystal)

Goku had been on guard duty for more than a few hours now, and the sun had set beneath the red plains of Vegeta. So far, not a single intruder had shown themselves, which told him it was probably safe to sit for a few minutes and rest his eyes. The Saiyan of Earth plopped down in front of the throne room doors, dropping the short metallic staff he'd chosen as a mandatory weapon, he leaned his head back and closed his eyes.

Oops.

He opened them just a moment later, finding himself in a he felt was identical to the one he'd been in with that Businessman- Izowhatever. He'd entered that place early that same morning, between sitting up and reaching for a glass of water which he'd spilled. The difference was that this 'in between minds place' was on Earth, at Master Roshi's island. The Saiyan of Earth gave a quick and surprised look around, taking into account everything he saw. The tree, the house, the rocks, the water...Walking to the back of the house, he saw the training equipment; boulders, balance posts, targets, meditation pads, and a couple of new additions he couldn't name. Sadly, though, he doubted he'd be sparring Master Roshi, which meant his opponent would arrive shortly. In the mean time, Goku floated up to the top of Kame House, giving himself a moment to situate his clothing.

He was garbed in a few sizes too big guard uniform- light brown with the Royal Saiyan Insignia on it, plus a single badge for 'helping with the cause on Tranex.' He had similarly colored pants, and black boots to replace his ruined shoes. What remained of his old clothing was still being fixed somewhere on Planet Vegeta, meaning he'd have to make do with this less flexible get up for the time being. In an attempt to prepare, though, he loosened the sleeves and shirt-belt of the uniform, allowing the guard uniform to flow at its full height, which was almost to his knees. He then tore off the extra arm length and waist length, and did the same with the pants. When he finished, the uniform looked far less impressive, but much easier to fight in.

"Alright then...I'm ready when you are, invisible person."

Bardock flew through the air knowing his son was here, he was flying to Master Roshi's Island, he had a deep gut feeling that Goku would be there. As he flew close to the water, it would splash up and get Bardock in the face.

"Stupid water," Bardock would tell it once in a while

He would turn as he flew. He'd look at the sky then the sea then the sky again. All was going normal until a fish that was 5x the size of Bardock; jumped up out of the water.

As it closed it's mouth over Bardock he screamed, "Shit!"

Bardock wasn't going to smell like fish while battling his son, so he blasted the top of the fish and flew out the gaping hole.

"That was close," Bardock spoke as he flew higher up in the air. "I better not get ate by a bird now

The Saiyan felt the cool breeze brushed against his skin. His body was warming up from the sun that was getting higher and higher in the air as the day went by.

"Let's try this again," Bardock said as he got back by the water

He pulled out his sword as he flew by the water. Anther fish jumped up ,but this time it was smaller, Bardock slashed his sword multiple times across it's body. His sword slicing across like it was nothing.

Bardock watched as the pieces of the fish fell back into the ocean. He flew back up to the sky hoping this battle will be a great one.Then the unthinkable happened, the sky darkened and Bardock felt his body getting weaker and weaker, he got to a small island that was nearby and he laid down in the warm sand.
