8/19/12 IDBZ 2.1 Patch Notes

This is the last major update for a long while. I want to focus on the Campaign and moving the site story forward (instead of mechanics.) Any further patches will be to fix any issues.

• New combat attribute called vitality that keeps track of damage. Blocking now reduces vitality gained. For further details, Click Here.
  
• Handicapped battle action bonus (+1 per extra participant.)
  
• Mini Spirit Crystal reduces the attack rating of a ki attack by half.
  
• Two new feats Vigor and Superior Vigor which give a total vitality bonus.
  
• Extra word count past 1,000 intervals now carry over towards your next action point.
  
• Hyper Tornado is hard to negate.
  
• The Scholar spirit has been reduced to give only +5 extra TP when you level up.
  
• Ascendant forms don't stack with States.
  
• Powered Flight increases strength score by +1% per 1,000 agility when linked physical attacks (max of +15%.)
  
• Speed Burst increases strength score by +1% per 1,000 agility when linked with physical attacks (max of +20%.)
  
• Speed Burst/After Image cost less FP
  
• After Image gives a +10% agility bonus to your Speed Burst bonus and now costs less FP.
  Minions have base vitality that cannot be increased.
  
• Your agility must be at least 75% of the attack score to get reduced FP gain (instead of higher.)
  
• Deflection boosts endurance by a raw +30%.
  
• The Weapon Specialist benefit Super Grip has been removed. They now have Chakra, which restores vitality.
  
• Heal restores vitality. Items like Bio-Gen and Senzu Beans also restore vitality.
  
• Two new souls to be forged, the Healer, which allows you to restore 4 vitality once per battle and the Saint, which gives you +2 total vitality.
  
• - The feat Blitzkrieg has been changed to simply Blitz to differentiate between the Warrior Lv.30 benefit Blitzkrieg.
