Ability Name: Evolution

Type: Utility

Description: The primary ability of a Changeling is to change form. Thus being said the abilities of each new form can be carried over by the feat of Evolution. A Scaling Bonus to each Attribute while transformed is stacked onto new form with an increasing scale on each up to a maximum of 40%. Third Form|10%|>Fourth Form|20%|>100% Power Form|30%|>Shredder Form|40%|

Attack Rating: 0

Actions: All, Only activates when Transformation is in Affect.

FP Gain: Transformation Cost rises by 3 FP. Wears off if FP is over limit. Only works If Changeling goes through the process of evolving from base form to each new form. Cannot start off with bonuses from previous forms with Transformation Mastery.

Learning Cost: 200 TP

I know this is kind of or maybe way over the top powered. Im eager to have this technique so help would be appreciated if it wasn't too over powered or anything. Like Im open to not being able to use Transformation Mastery, Instead of all attributes a single one, or anything that doesnt take away from the benefit of this too much. Too high of a scale? Work with me please. Thank you.

Here's what I would allow. The move would cost 100 TP not 200:

second form 5% -> third form 10% -> fourth form 15% -> 100% power 20% -> shredder 25%

That means when in shredder form you would get 8,500 + 60% str and ki and 6,500 + 60% ki and endurance. However, you'd be paying a whopping 7 FP per action, and 21 FP per turn if you have 3 actions in your turn.

I don't really think that it's a good idea, but if that's what you want, here's how we can make it work.

PS:
I was thinking of something that could lower the FP gain so it would not be so taxing. cause being in that form, plus using moves my FP would be gone in no time.

This might be a bit more balanced and less fatiguing.

Second form 3% -> Third form 6% -> Fourth form 12% -> 100% Power 15% -> Shredder 18%. Also; Can't power down from a Higher Transformation, once in use.

FP Gain: +1 extra forced FP per action.

Learning Cost: 100 TP
