Ability Name: Infinite Chaos
Type: Attack
Description: Characters who are hybrids often have internal turmoil trying to balance the two races. The attack infinite Chaos allows them to unleash this into an attack. The hybrid begins to argue with himself about what to do next, as he does his power begins to build along with his whole body charging Ki. After 2 turns of this (can be interrupted by stunning attacks) the character looks at his opponent and screams with rage, as the hybrids body releases a maelstrom of every ki attack it has learned. The hybrid then falls unconscious.
Attack Rating: 5
Actions: 3
FP Gain: Fatigue Limit - Current FP + 50
Learning Cost: 150
requirements: Must be a hybrid, must have 1 major wound, must have at least 3 known ki attacks.
Restrictions: Can not be used in a spar. may only be used in a life or death situation.

I see what you want to do here. It is kind of like Self Destruct, without the dying part. Right now, it would be equivalent to Self Destruct, but better because you could live to fight another day. So, I'm going to recommend something that will balance it, but still make it a good desperation attack.
FP Gain: Fatigue Limit - Current FP + 50 = FP Gain (used to calculate ki bonus.)
Also, for the requirement, I would put instead of "in a losing battle," that your character must have at least one major wound. That way, he can only use it when he's suffering or about to be defeated.
