The Meeting of Two Warriors (Ryouji + Gohan)

Ryouji stood atop the roof of his large mansion. It had grown twice the size since he had first commissioned it be built. Over the months, he had added several extensions to the mansion to better sharpen his skills as well as aid his comrades. Though his comrades were nothing but tools for his own ends, the young boy still took good care of them. After all, one must keep his blades sharp if he wished to cut the head off the dragon plaguing the land.

It had been a while since Ryouji had been home. He had been away researching the group known as the Organization. During his research he had to keep his identity hidden as to not let the group aware of his presence and it was nice to not have to worry anymore. He was tired of the shadows and ached to be in the light. It is the light, after all, that changes things.

His purple aura flared up around him, reaching high into the sky. The magic circle that formed beneath his feet spun ever faster and increased the output of his power. He had gained an immense amount of power since his last encounter with the Organization and he had yet to test it out. Hopefully whoever was in the area would sense him and would come running.

The teen's Turtle School Gi shattered harshly into his back, his speed was rather too high for the force that was sent into his face as he soared through the horizon. With out a conditioned place, just having fun with his abilities, or either trying to increase his speed by repeating the same actions in a powered flight. His white aura grew roughly as he ascended his speed level even more, gradually increasing it at it's limit. Until the moment of shock had met him, suddenly, his power snapped out and the aura was instantly out of sight, he immediately paused, as he could signature a massive power in the distance.

He narrowed his eyes, quickly scanning his surroundings before he took focus on the power. There was no creature that was near him, only the power source was. And from what he could realize, the more he went the direction he flew to previously, the more he had neared the source. However, Gohan had encountered much higher power levels before, and fought them with out hesitation, losing every now and then. Only vegeta's fight was the one he had won. But he didn't care, losing isn't a bad thing, is it? The event of losing would just support the loser to win a fight next time, that was a fact, and was a true fact. Actually..

In spite of, any one who sensed this power would quickly turn around and leave. Instead, Gohan did the opposite and fulfilled his way towards the source. This time, his speed was much higher than before, as encountering such powers excited the hell out of him. Therefore, after he spent a few minutes of flight, his eyes could see before him a purple aura, that flared around a figure. That figure had his feet standing upon a gigantic mansion, that stood almost three stories tall. More like a castle to Gohan's opinion. But something confused him with such expensive items, why would people waste so much in decorating the house? A box, with doors and the needed chambers or rooms would do fine. Even though, Gohan's decor was the wilderness that surrounded his house.

He reversed his speed slightly, as he began nearing the man every second. His eyes trying to recognize what was before him, he eventually recognized the face but he did not know it. From what his eyes could tell him, unless they were playing a game. The man was much taller than him, his hair was very thin and purple colored, similar to his current aura. And he could vote for a competition a hundred percent that the man infront of him was a hybrid, just like Khaos. But not aware yet of what hybrid was it.

Or was it only called a Hybrid, and that's it?

The power flowing through his veins felt great. It had been a long while since he was able to let the magic just explode from his body. It was like stretching after a non-stop cross country drive. The warmth of the energy rushed through his limbs, stinging as it passed through. It was an incredibly refreshing sensation and Ryouji had no problem allowing the loss of energy, not when it had been so long.

Ryouji was tempted to fly out and look for someone to unleash his pent up frustration, but his eyes was able to catch another energy signature coming in fast. It had worked. His beacon of light and power brought forth an opponent. Hopefully it was a reasonably powerful opponent, someone who would allow the boy to let loose and go all out.

Ryouji watched carefully as the person came in view. He was a young lad with a burning white aura. He was only about half the size of Ryouji, with jet black ruffled hair and wearing an orange martial arts gi. The mage boy could sense a decent power in the short teen, but not as much as he was hoping for. Maybe the kid hid his power? Well at least Ryouji hoped he did.

“Welcome child,” Ryouji called out, lowering his magical aura back into its natural dormant state. “to the Inquisitor Manor. Let us skip the pleasantries and get down to business.” Ryouji was itching for a fight, something he normally had no wish to do. It had been too long since he had last had the opportunity to really test his power and now with the power he had gained through his experiences with the Organization, he really ached to test them out. “I wish to have a little bout. Do you believe you are able to keep me entertained for a while? Show me what you have.”

Show me what you have.” Those words informed Gohan that the man wanted a spar, and his current power which was obviously suppressed, was much more than Gohan's full power. There was no way he had a chance against him, but he'd love to try. As he thought recently, losing wasn't a bad thing. The teen's eyes glanced slowly infront of him, not at the man, though. Just in the open space that his eyes could see.

He collected his thoughts for a while, before he had paid attention to his opponent, in order to accept the request. "Alright." Gohan took a breath before he bent his elbows and knees. The same white aura began appearing out of nowhere, while it actually was spreading through his genes. His muscles contracted and expanded greatly in a sudden, but the power he had unleashed was too much already for him to consume himself. He had to focus his power as it increases. Afterwards, he released half of his flawing energy, and had fortunately owned control of himself. He slowly took another breath then relaxed his muscles once again.

In an instant, he launched towards the enemy. Knowing his actions without even planning for them, he knew the right time to do it, to get a better chance for his heavy punch. However, he could tell that the purple haired man should not be underestimated. Gohan took a few feet forwards, calculating between him and the man a good 2 meters. Immediately, he used his After Image technique and attempted to reappear upon the man's back. As he did, he had no time but to land a strike. A throttled scream escaped his lips as soon as he quickly clutched his hands together to make a greater force than one would do, and walloped down them violently in an attempt to collide his fists with the man's head. Hopefully, the would send him flying away.

Yet, he did not recognize what did his hand actually hit. The Air, Or Ryouji's head?

Ryouji was unsure of just what this child was capable of, but whatever happened he was ready to really get his energy flowing. The energy flared up around the child as he came rushing forward. Ryouji watched the boy closely, paying close attention to his shoulders. Throughout his training the purple haired youth had learned that one could foresee incoming attacks by focusing on the shoulders of his opponent. It worked quite well against the slower fighters, but less so against those who were quicker.

Either way, Ryouji noticed that the child had yet to prepare his strike and he was getting incredibly close. That’s when the boy’s image faded away in the sky. It was a simple distractive maneuver that most warriors used as their opening move. It was a predictable attack that the novice fighters frequently use.

Ryouji quickly swung around, picoting on his right leg just in time to watch a pair of fists come falling down just in front of his face.

“That was close,” Ryouji said as he grinned. “You just might be what I was looking for.”

The purple haired youth jumped back, off the rooftop and floated high into the sky. He needed to increase the distance between him and his opponent, after all it was rather difficult to perform his magic abilities and such close range. Ryouji pointed his palms at his young opponent as two magic rings formed around his wrist. The circles started to spin as the energy within him began to rise. From his hands a volley of magic blasts shot forth. As each orb of energy exploded from his palm, a burst of warmth ran down his arms. The rush of power he felt was refreshing.

Gohan smirked confidently as he watched the group of purple ki balls rushing towards him. It was apparent he had a good plan to settle and end this spar. Yet, he doesn't know for whom would it be victory. His finger got clutched far too much to his palms, forming a powerful fist to land as a punch to his fellow opponent over there. The horizon's color had eventually been affected to a ginger one due to the sphere's strong light.

He forced himself to stay at his position as his feet were trembling from his usual impatient sufferings. However, the attack had extremely neared him and he knew it was time to begin his plan. Immediately, his arms were crossed by his face, feeling the harsh high temperature of repeatedly balls ram into his arms. It burnt him quiet aggressively but he had faced more than that in his previous training regimes.

As a cloud of smoke was created by Ryouji's spheres ending into Gohan. He knew it was a chance for a surprise attack. Instantly, he boosted his distance towards the opponent, but he didn't use his aura to do so, just a normal flying method would do for now. His right fist retreated backwards, ready to land into the target's belly. After seconds of flight, he was finally in the correct place to launch his fist, as it happened. He observed his actions being done, seeing his fist slowly nearing the hybrid's center point. He had no clue what would happened next, actually.

Ryouji watched as the orbs exploded on the boy’s body, creating large clouds of smoke throughout the sky. Suddenly, the boy came flying out of the smokescreen, fist drawn back ready to land a punch. The young Saiyan threw his fist forward. Ryouji able to anticipate his opponent’s attack created a thick layer a magical energy at the center of his stomach. The punch landed solidly on his stomach, the shock of the strike absorbed by the energy, mitigating the damage of the attack.

Ryouji hated close quarters combat; it was so barbaric and crude. He had started to notice a trend with Saiyans and their need for physical dominance. Ryouji had always preferred to outsmart his opponents rather than overpower them with strength alone; it had always been more satisfying that way. To see the look on their faces as they finally realize that no matter how much they struggle, there is no escape from their fate.

The young sorcerer made a quick decision; he vanished in a blur of white and purple, almost instantly reappearing a hundred yards away on his front lawn and behind his opponent. Ryouji extended both arms in front of him as a large ring of purple magical energy formed just in front of them. The circle had an ancient text within it, with lines connecting the outer circle with itself, forming several smaller shapes. The text slowly started spinning, removing itself from the circle. Slowly the words separated from their strands and formed small orbs of violet energy. The circle snapped as a large crack of thunder echoes through the rolling plains and sent the orbs flying as small beams of light.

Staring before him at the clearing, as he realized that combat attacks had no effect on his enemy. It was time that he had began using his ki attacks, Gohan was obviously weaker than his target. But that doesn't prevent him from enhancing his best into this spar, either he would finish it now by victory or without it. It was almost midnight and his mother wouldn't be that much of pleasant on him when he gets there. Actually, he would never back down from a fight.

As he angled his view towards his opponent, glaring with shock as he spotted him in a great distance far away. How in the world did he manage to cover all those miles in an instant? Was it his experience in combat, or his speed was extremely higher than what Gohan could imagine? There wasn't any clue to be discovered, though. But the Sayian should not get carried away with his thoughts, while there are another group of more advanced purple ki spheres soaring towards him.

The teenager narrowed his eyes as he drew a frown across his mouth. He quickly cupped his hands beside his waist, whispering the Turtle Style Wave to himself. A small bit of blue ki grew between his hand, shining brightly into the surroundings. "Kame...Hame...." Before he completed the word, the sphere suddenly collided within his fingers. "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" A throttled scream escaped his lips, as he observed his wave fly into the group of spheres. He never knew the future, but he could tell that he would end up ragged in the dirt below him.
