Ability Name: Hunting Destruction

Description:
Subazerot creates two crackling balls of ki the size of a finger on one of his palms. The balls will rotate quickly in a circumference like they are chasing each other down in a circle as they are created and will never stop rotating. He then proceeds to throw the balls towards the enemy and the balls will chase the target down at high speeds while not stopping their rotation. The attack will generate a massive explosion if it hits. Because of the attack's nature to hunt down the opponent, it is hard to dodge.

FP Gain: 55 FP

Learning Cost: 115 TP

You have to choose an attack rating. From what it sounds like, it takes two actions, which is usually an Attack Rating 5 ability.
