A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell) Empty A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell)

Post by Broly 4/28/2012, 12:59 pm

Broly slowly tipped the milk carton toward the bowl with the most patience he'd ever had. This was going to be the hardest part, honestly. He had already crushed a few milk cartons by failing to suppress his strength, so as long as he managed to pour this into the bowl, he'd finally be able to eat his damn breakfast. He could not honestly grasp why humans decided to eat in such a boring fashion; Broly preferred hunting for his food. Considering his natural speed and strength, that was not something he found difficult. He could catch the fastest of wolves, the strongest predators found in the wild. The only problem with that was clear to him now; they failed to present him with a challenge after a while. He had acquired an instinctual counter-instinct, the ability to foretell where the wolves would hide or where the rabbit would flee to. It was a byproduct of his life so far, a life spent terrorizing all kinds of species and creatures in the stars above. Where would a Knati-Warrior spring an ambush from? What methods worked best for deflecting energy? In most cases, it so happened to be raw and unrestrained violence. He was a hard man to overtake, even if caught by surprise.

However, this milk container seemed to defy him at every turn. Somehow, the child had been right in the regard that he would have trouble with the material. It was so damn soft and easily broken. The first time he'd attempted this, he hadn't even reached the milk carton. He'd simply flung the bowl upon the counter and watched it explode. Not to be easily beaten, the warrior had attempted again. He simply let the bowl drop that time, only for it to shatter again upon it's impact. Needless to say, he did not clean up the glass. Broly was a Legendary Warrior, not a maid of any sort. On the flip side though, the Intergalactic Clean Up Crew certainly had their hands full with the messes he tended to make. Asteroid fields and belts had been created on a whim and it wasn't altogether uncommon for an entire solar system to go missing over night when he was in the mood. He had blown up many things in his lifetime and he hadn't gotten anywhere by deciding to pick them up after he was done. They were his toys, and he would deal with them whenever he saw fit. It wasn't as though someone would chastise him for such a thing.

The milk had poured halfway into the bowl when he felt his thumbs pressing through the soft cardboard. His left eye twitched as more pressure was subconsciously applied, pushing his thumb further in. If he was unable to stop himself, he'd end up causing this one to burst as well. It wouldn't be a large shocker to him, but he would be pissed off if more milk ended up all over him. He had already been forced to wash the disgusting cow-based substance from his body several times, and was not looking forward to doing it again. Milk had to be the single most disgusting drink that Humans were capable of finding. Who had even thought of squeezing a cow's lower body in order to create it? There were some clearly less than savory people on Planet Earth, and their tastes happened to disgust the hell out of Broly. He was often disgusted by Humanity already, but the more he thought about it, the worse it got. Especially once he considered the fact that so many things came from Milk, like Coffee and Tea. In retrospect, it may have explained his aversion to any drinks excluding Fruit Juices and Water.

As his thumb punctured the center of the carton, Broly quickly forced his energy to rise up around his hand. The emerald fire quickly expanded around the carton, engulfing it and evaporating any milk inside of it before it could spread to his hands. He could not stand being contaminated by such an unsavory substance. So for that, he was shockingly thankful to have energy. Not only did he enjoy the hiss that was released when it evaporated, but he couldn't help enjoying the fact that it saved him from such a sticky fate. Sure, he was used to exploding forward through mud and blood, but for some reason Milk was simply too much. It was however, thought provoking in ways he had never before experienced. If Cows produced this from their utters, did they also have it inside of their bodies? Did Cows bleed milk? Those were the tough questions that Broly was unafraid to ask about, the probing and key things he was determined to eventually discover. The one barrier to his unique quest for common knowledge however, proved to be insurmountable. Where the hell was he supposed to find a cow? There were no farms around West City.

That was the train of thought he had been in the center of when the door creaked open from across the house. Because Broly did not enjoy common petty distractions like Radios, Televisions or even pets, this was a noise easily distinguished. He slowly let his arm drop as the still burning milk carton fell to the counter top, producing a mildly audible 'thud'. His neck cracked as he turned his neck to the right, glancing toward where he knew the door way to be. The new visitor was not Ryouji, and Broly honestly doubted that it could have been the wind. No wind was capable of blowing those doors down, or even slightly open. Narrowing both eyes, the warrior let his energy spread up his arm to encompass his entire body in a glowing emerald fire. Had the boy been compromised? To the best of Broly's knowledge, Ryouji could not suppress his energy. That meant that this was someone new, considering the fact that even the Thunderfist had detectable energy. Paying no more attention to the paper plate that he had deposited on the counter (which was now sopping wet from the milk), Broly suddenly screamed.

His energy formed a sphere around him as he burst to the right, his body shattering the first wall without any difficulty. Because of the size of Ryouji's mansion, this would not be the first wall he broke through. The wall crumbled as Broly's sphere crashed through it, forcing brick and stonework to go flying everywhere, even into clocks and paintings. He cared little for any cultural pieces, however he would later be disappointed to learn that a painting based on his likeness had been pierced by a brick that had exploded against the wall. It had been painted in the middle of one of his Earth-Bound rampages. It depicted a powerful warrior standing atop a pile of dead bodies, which seemed to span miles. Though he could not remember who had been left alive to paint such a thing, he was confident that it was about him. Who else had managed to accomplish such a feat? To the best of his knowledge, he had been the only one capable of slaying such a crowd with only his bare hands. It wasn't as if he frequently encountered crowds of that size, however. Most tended to flee upon sight of his energy being unleashed.

For this visitor's sake, that had better be true. If it wasn't, he would quickly be illustrated a crash course in the school of, "Getting the fuck out of Broly's House". As he went crashing through the wall of the main foyer, the warrior had only a single question running through his mind, which was quickly mumbled from between two rough lips.

"Who the hell has come in this time?"

A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell) Empty Re: A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell)

Post by Cell 4/28/2012, 10:47 pm

Cell had been walking for quite some time since meeting and deciding to Accept Ryouji's offer of an alliance. Apparently, he was the fourth member, along with the purple-haired boy and two others. He figured they would probably be pretty uninteresting. How often was it a group would solely consist of nothing but interesting people. Then again, how often was it that an alliance had even a single being such as Cell on their roster. Cell was truly one of the most unique creatures in existence. Nothing like him had come before.

After walking for a good distance, Cell was getting restless. He had walked perfectly in the direction in which he had been told to walk. Might still be a work in progress all things considered, but that didn't mean that he didn't have a perfect sense of direction. He knew where he was going at all times, and this was the right direction. He began to wonder if the boy was either stupid, or had just lead him off in the wrong direction to give himself some more time to live.

"No...that boy was stronger than me at the time, he could have won and killed me if he had so chosen to do so." With that in mind he finally looked back up, and somehow had found himself staring directly at a large mansion. He was literally only a few feet from the main gate. How the hell had he managed to get so lost in thought, that he missed this place. He shrugged it off before examining the place a bit further.

It was indeed a mansion, gated in on all sides, luxuries abound. Inside the gate was at least another three hundred yards of useless decoration and embellishment. Garden ornaments, lavish fountains of water decorated with stone's and pools and all sorts of other crap. The mansion itself was three stories tall, with a broad front. It almost appeared to be more of a hotel than a mansion, but that was of little concern. It seemed to have large ivory-white columns spaced out every six feet in front of it. There were obvious signs of repair having been done, some parts appearing even newer that others. They must have come under heavy attack recently by the looks of it. Maybe staying here would offer Cell more fun that he had previously thought.

He continued in through the lavish garden area. Cell himself would have preferred something more a kin to a combination prison-training camp. Something a bit more like home. Then again his true home was the inside of a test tube, so that probably didn't really matter. In either case, the green monster was here, and he would attempt to make the best of it. He would try not to eat his yet-to-be-seen comrades, besides Ryouji, and would even go so far as protecting this place if need be. He cringed at that for a moment. The fact that he thought of him protecting something seemed so foreign besides "protecting his own interests" which really meant making sure his tail wasn't too damaged so he wouldn't miss out on eating the next meal. He was getting kind of hungry too.

Looking around him as he walked towards the main entrance, he cold feel a slight stir of anger inside him starting to well up. He fucking hated humanity. Who wastes precious energy and time on things like this? Sure it was considered art, but Cell had it own art. Efficiently killing the bastard in front of him and making him part of perfection. To absorb everything deemed worthy of the honor of becoming part of his anatomy, as his food that is. Speaking of food, and his hatred for humanity, he was getting hungry again. He would have to remedy this somehow. Perhaps he would try eating some of that meat that humans cook...cow? He wasn't sure, he hated those disgusting things as well. Always letting out that loud and strange sound. He would have to be sure to kill that species off at a later point in time.

Finally he had reached the door. Unsure of proper procedure to entering the household of a human-like residence, he pressed the door gently. It creaked open in front of him and he stored into the foyer. He looked around at a coat rack and other human used items. Some strange looking items of the ground that he decided must have been shoes. Why would someone where those either? Sure you could add more weight to your kick but then you would run in a slower fashion.

However, before he could finish his thought process, he felt a sudden and violent spike of energy near him. It was enough to cause him to take a sudden step back. Was this place already under attack? Was he followed to this location? No it was coming from inside the mansion. Had he fucked up the procedure? He had no idea, and he didn't care. Perhaps there was an intruder here before he himself had come. That would make sense considering the door was left slightly ajar. He could then hear something in the background. A roar, sounding distinctly not like that of a human, but oddly familiar. He could then feel a deep rumble in the house as something large moved.

It was then that he saw the wall in front of him explode outwards violently as a saiyan came through it. He knew it was a Saiyan the instant he saw him. The advanced and considerably more dense muscle system. The tall stature and powerful aura. The pitch black hair and eyes combined with his strange appearance. The fact that this asshole just plowed through a wall for next to no reason, it was all screaming the word "Saiyan." To him.

"Who the Hell has come in this time?" Cell heard. He stood in front of him, Cell's eyes showing no signs of real emotion. He had them, but he didn't enjoy showing them often, it tended to be a bad decision. The Green Monster wondered what exactly his man would do upon seeing him, but he didn't care. This creature had 100% solidified himself as being on Cell's "to be absorbed list." After all, he had just shown a mighty fine amount of power. That was something Cell wanted, even if he already had enough Saiyan in him. He actually respected that race somewhat, they at least had their priorities in the right order.

He walked up slowly to the creature speaking clearly. "I'm Cell, and Ryouji had asked me to come here and put down a dog." Cell said this clearly to test the saiyans intellect. After all, many of them proved to be pretty much incapable of anything close to a real thought. Priorities in line, but the objective of the mind was only priority in knowing how to kill something and eat it. Cell liked that in a way, but hated stupidity unless it meant an easier meal for him. If this guy proved to be as stupid as he thought, it would probably feed him for a week straight. Not by mass, but by sheer force of presence.

Cell looked down at the man in front of him. Considering he was seven feet tall, he looked down on most things, but that didn't bother him too much. He generally looked down at all life in the universe the same way, being used as nothing more than stepping stones for him to reach his goal. Ryouji had seemed the same way, but he would know just before he died, that Cell was not a mere stepping stone. He was a fucking needle, ready to plunge into him and take everything out that was of any importance at all. This man would probably learn the same thing, but that was yet to seen.

If Cell was lucky, he would be able to might find that this man would be a major assistance to his plans. After all, if he would be so kind as to just turn around for a moment, he could easily take the mans life, his power, and then do the same to Ryouji the moment upon his return. It would be such a grand event for Gero's Creation, because then he could blow this god damn place off the map and keep himself from every having to see it again. Worst case, he would be working with this idiotic mass of muscle for an indefinite amount of time. That made him cringe at the thought.

He asked him politely " Would you be so kind as to help me find that dog?"

A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell) Empty Re: A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell)

Post by Broly 4/29/2012, 1:30 am

As Broly glanced at the green creature before him, he could only imagine what kind of hell hole it had come from. What could have cobbled together such a literal insect from flesh and bone? Surely, this thing was not flesh and bone; it was covered in a thick green and black material, apparently camouflage of some type or another. To a normal man, it would have probably been somewhat unsettling, even creepy. To Broly? It was stupid looking. Who would have designed a predator requiring such a petty method of hunting? That was clearly what it was designed for, after all. Nothing had a tail with a pointed end like that one, unless it was meant to fucking kill something. He could only imagine the things it had consumed and killed with a power capable of the child's recommendation. At the very most, he was powerful enough to kill Ryouji and discern the location of his mansion. At the very least, he was a fucked up forest creature who had wandered his way toward the mansion, and stepped in on accident. However, judging by the way he spoke, that was not the case. He was speaking so highly; as if he were in a position to speak.

Literally speaking, he was. He had to look up to glare into it's eyes, an uncommon occurrence for him. That itself was curious enough, but how exactly did he think he was in a position to inflict harm upon the Saiyan Warrior? As the warrior narrowed his eyes, he let his full energy show. An emerald flame slowly rose from his feet, before spreading upward to the air just above his head. Something about this creature was infuriating him; was it the nature with which it spoke? Was it the condescending attitude? Or was it the fact that he was green too? Green was sort of a motif for Broly; emerald green, to be specific. He was the serene green light that bathed the world in it's shine, before obliterating everything in it's path. The fact that this thing had the arrogance to tamper with such a force? That was simply irritating; so there was clearly more to it. He would be forced to obliterate this guy, and then forget to apologize to Ryouji later. He would simply have another head in the fire place, for the child to discover. This one would be ridged and green, with some weird ass beak in the center.

As the Saiyan's energy reached it's peak, small tendrils of excess energy began to rise off of his chest in a threatening fashion. This was the only warning that whatever the hell was before him would receive; Broly did not toy around with his food, he fucking devoured it. Tilting his head to crack his neck, the Saiyan let his energy finish itself off in a thunderous crack. It shattered the remains of the wall behind him with it's sheer force, and projected a serious amount of wind around his figure. Though he wasn't powerful enough to attain the state of Super Saiyan anymore, he was easily capable of destroying things with his unrefined strength. Broly was easily stronger than eighty percent of the creatures on the planet, and that was something he took great pride in. It meant he'd soon be strong enough to destroy this puny little ball of mud, alongside all of it's inhabitants. It would be a glorious day when he consumed the planet in a blaze of might and brimstone, watching everyone squirm and wiggle beneath him. It was simply embarrassing for him to have even been here this long. Any self respecting Saiyan would have blown this rock out of space already.

Cell's question resonated within the walls of Broly's mind as he pondered it; was he really a dog? Though he had never been a real scientist, he had always been a monkey more than a dog. He was no canine, and he was no pet. If that was what this fellow thought of him of, he would have to do some serious damage to this motherfucker's misconceptions. His face twitched briefly as his knuckles cracked from a mixture of pressure and applied force. He was forcing his finger tips into his palms so hard that they were starting to bleed, not that he minded the mild pain. Feeling the sting as little droplets of crimson collided with the wood covered carpet, he could only imagine the experience that the child would have with cleaning up this mess when he returned. A mixture of blood, bone and brick would be covering the entirety of his mansion. Shit, if Broly got excited enough, it'd even be out by the gates. He could see the kid's face already, the look of shock and or disappointment mingling so perfectly to form a mild despair. It was almost beautiful, the way he envisioned it. Then again, nothing was beautiful to Broly. Not Truly, anyway.

He viewed the universe's inhabitants as an honest to god scourge. Everything within it needed to be purged and destroyed, until it was completely devoid of all life, excluding himself. Broly would hopefully find himself at the very center of the universe before long, bending the entire thing to his damn whim. He would find his own way to destroy it, and leave himself alive unscathed to go destroy even more things. Shit, he'd remake the thing if he had to. It wouldn't be too much trouble, with the level of strength he would have by then. For though Broly thought highly of himself, he was never one to linger on gaining power. He always brought his A-Game, unlike some fools who threw lightning around as if they owned the place. Of course they didn't own it, though. Broly owned everything he could see, his sight was his domain. Unfortunately for the insect like creature before him, he happened to have caught the Saiyan's eye. For that, he would have to pay for even existing. Broly would make his death generously short though, unless he did more to piss him off. He had cereal to get back to making.

"You dare call me a dog, bug? Do you feel this strength, coming from me? Do you feel my might? You say you've come here to put me down..."

Broly's words came to a pause as his final statement ended, his fists slowly preparing for impact with something's throat. Oh yes, he intended fully to be shoving them down Cell's throat by the time he was done; beak or not, he assumed that they would fit one way or another. He didn't honestly care if he had to force them down, he would do it. He would shatter this thing's face, and then stomp on it when he was done, simply because that was his personality. He considered it to be his own special brand of Mercy. For him, mercy was very similar to most people's fine wines. It was only to be had in the most pleasant of moods, or the most dire of situations. This was his own dire situation; something happened to be alive before his eyes. That was enough to breed his contempt, enough to brew his draft. He would make the key ingredient whatever type of blood was stored within this thing's shell, and possibly use some of it for his cereal. It would surely be better tasting than cow, without a single doubt. Little else could have been more disgusting, though Broly was rarely surprised. This thing probably tasted like shit.

"But you know not with which you fuck!"

With those words, the Saiyan Warrior's hand shot upward toward Cell's neck, hoping to grip it tightly between his fingers and choke the life from the creature's body. He had already come to hate this thing, an occurrence which was not very remarkable, all things considered. As his left hand went to close around the creature's neck, Broly's right quickly conjured an electric looking bolt of energy. It jumped to life at his now open fingertips, quickly growing to reach his wrist. He was both displaying his might, and working to destroy the creature in one fell swoop. As the energy within his hand crackled, the warrior quickly shoved it forward and released it, letting it blast forward just in case his opponent was fast enough to step back. He wouldn't put much past this thing, honestly. It looked dangerous enough, but it was not nearly as efficient a predator as Broly was. Broly did not need weapons to kill something; he simply killed it with his bare hands. It was almost like a metier, a forte of his. Some however, simply called it- Oh, wait. Look at that! Everyone who had experienced such a thing was fucking dead.

A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell) Empty Re: A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell)

Post by Cell 4/29/2012, 3:54 am

Cell stood with not a single fuck showing up on his face. He cared not that this being in front of him was stronger than him. To be specific this brute in front of him was so much massively stronger than him at this point, that even if he did care, it wouldn't change anything. So what would the point be in actually caring. Of course, he did care but not in the way that he was afraid for his own life. It was more than he relished the fact that this alliance had put him so close to a power source. He could not wait to eat, Ryouji might be a bit distraught but he would just eat him as well for good measure.

It would seem, however that his presence itself was something of a factor to this Saiyan in front of him. He didn't care about the reasons but since that alone seemed to promote rage, he figured that he would simply use this to his own advantages. After all, an enraged creature was a creature that was not thinking properly. Cell kept his tail still behind him, ready to unleash a flurry to turn his target into a checker board of white and red spots. He did not do this initially because he could see something in the mans eyes besides pure rage. He was actually thinking about what he said. He understood it was an insult but he kept thinking as if there was something deeper. Was this guy trying to be smart but failing miserably like the vast majority of his race had failed at living? It wouldn't matter, because this imbecile would join the rest of his race at the center of the same failure.

He would not, however, be a total failure. Unlike his race, he would actually serve a higher purpose of sorts. He would be assimilated into Cell and become part of perfection in the making. Gero's creation could see his very aura was similar and also vastly different from all instances of his race. He could feel something deep within himself beginning to stir. He had never felt it before. It was not fear and it was not hate. It was something else, something in the deepest parts of his very cells. Something in his vast past experiences from these cells knew something about this thing. It felt as if it was not complete yet, but no matter what, Cell could not take the time to focus on this. If he did, he might actually sustain severe damage, and that would be a waste of biomass.

"You dare call me a dog, bug? Do you feel this strength, coming from me? Do you feel my might? You say you've come here to put me down..."

Cell listened with almost amusement in his eyes. He even remained still during the pause, knowing he was going to be attacked in just a moment. The raging bull would find himself running directly onto a spear. Impaling himself on it, it's entrails dangling form the end as if to add insult to injury. In this case, Cell was adding injury to insult. He felt nothing different from when he was called a bug, hell he agreed with this. He looked like a bug, but this man failed to understand that power that many 'bugs' held. An ant lifting fifty times it's own weight. A roach's ability to survive. The Determination to always work and become better.

None of this was absent in Cell and he would gladly demonstrate how deadly a bug can be. Especially those with six inch stingers made to extract your mass and use it for food. Even more so when that same creature can call upon the experiences of every single fighter he was made up of. Cell waited patiently, getting ready to feel a lot of pain for this chance. It was unfortunate that somethings the spears shaft would shatter upon impact, but none the less the bull would die. A spear could be repaired and made stronger, but a bull with no insides could not. Cell was thankful to be a spear.

"But you know not with which you fuck!"

Cell would smile brightly if only he had a mouth to do so. His eyes retained the same look even as his opponent grabbed his neck. He could feel the immense pressure and crushing force. His spine held firm even though his throat was securely closed. Immediately he was thankful to have Frieza's cells in him. His body took over in an instant and used his ki to supply himself instead of oxygen. That happened to be a very large weak point in creatures. The vacuum of space had this tendency to kill them in an incredibly brutal way. Frieza and his family however held nothing like that. He enjoyed this benefit now more than ever.

That said, even with his advanced body, a minute with no blood flow to his brain would cause him become disorientated, and he couldn't have that. It was made very obvious however that this 'ally' of his would not be giving him the time to experience that. He was keen on destroying Cell in what he was sure would be a very pleasurable sight to the monstrous saiyan. Hell, Cell himself would even feel the urge to give the man encouragement if it wasn't his own body at stake. Seeing an opponent lose most of his mass in an instant was such a nice sight.

This however WAS his body and he would not simply stand by whilst that happened. He looked at the powerful orb of emerald green ki in his hand. It held a warped appearance due to the immense heat and explosive power it contained. Cell was not sure how powerful it was for sure, but he would know exactly how much in a little more than an instant. Cell held his hand out towards the artillery shell of an attack just as it was pushed at him. He wished so much he could smile to let his opponent know just how big of a fuck up this was.

The moment it came into contact with him, it began swirling into Cell's body. He could still feel his fingers being burned off of his body. It would be insanely painful if it was immediately being repaired thanks to the massive amounts of energy he was consuming all at once. It was throwing his body into overdrive. It felt absolutely amazing, as if this was a healing technique that caused nothing but pure euphoria. Cell was as close to heaven as he could get, of course it was filled with the blood and gore of his fallen opponents who he would be using this power against. He did not even take time to look at the enemy in earnest as all of the emerald energy disappeared into his body.

His mass instantly bulked up to nearly twice what it had been before, but most of this was in density, making in much heavier while only increasing his muscle size by a few inches all around. It had been sudden and quick, and thus loosened his opponent's vice like grip with ease. Cell spoke quickly before he attacked.

" Neither do you, fool!"

He said he finally took action. He could breath again so all of his ki was focused back properly. He held out his right index finger towards the mans eye. The normally purple orb of energy was now a bright emerald green. He focused all of the energy he had just gathered into this and aimed for the center of the mans chest. The entirety of the Blaster Shell he had taken a hold of, mixed with his own normal ki for this and focused down into a thin laser like beam of heat. He doubted even this powerful man could easily resist such an attack.

He hoped that the beam, one and a half inches in diameter would destroy the center of his heart and leave Cell just enough time to consume the man. He did not take chances however. If he missed the beam would destroy all in it's path behind him and leave a nice clean hole through the mansion. The next attack he would deliver would be the true attack. The finisher for all of Cell's opponents. The sharp end of his tail. He so enjoyed watching the life fade out of the targets eyes and body as he ate everything of the bastard he stuck with it besides it's soul. He did not care for such a thing. Did he himself have one? He did not know, and he did not care. A gift as useless as that should be returned for the sale price anyways.

His tail aimed for the lowered end of the beastly man's torso. If it would connect, it would stab into his liver and immediately begin the process of absorption. If he hit but did not have time to absorb him, the liver would die and so would the man within a matter of hours due to severe blood poisoning and hemorrhaging. The thought of a man like this dieing as his blood poisoned even his brain and his body cavities filled with copious amounts of the fluid that would then reside in areas in did not belong. It was fucking marvelous, absolutely glorious, and incredibly painful for his target. A great death to watch.

A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell) Empty Re: A New Type of Predator (Broly & Cell)

Post by Broly 4/29/2012, 4:42 am

Broly glanced down at his finger tips, as they tapped the creature's armored fingers; he could feel his energy dissipating against his will, and was in the process of adding more power to the blast when it faded away entirely. For such a powerful attack in his hands, it was a mild shock when it was eaten up by whatever technique the creature was using. That was of course, to say the least. Broly was actually completely put off by the absorption of his energy, and couldn't for the life of him understand how it had been done. He hadn't noticed any fluctuations of energy from the creature; was his process actually efficient enough to suppress a power so all encompassing? That itself was impressive, but added atop the fact that the creature seemed to show so little fear...It was downright insulting. As he watched residual sparks of his blast fade away into nothingness, the warrior brought his eyes back up to the creature's eye level. He would have to choke this problem out before it got even more unpleasant for him; Broly did not hesitate to deal with his problems. It was not altogether unexpected when he could be heard emitting a low growl from the depths of his throat, displaying his aggression.

This growl was not interrupted by the raising of his opponent's index finger to his chest level. He continued to stare the thing dead in the eyes, showing no fear as he watched the small ball amass to surround it's camo-colored digit. Just as the blast seemed to reach it's maximum capacity, the warrior prepared himself mentally. Dodging this blast at the right time was going to take a mixture of balls, bravado and agility. Though Agility was not Broly's key battle component, being faster than the opponent always seemed to help, in the middle of a fight. He would display his supremacy in more than one way; this creature was too cocky not to outclass. Sure, it could absorb energy with it's bare hands, but Broly could afford to simply dodge the substance. Energy itself was already dangerous, but he could tell that by the focus this thing seemed to have within it's finger tip that this would be no minor attack. It would be intended to kill, something Broly had to admire. Snarling as the humming blast came to a climax, the warrior forced his body to the right at the very last instant. The beam singed his pectoral with a mild burn, forcing a light cut to emerge on his skin as he swayed to evade it.

Refusing to show any sign of weakness, the warrior continued to look up at his opponent. Jesus christ, he would never be able to get used to that. Broly had a habit of being stronger, taller and faster than his enemy. This guy, though he was taller, seemed to be failing in the other two categories. Not that Broly could say he didn't mind though. He hated being outdone in any field of expertise, and would not stand for something he could not help. If he had to, he would shove this creature through the stairway landing by forcing his legs through the fucking wood. He did not care for the state of Ryouji's mansion, and he doubted the boy would mind when he learned of the reasoning. He had been playing the role of Exterminator, something that was usually handled by "competent" humans. Of course, competent was used very loosely in that thought, but he supposed that they could be competent in their own ways. Competency at being Incompetent certainly could count, in his mind. Humans seemed to be inadequate at many things nowadays, excluding their terrible trait of existing.

For some reason, Humans were notoriously hard to exterminate. They tended to find a way to survive, even if it was in the smallest of holes. In a way, they were like ants. They could lift several times more than their body weight, and yet in the scale of things they were still weak. He could only imagine the places humans had hid during their extensive history; the floor boards, the crawl spaces, attics...It was fucking disgusting. Saiyans did not need to hide, Broly especially. He was among the strongest of his kind, if not the very strongest. If memory served, he was now the strongest Saiyan alive. That meant that the entire race was his oyster; if he wanted to be king, he would end up being king. Not that Broly would want such a thing though; he honestly detested Royalty, in whatever shape it came in. That was why he would soon attempt to kill the King of Earth, simply for the fact that he didn't like pretentious assholes. Unfortunately for said King, he certainly seemed to fit the bill. Anyone with such a title usually did, excluding a very select few...but they'd die anyway, simply because Broly didn't like the cut of their jib.

As Cell's tail came in toward his lower body, Broly forced his knee into the air, kicking the tail upwards. As the pointed tip passed by his face, he used the hand that had been gathering energy to do something some would call unusual. Attempting to grip the tail by the colored end, the Saiyan quickly intended to turn it on it's master, who had now bulked up. It was apparently capable of breathing through other orifices, or it didn't even need to breath in general. It also was capable of increasing it's already massive size, an impressive feat, admittedly. He could not be sure with this thing's list of techniques; it had already attacked him with something similar to what he knew Frieza to possess, though he had thought the tyrant would have been eradicated long ago. Channeling energy into his right hand, the Saiyan quickly changed his plans. Just as his hand had been closing around the creature's tail, he stepped backwards, this time stepping through the hole he had created. Of course, he could not simply walk. This was a high speed retreat, fast enough to leave an after image in his wake. He would not stand for a simple walking retreat. Still snarling as his body came to a halt on the carpet in the next room, Broly slung a wild blast forward from his hand, watching as it exploded across the gap between them. This one was just a basic ki blast, though.

It was not a large attack, for the danger existed that this thing would fucking absorb it somehow. He could not honestly put such a thing past it anymore, but he could damn sure attempt to blow it the fuck up anyway. He wouldn't have minded if the emerald bolt of energy happened to detonate against the creature's skin, and blow out a portion of his upper body. He wouldn't have much minded taking the entire thing out either, but for some reason, it seemed highly unlikely that such a thing would happen. Some would call Broly a pessimist, but him? He considered him self a killer. Killers did not assume that one stab would kill their opponent, especially an opponent of this caliber. For though Cell did not give off any energy, he was certainly capable of drilling fifty caliber-like holes in walls with his power alone. That tail as well; something told Broly that some other hidden danger lie in it's point. He could easily see now how the child had decided that this...Man? This thing, had been appropriate for the Inquisition. It had it's own unique talents, as did Broly. Though, he couldn't see them ever meeting eye to eye, in all honesty.

As the blast traveled, Broly called out over the hum of his own energy to his opponent in an attempt to gain a better handle on his abilities.

"What kind of bug are you, that absorbs energy? Get your own power, weakling!"
