"Finally made it, I didn't ever think I was going to get past the guardian clouds but I did. This cloud is amazing, wait how did I miss them?" Jeraph asked himself suddenly when he notices a group of demon's around the cloud

Jeraph begins to watch the demons, he is trying to figure out how he didn't see them prior to teleporting or, at the very least sense them. As he watches he notices he still doesn't sense their ki, then it hits him like a ton of bricks, either they are masking their energy, and were camouflaged or the guardian clouds are masking what truly goes on inside their perimeter.

"Interesting" Jeraph thought.

As he continues to watch them he manages to gain a count of the demons, there are 6 in total, including one who seems to be the leader, as he is bossing the others around. They seem to be building some sort of machine. Jeraph watches as they finish the machine. Immediately after they finish constructing the machine, the demons turn it on, it begins sucking in the Cloud of The Gods, and spitting it out the back, but the cloud that comes out isn't the same cloud it's almost black and one can sense the evil energy coming from it.

Jeraph watches for a few moments until the evil energy coming off of it is too much for him to handle. That's when he lets his presence be known by flaring up his Ki. It's almost instantaneous that the demons feel his presence, the one that is the apparent leader in a growl screams "Shin". The others now surround Jeraph as he floats there, five demons on all sides.

"Great, now what do you suppose they want, a hug. I don't think so." Jeraph thought as the leader approached warily.

The leader is smaller than the rest, wearing robes, almost appears namekian and changeling mixed. His skin is green but appears armor plated, he has no hair to speak of, but is missing a tail as well, instead of horns what looks to be small antennae are protruding from his forehead.

"Wait, he isn't just a shin, he is part one of us too" The demon growls, sensing the slight taint in Jeraph heart.

"I will never be one of you" Jeraph responded, his voice falling back to the one we heard during his fight with the green being.

"That's just too bad then looks like we have to get rid of you then" the demon leader growled in response.

With that the first demon makes his move, the demon's skin is purple, his hair jet black and his ki aura is almost black as well. The demon starts flying at Jeraph full speed, from the left side. Jeraph barely notices the movement as the demon gets close and connects with a massive double foot kick that sends Jeraph flying sideways. As soon as the demon's feet connect with Jeraph he flips off and ends up in the same position as he was before. He charges a small Ki Ball in his right hand and finally releases it at Jeraph.

Moments later Jeraph uses some ki to stop his momentum, just in time to see the ball moving at him. Thinking quickly he bats the ball away. Not being smart though he bats it directly into the remaining portion of the Cloud of the Gods, the cloud absorbs the energy but the color darkens slightly, barely noticeable to the untrained eye.

Jeraph decides it's his turn to play. He reaches with his right hand back to the sword on his back draped across his left shoulder. He clinches the hilt tightening his muscles in his hand and forearm. He then pulls the blade out, bringing it forward at the ready. He then delves deep inside himself, allowing himself to show his full power, releasing his ki control.

Finally he flies directly at the demon, at the last moment he uses speed bursts to move to the side at an angle, as he does he swipes the sword at the demons neck, hoping for a killing blow instantly. Just in case he unleashes a beam of ki directly at the chest of the demon, hoping to cover all his bases. He watches his attack hoping they connect.

Unfortunately the demon was quicker than Jeraph had hoped and flew upward, the sword connecting with his waist and the beam blowing a hole through his leg, he bellows in agony. The demon looks to the others for help but they all stay back, allowing the battle to continue fairly. The blood dripping from his waist wound is dripping through the Guardian Clouds as if that's what was needed all along.

The demon finally regains his composure and begins to charge some sort of ki attack, all Jeraph can do is sit and wait. Finally the demon unleashes a massively charged ki ball full of evil energy, as he screams "Hell Blitz" The charging of this attack to full potential leaves the demon floating there semi exhausted and bleeding, the attack is quickly closing in on Jeraph.

Jeraph watches the attack as it closes in on him. He begins to contemplate a plan, the circle of demons has been moving with the battle always ensuring there are two at his back. He then begins to charge his left hand with ki. Allowing the maximum amount of time he can to charge the attack he is preparing.

As the Hell Blitz attack is about to hit him, he cuts the air directly in front of it while yelling "Ki Blade", just as he hoped the Ki Blade Rank 3 releases a moon shaped beam of ki that is designed to cut through its obstacles. Upon hitting the Hell Blitz it splits the evil ki into two, the two parts exploding harmlessly. The demon looks on in shock at the attack being made nothing.

Jeraph uses this as his chance and flies full speed using powered flight at the demon in front of him. Tightening his neck muscles he goes for a massive flying headbutt at the opponets sternum. He is meaning to crack it and make the demon winded.

The demon distracted by rage until it is too late, doesn't have a chance to move as Jeraph's head cracks against his sternum, causing it to fracture and the demon to fly backwards. The demon never regains himself as he is rendered unconscious from this blow.

Jeraph still using powered flight, flies directly over the now falling body of the demon, he watches the demon for a few moments, and decides it's fate.

"Ye of evil heart and intentions have been found guilty of acts against good, and the earth, your punishment is death." Jeraph said as he swipes at the neck of the demon with his sword. This time the demon can't dodge and the sword finds its mark, cleaving the head off the body. The two begin to fall towards the earth faster as the demon's orange blood sprays out of the neck.

Finally letting the powered flight drop. Jeraph slowly turns to face the remaining demons, sweat beading on his forehead, sword dripping with demon blood from his last kill, his grip still tight. Jeraph is feeling the fatigue from everything he has done, trying to get into this cloud, then the fight with the demon, he knows there are five more and he knows that they won't stop until he is either dead or they are.

"Okay which of you seething piles of evil is next to be judged?" Jeraph asked trying to intimidate the remaining demons.

Immediately one flies forward, this one is green with giant horns. This time trying to be smart unlike the defeated demon he stops short, staying a good distance away. He then makes a few hand motions that look like he is signing something. Then he brings his fists together in front of him. Yelling "Thunder Flash" a massive torrent of super heated ki begins to blaze its way towards Jeraph.

Immediately after releasing this attack, the demon begins to pump his arms widely sending dozens of little ki balls flying at Jeraph, but they all miss and hover in the air. The demon grins and waits for Jeraph to make his move.

Jeraph hears the demon yell"Thunder Flash", and sees the torrent flying towards him, then there is also the miniature balls of ki floating above him, he realizes he can't dodge up, or down, or really any direction. He then closes his eyes, almost as if bracing for the impact and praying, but at the final moment before the torrent makes contact with him, he is suddenly gone.

His Ki being suppressed as he closed his eyes to make it harder to track him, was the first thing he did, the second was to wait until he could feel the heat the immediately activating speed burst and powered flight simultaneously. Jeraph's quick thinking saves him as he blinks from sight. Moving faster than he ever has before he ends up next to his opponent, using the speed he slices at the demons chest.

The sword in his right hand, arcing beautifully and powerfully through the air, it can be heard cutting through the air as it races towards the demon's chest. It the blow connects it will be painful, and possible deadly depending on the exact point of connection with the chest. Jeraph allows his breathing to slow in hopes of making the surprise element last.

The demon seeing the Thunder Flash miss, immediately tries to make the miniature ki balls converge on their target, the problem is with how fast he is moving every ball misses their target. The demon tries to track Jeraph using his ki but it's gone, then he tries searching for him with his eyes, this doesn't work either.

Before he can even react, there is a giant slice dead center of his chest, it hits vital organs including the heart and lungs. With a wet sound the sword comes out of the demon's back. The demon is split into two, and his yellow blood splatters Jeraph. The blade is now soaked in demon blood, as is Jeraph's clothing and hair.

Once again Jeraph takes a few moments to catch his breath. Finally turning and taking a head count of the demons, four more to go, and none seem to be frightened.

"What's with these demons, their comrades are falling like flies in combat and failing at every attack and yet they still sit their waiting their turn, like they are being held back. What would it take to scare them off?" Jeraph found himself thinking. "I mean I'm getting more and more tired, and there is still four of them including the one in charge. This isn't going to be fun, but I have punished two."

"Which of you wishes to be tried, judged, and punished now" Jeraph yelled at the demons.

The few moments that Jeraph had to rest seems to help a lot, he felt renewed. Maybe part of it was that he was finally fulfilling what he had been created for. He wasn't created to be good and to watch over a planet like the other shins, he wasn't a demon to try to destroy worlds. What he was is a mix of the two, created for the destiny of punishing all who needs to be punished.

His parents had neutrality in mind when they formed the union that created Jeraph, they knew that the gods were neither good nor bad, that they were fair and just, therefore their judge and executioner had to be as well. No matter what is truly causing it, Jeraph felt better than he had in days, and it could be seen in every muscle as they rippled with tension.

Finally after a few moments a demon reluctantly floats forward. This one is even more different in look than the others, for it looks human but with small spike horns, the skin is almost red like human blood. The demon raises two fingers and charges ki at the tips, with a slicing motion and the scream of "Daichiretsuzan", he releases a cutting beam that is aimed to slice Jeraph neatly in two.

"You will have to do better than that, I've seen this attack before." Jeraph shouted.

Charging his free hand with ki, he waits until the last moment before yelling out "Ki Wave", then he uses powered flight and speed burst to dodge the beam trying to cut him in half. With the demon focusing on the Daichiretsuzan attack, Jeraph hopes the wave will hit, and will give him the upper hand. Along with using the speed to dodge should make it hard for the demon to find him.

The demon doesn't have time to release his attack before the ki wave crashes into his chest, causing a momentary distraction. The speed of Jeraph also makes it hard to follow and confuses the demon even further. Since he can't find Jeraph the demon releases three ki balls in different directions hoping to strike his target with one and stop his movement.

Jeraph stops moving finally and watches, the demon in his frustration, fire ki balls in three directions not coming close to him with any of the three. Jeraph using one final burst of speed is behind the demon slicing down with his sword. The sword is arcing at the place where the neck meets the torso, that attack is meant to be a fight ending blow and will cleave the demon in two if not dodged.

The demon turns around just in time to have the blade bury deep into his torso, and slice straight through and out the other side. The demon's pink blood spilling every where and further soaking our hero and his sword. For good measure Jeraph charges a massive ki wave and releases it at the head of the demon as it falls, disintegrating it completely.

Jeraph turns toward the remaining three demons, not even taking time to catch his breath he looks at the remaining ones.

"Next" Jeraph said cockily.

His sword at ready, Jeraph is tired of playing instead of waiting for a demon to step forward proverbially and attack him first, he flies directly at one of the two remaining demons, using speed burst a final time he blinks from sight. As he began to fly he also began charging his free hand to make the ki blade attack.
Once he gets close enough he unleashes the Ki Blade rank 3 at the demons torso, almost immediately after he makes a downward strike with the sword.

The demon not expecting this doesn't have time to counter or block as the Ki Blade cuts him in two, the sword slash adding insult to injury cleaves him into four. His blood and guts spilling towards earth. Noting that the demon he just killed was normal looking solid muscle, black horns, pinkish skin, and of course purple blood, Jeraph is ready for the final two.[/i]

"So have I killed enough of you, are you ready to give in and leave peacefully with that horrible machine, or am I going to have to kill all of you and destroy the machine?" Jeraph asked the remaining demons including the leader.

"We will never give up, this cloud is ours" The demon leader responded in a low growl.

The remaining demon using this as an opportunity to strike at Jeraph begins charging ki into both his hands, bringing his hands together he screams "Double Tsuihikidan " and fires two seperate waves of ki at Jeraph. The demon is watching and holding the waves as best as he can in hopes of ending it now.

Jeraph begins to picture the fighting area immediate upon hearing the scream, instead of dodging. He closes his eyes and pictures the area directly behind the demon leader. As the attack gets about half way to him, Jeraph teleports to immediately behind the leader, but instead of attack waits for the attacks. Just as he thought they change direction to follow him.

The demon leader realizes the waves are now coming at him and tries to move but Jeraph matches his every move staying behind him. Eventually the waves hit the leader and he falls unconscious. Jeraph seizing the opportunity to destroy the demon stabs downward at the leaders head. The blade entering the left eye socket, and protruding through the brain and out the back of the skull killing him instantly.

The remaining demon, that just helped Jeraph unwittingly in killing their leader lets out a scream of rage as he uses powered flight to get close to Jeraph. As soon as he is within striking range he lashes out with a fist, followed by an elbow, then finally a kick, all aimed directly at the butt of the chin, trying to render Jeraph unconscious to end the fight. The blows are wild and pure strength.

Jeraph seeing the fist flying at him, speed bursts straight up causing all blows to wildly miss, as he reaches the top of the burst he lets his ki that he was using to fly to diminish, as he does he begins to drop like a ton of bricks falling rapidly towards earth. As he nears his opponent again he swipes with the sword looking to cleave him into. The momentum of his fall adding to the power of the strike.

As soon as he is back level with the demon Jeraph reactivates flight and stalls the fall hovering where he began the whole sequence, as he does he swipes a diagonal strike at the demon just in case the first missed. Watching his blade arc through the air he smiles knowing he has judged and punished as he was intended to do.

The demon blinded by his rage doesn't realize that his attacks missed Jeraph. He stands there thinking he won the day as the sword contacts the crown of his skull and cleaves him neatly in half. As his blood and guts fall to earth the sword strikes almost dead center of his waist line ensuring the end of the battle cleaving the halves into half again. Jeraph watches the remaining peices fall to earth as he resheathes the blade.

"That took longer than I thought" Jeraph noted to himself, seeing the machine has sucked in almost half of the Cloud of the Gods and turned it evil in nature.
